Our room was very warm; we tried in vain to cool our room via the control panel - to no avail. Being that we arrived late, we decided to sleep through it. The breakfast was very good which justifies this rating!

I was very disappointed to see that their gym did not open until 8:00. I would think that travels often like to get their workout in prior to heading off to work or hitting the road.

This hotel was newly remodeled and it looked excellent. Everything about our experience was excellent. Our kids had a very fun time in the pool area where there is water slide and jacuzzi.

The two persons at the concierge during our check in time are NOT very warm. Seems cold and uninterested. I have high expectation of this hotel due to the ratings but i feel like i was scammed - first the laundry area is terrible. You need specific type of coins for it to function. The washer needs a dollar and the dryer needs a quarter only. Then the hotel is dated and the breakfast area is cramped. The water at the pool looks dirty!

I took a tri to Ottawa to see family. I stayed at this property on Jan. 8th going and Jan. 18th coming back. On my return I was disappointed that I was not able to park in a handicapped parking because non handicapped customers had taken the spots. I therefore parked in the closest spot I could which was Tesla charging spot. I advised the front desk clerk but later that evening was asked to move to make room for electric cars. I was upset that EV cars took priority over handicapped customers. Also, why do EV cars get free charging? You don't provide free gasoline or desel fuel. Second issue is the heating system in the rooms turns on and off all night waking me with the noise of the fan next to the bed.

First impression was great. Loved the hotel, love the pet friendly option. Went to bed at 9h30 because we had to travel early in the morning, but there was a bunch of kids who were running and screeming in the hallway, and the hotel staff didn't do anything. I got out twice to ask them politely to quiet down, then went to the front desk and the clerk didn't care. They screemed until pass 1h30 am. We did not sleep at all. Not only did we not enjoyed our stay, but I'd like to make a formal complaint about the lady clerk who was managing/working at front desk that night, who did nothing to help us and manage the situation.

We enjoyed our first stay on the way to Quebec but were disappointed on our return on New Year's eve. It had snowed and the entranceway was icy - no salt was laid down. Then the back entrance had no ramp for bringing in the luggage. We had brought food to be reheated in the microwave but there was no microwave in the room, despite it being listed. Finally, the fridge was leaking water and running continuously. Yes, I should have called the desk but it was late and we didn't want the rigamarole of having a service person in the room.

Wasn't thrilled about check-in process. I received both a text and email advising me to have credit card and photo ID available on check-in, which was certainly not a problem. However, when I arrived, I was advised that someone with my name had already checked into the room. After providing the desk clerk with my photo ID and showing the credit card used to hold the room, a further search by the clerk revealed that there was a misunderstanding on the other guest's name. My concern is how this happened if a photo ID and confirmation of credit card is applied to all guests.....

Perfectly situated off the highway Best Western Plus does not disappoint. Staff were accommodating and efficient. The hotel is new and very clean. Despite having several teams in for tournaments, it was a quiet and restful night. We will be adding this as a our go-to hotel in Edmundston!

We were traveling to Ottawa from Halifax and stayed at this hotel on our way to Ottawa and on our way back. It was convenient as it was right off of the highway. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable which is something that surprised me as it's not always the case in a hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful. The front desk clerk recommended a restaurant on our way back home and it was amazing. I made sure to thank her when we got back from dinner.

Would not stay there again. The only dining recommended was at the casino where there was a 3 hour wait time. Mac Donald’s was not what we had expected for dining.

I liked everything about this stay And the only recommendation I would make would be more electric plug outlets. All oitlets were used by lsmps and such with no plug outlets for chargers on nightstands if you needed to plug in a fast charger.

Staff at front desk are sub par, rude and arrogant. I had no hot water for 3 out of 4 days during my stay. The hotel itself is very clean and breakfast staff are helpful and polite

$179 tax isnt enough for them to pay to heat water. Water was lukewarm at best in evening and freezing cold in the morning. Embarrassing for the Best Western brand.

Overall the property and experience was great except the hot water situation. I understand they had a number of sports teams, but I think the hotel needs to increase their hotwater supply to at least match a sold out hotel. There was no hot water the morning of our departure for a shower. We waited for at least 2 hours before we left in the morning and still nothing.
