It’s a bit different from the professional pictures.
Some staff were very caring but others not.
The hotel organizers were loud at the breakfast place, which is a no go ! They should do their business in an office not at a breakfast place!
I wanted to extend 2 nights more but they said it’s fully booked but when I was checking out they extended for a local! Very unfair!
I called the manager and complained!
Couldn’t like the environment either.

The location and the hotel itself is perfect - I would definitely recommend it to people. It is also close to Airport Shuttle Bus pick up location - so if you need this, you should book this hotel area. Staff was all friendly. I am glad I booked through Expedia - because booking through the hotel directly would be 30 percent more expensive :)

Our stay was more than perfect. Everything was super good, great breakfast, spacious room, very clean, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will sure come back again. Highly recommended

To be noted: We booked a day trip though the hotel to visit Ephesus with a guide. The visit was good, but the guide made 3 stops to visit boutiques which provided him kickbacks: a leather shop (very expensive), a carpet shop (very expensive) and a local small product shops (very expensive also). In the last shop we bought very expensive sweet rolls and suncream. The suncream was not working properly and we realized back home that the sweet rolls were hosting a bunch of worms...worst purchases ever.

The towels very old with hold and no vacuum in the room they don’t refill coffee and don’t clean the cups

All staff are Friendly, helpful. Room condition is quite good. There is a kettle coffee and minibar in the room and lot of choices. I do like chocolate and I saw napoliten was my best chocolate you must eat, in mini bar.
Resturant and bar quite good, breakfast and food good quality and good service.
This my 3rd staying by using hotels.com
I could recommend to you because close to city center, close to few good hospitals.

Too dirty rooms. Every day somebody did repairs and made a lot of noises.

I love how affordable that was for a Luxury Hotel. Hopefully, the prices remain the same. At least below $60. And that is. The ambience is perfect. And there is even an easygoing indoor swimming, restaurant for Lunch, Dinner, and Breakfast. One of the best Hotels to support in the area.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and quiet room. Fast check-in. There is a nice pool, but unfortunately it only opens at 11am. It would have been nice to be able to have a swim before breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good for international standards, but from a Turkish hotel (- Turkish breakfast is famous for a reason! -) I would have expected a bit more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would use the hotel again.

Nice and clean hotel with a very good central location to all the resturants and shops downtown.
Very good beds to sleep in.
There is an indoor car park opposite the hotel, where guests can park their cars for free. Personel was very nice and trying to be helpful.
Very satisfied overall.

Ok hotel but not a nice area. We stayed here to go to effes and pamukalle. Transportation is close but nothing to do in actual hotel area.

We woke up in the middle of the night due to sweat caused by unregulated heater inside our room and made a complaint to the front desk person on duty, his response was very unpleasant saying he cannot help us on the situation because it was a system setting and told us to open our room windows to let the air in. The hotel is not fully booked for lean season and the fact there are other rooms on other floors to transfer us rather than saying "he cannot help us anything". The next day we were transferred to 2nd floor with sleepless night. But luckily another guy named "Serkan" was very kind and provided excellent service during transfer to 2nd floor and until our checked-out date. But Serkan was the only one person to give good service than bad majority.

Izmir is small so this hotel is a convenient walk to Konak pier, Kordon, etc. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is good. Very pleasant stay overall.

I used this hotel many times whilst driving through turkey and I find it very conveniently located .There is a parking garage just across the road . The staff are all very nice and helpful.The beds are very comfortable.The rooms tastefully decorated ,spacious and clean..There is also an indoor pool,The breakfast is excellent ..

It was more expensive than the other lodgings we stayed at in Turkey, but less expensive than the similar class hotels. We chose it because of its location to the places we wanted to visit on foot. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was new and in excellent condion, and the room was spacious and very comfortable.

I found this hotel to be very clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and there was a robe and slippers for my use. At the restaurant, I had a very enjoyable meal.
