Great accommodation and service. However would not stay again as the mattress was like a sponge, not a restful sleep when travelling on the road, personal preference which may not bother other travelers.

Overall good location and safe parking. They get booked out. On site restaurant seemed expensive and size of meals very tiny. Dessert , sticky date pudding was excellent. Warwick over all has plenty of shops and eateries so enjoyed our stay.

This would have to be the best country hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the gorgeous decore, to the large rooms, amazing meals this little county hotel was an absolute find!! If I could add a star to the 5 stars so you understand how above the rest it is.

Warm welcome received and they were able to accommodate my elderly father with an accessible room. The rooms are large and comfy with thoughtful touches like wines, beer, and snacks available for purchase. Make sure you seat at the on-site restaurant - the eye fillets are to die! No complaints - highly recommended if you're passing through Warwick

This was a Beautiful place to stay. Will stay again. The only problem we had is with the bed. The bottom bedsheet was not tucked in at the foot end - indeed it lay 6 inches short from the end of the bed. I would like to know why a bed would be made that way? I left it as I found it thinking the room would be serviced on day two in the motel. The room was not serviced, so I remade the bed, fixing the short sheet problem myself.

Excellent, would definitely recommend to others, plus would also stay there again. Needed a late check in and rang to discuss, no bother at all. Excellent service.

The room was comfortable, tidy, quiet. The dining and bar area was excellent. Close to town and an attractive option for a weekend away.

The room was very clean and a large room for the price also. I didnt like that there was no lifts available to get up to our room, we had a flight of stairs and heavy bags. I wasnt aware that it was two levels and would have requested a ground floor instead. They did offer a ground floor, but had none left that night.

* The aircon and exhaust fan barely working because of no maintenance ( filters clogged ). * Our room was not serviced or cleaned in three days. * Given one toilet roll to last three days. * Charged us for mini bar items that we did not use. * No breakfast available ( chef ill ). * Restaurant food prices very expensive.

It was new, modern and spacious. Nice and quiet. On two levels, so there are stairs to climb, and also across the road from the pool, but otherwise a great place to stay. Please note, this review relates to the apartments, not the motel accommodation.
