POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,TRIED TO CHARGE FOR MY SERVICE DOG,ARGUMENTITIVE... JUST OUTRIGHT RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL

The room was clean, but very run down.

We had stayed a few years before and it was a good value for the dollars. Now the whole property is "tired". The sheets are flimsy and old.The pillows are horrible. The 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults were small and threadbare. There are stains on a number of the bath ceiling tiles where water leakage from above is evident. There was a constant drip in the shower faucet. The hair blower was so weak it took forever to dry my hair. The check in attendant was unwelcoming.

Given what occured they should have compted my room. They gave a discount of $10.00. Wont be back

Stay was fine, was told I would get a king size bed, got to full size, which was fine. But didn’t get proper toiletries for two people. Only one wash cloth. Called down that I needed another one, but he said I would have to pick it up, I was ready for bed so I said forget it! Was nice and quit, during the night but clock wasn’t set which was no problem but moved bed stand to plug it in, very dusty behind stand.

Bad customer service. Cold water and the key cards did not work

The staff was friendly & the room was ok except the carpets looked like they had not been thoroughly swept. It’s definitely a no frills motel.

We liked the location of the hotel, however it wasn’t the greatest room. The mattresses are thin and extremely noisy. It’s like you could feel every spring. While the room seemed fairly clean, things like the hair dryer on the wall dock had like an inch of dust on it that looked gross. For one night it’s not bad.

Looked like a typical motel but my room had been “upgraded” recently with paint, carpet, sink, counters, and second hand furniture. Way better than most motels, but still a motel.

Spaces were very tight and my car got penned in. I had to enter from the passenger side one morning.

The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. We had to change rooms twice due to a minor plumbing issue in the first room and a problem with the lights in the second room. I would suggest anyone who stays check these items in their rooms as soon as they check in.

Our stay was great. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are clean with a lot of space. Perfect location!

We arrived late and checked into Our room With no issue. The room was clean

We were only in our room here for 10 minutes before checking out. There was human waste in our bathroom. I flushed and tried to look past that but then noticed a USED wet washcloth on our bathroom counter. The door had been ripped off the microwave. People were loitering in the parking lot listening to loud music. We felt unsafe but we tried to make it work because we weren't planning on spending much time in the room. My travel partner came out of the bathroom freaking out because there were cockroaches in the bathroom. That broke her. We could not leave fast enough because we did not want to take cockroaches home with us. I went to the front desk and told the person there who was dismissive and said "oh maybe we didn't clean that one today, do you want another room?" Absolutely not. Cockroaches aren't a one missed cleaning sort of thing. That shows a history of neglect. We checked out and went a few miles down the road to a new hotel. No refund was given even though we were only checked in for 10 minutes. I feel its fraudulent to keep our money when we paid for a safe, clean space to sleep for the night and we got a dirty, cockroach infested motel room. I'm shocked that Expedia allows this "hotel" on their platform. If you are reading this - you need to think twice about booking here unless you want cockroaches in your luggage.

It was a nice spot. Close to everything including the bus line. Staff was nice and courtesy.

Extremely disappointed. We had stayed here a couple years ago and had a great experience to the point we used to recommend it to friends. Felt the property was perfect for what we needed and above average. Comfortable bedding, sheets, comforter ext. Very clean and well stocked. This trip however was a very different experience. From the start it was downhill. Was given less than half a roll of toilet paper with none to replenish so had to go back to office for more. The beds were terrible. For beds, a metal boxspring we compared to a jail bed with an uncomfortable mattress on it. Bedding was of the thinest kind of no quality and tiny pillows with stains on the pillowcases. The room was very dusty and needed clean. The bathroom could have been more clean and needed a ton of maintenance. Paint peeling off the walls, kleenex dispenser missing so the box was sitting in a hole in the wall. Shower was constantly running with the handle off to the point we kept the door shut to not listen to it. This was a complete reversal of our previous trip and would not recommend staying here.

Needed a place away from the crowds and this was the best place for peace and quiet.

This property was extremely dirty, comforter had burn holes in it and entire place smelled like smoke despite it being smoke free. Worker was very unhelpful

Not my first stay here, but there was “something “ on the sink counter that I had to clean off. It was kinda gross. The location is what brings me back. I always check my bed before unpacking to be clean and bug free.

The room was a bit dated, but clean and roomy. Odd having coffee ecoutrements, but no maker.. Lol. Good stay for the price point.

I reserved and payed for a room for a tenant of mine and they turned her away after I paid for the room in her name. Told her there was no reservation.

I understand it’s an older property but , I don’t think there was a mattress on the bed. I actually think we slept on a box spring, the springs were almost popping thru. Ugh Not sure the sheets had been washed. We slept on the blanket & the pillows were the awful. I wanted to stay walking distance to my sons home in German village but made a big mistake.

Older facility, and definitely could have been cleaner, but ok for the most part.

Shower was so dirty that didn't even want to use. Lots of Mold

Good size rooms, interesting neighbourhood.

New vanities and bathrooms show some effort to improve older property. Office area under construction, no food or even coffee in common room. Cheaper in many senses of the word. Yet a decent value in an excellent location on edge of german village. Bike and weak COTA connections to wider area. Courtyard construction quiet and secure in busy area.
