A little hard to find at night for us. But the owner was so sweet and helpful with directing us there. Beautiful cabin with great TV and a soak tub to relax in. Breakfast was delicious and brought to us each morning we were there. All around wonderful experience.

The place was easy to find. It was as it was advertised. It was very nice the bed and flannel sheets were great. The breakfast was exceptional. The place was very peaceful. If you are looking to unwind and spend a weekend free of electronics and at a beautiful place inside and out this is the place . We will go back

We really wanted to LOVE this place and were very excited about our stay, but we were a bit disappointed.
Pros: Delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Comfortable bed. Lots of books & cozy sitting areas. Owner & innkeeper very friendly & prompt in addressing issues that arose. Interesting vintage items all over the property.
Cons: Need more & updated pictures on hotels.com Room: small & crowded. We had to shuffle around each other like we were in a cruise ship cabin. Dusty & cobwebs. Entire facility needs a good cleaning.
Bathroom issues: Table holding towels sits between toilet & shower. Have to move table to use toilet. (Suggest putting shelving/towel rack on the wall and get rid of table). No shower mat for floor & no rail to hold onto to get in and out of the shower. Shower was slippery, so had to be extra careful. Tub wall is very high, even for us tall folks. Shower head only worked on one setting. Broken tile. Need better lighting/lighting to cover the width of the mirror.
Rooms have a cathedral/open ceiling concept, including bathroom, so didn't have as much privacy as we would have liked.
Poor lighting everywhere. Great for ambience, not so much for reading.
Just FYI : "Fireplace" in room is a portable electrical fireplace. Did not see or feel a room air conditioner.
Balcony was a narrow porch overlooking the creek.

We had a great time. The whispering woods cabin is gorgeous. We got a huge hot breakfast delivered to our cabin every morning. Our favorite was the outdoor hot tub. It was so relaxing at night after it cooled off

Really wish I could have stayed longer at this wonderful B & B. It's a beautiful place located in a beautiful town. Janice made the most amazing breakfast and was an excellent host.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I was in the Little Cataloochee Room in the inn. It is small, but so comfortable. The creek is right outside the door and you can sit on the porch and take in the nature. I could relax in my bed with the door open and listen to the tree frogs. Horses greeted us when we arrived. There is no wi-fi, but the innkeeper helped me get my phone to work as my hotspot. Breakfast was AMAZING every morning. The room was very clean. I would recommend for a quiet getaway.

Cabin was overstated in description. Very small. Description failed to mention no cable/channels. Plenty of DVDs but no DVD player. No kitchenette, small microwave and coffee maker inside and mini fridge on porch. Our drinks froze in fridge. Hot tub outside was located under tree so many bugs floating. We did not use. Shower stall only (no tub) and just standing room, floor of shower sunk in a little when stepped on. People were very nice and location was private - nice secluded feel.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with this beautiful farm/ resort. I'd highly suggest this this stay for anyone! In fact I've told all my friends about it. We were surrounded by the mountains, just a short trip to town. Breakfast was delivered right to our door in the morning, the room were so adorable. It was the most romantic weekend I've ever experienced. The horses greeted me with love, and the owner was so sweet she gave us a map and directions to the Peak of the Smokey Mountains. Words really can't describe how much I enjoyed our visit.

Quaint little place. Chose it on a spontaneous vacation. Place was rustic and personable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were amazing. We stayed right on this creek and the breakfast we were served in the morning hit the spot. Will be recommending to friends and family and if we go back to Tennessee, this will be our first choice to stay!!

The property needs a lot of upkeep. We were told we had the best room & hot tub! The room wasn’t bad .. the hot tub was green.. the rooms microwave & refrigerator was on the porch. Very disappointed. The owner seemed very nice. I hated to be rude so we just told her we had a family emergency & left praying we could find another place to stay. The site & brochures are very deceiving & totally false .

We had a very good experience with our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was amazing (large home cooked country breakfast).
Our room was clean and had comfortable bed (everything is homey and charming, which is what I had in mind when booking this room, but if you’re looking for new/modern not suggested).
The property had lots to look at and if you want to chill by a fire at night there are good spots on the property for that. The creek is so serene.

Quaint little spot. Our room was perfect for a romantic getaway. Communication was great. For great directions and notices. Very clean for its age. it's secluded so watch the roads. I would recommend to anyone who wants a more secluded getaway.

Unique cabin place. The owner, who is very friendly and helpful, makes delicious gourmet breakfast each morning. Our guest room was small with an oversized bed that made it hard to move around the room.

When first arriving we about hit the owners dog, to find out that the cabin stay was not even a cabin. In fact the room that we were suppose to stay in was so small you could barely move let alone put are luggage in the room. The owner was nice and moved us to a new location where it was a lot more bareable. The location they moved us to was close to shopping and had a fire place.

This place was a great find and I'd highly recommend it for any nature lovers who appreciate a quiet places. Most rooms (all?) have ensuite bathrooms. Two rooms have king beds/their own hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Several rooms have access to the deck, which is directly over a small creek. If you leave the door open (there are screen doors also) you can sleep to the sound of the creek. Simply lovely! Breakfast was cooked on the woodburning stove in the kitchen - a great surprise. This cabin is a true log cabin, but was built in 1987 so it has comfortable, modern features. It is kept quite clean (which is sometimes less the case for "cabin-y places", I find). The hosts are respectful and accommodating, and gave us the "run of the house" - there is a great communal room (two pianos!), library, and large shared deck on the creek as well. I wish we'd had more time to spend at the house! But it's also very close to the national park, so hiking from the Cosby entrance is easy and convenient. The hosts are also big hikers (the rooms are named after local trails) so they can give plenty of advice about where to go.
