Nice place but toilet was really dirty. Rest of room was spotless. From desk was very pleasant and able to give us an early check in. Nicely decorated with interesting touches. Would definitely stay here again or at other Clarion Pointe hotels.

Hot water was hot… NO cold water. Got burned in the shower trying to finish my shower. Hallway was super loud at night. Shade let light in from the street. Heat took forever to heat up the room. Overall pretty bad experience given the price tag with superior options around. Won’t be staying again.

I chose pay at the property and they charged me the day of, and now I have to wait to get my money back. Then on top of that they said $300 dollars on top of what they charged me in order to keep the room, so I had them reverse it and if I don’t see my money by Monday y'all will be seeing me in person. Very unprofessional. Don’t even have a pool

For the price not a bad experience. Friendly staff, safe , well lit. The con the room needed minor repairs. I liked the epoxy resin floor in not a fan of carpets in hotel rooms i feel it's more sanitary

Sheets had holes in them, all the bedding looked like it was rolled up in a ball right before they put it in bed. I don’t know if they have housekeeping when we came back the bed wasn’t made and we did not get new towels, no we did t leave anything in the door saying so no disturb. When I went downstairs to advise him that no one came into the room to care clean or give fresh towels. He looked at me and said I’ll bring some towels up later. He did come up to the room with 3 bath towels later in the night. We would never stay there again

The room wasn’t what we booked. So I went up to the desk and asked if there were any other rooms, the front desk host said there wasn’t. I go back to the room and find boogers on the headboard of the bed, cigarette burn marks on the bed sheets and stains on the bathroom walls. I would not ever come back to this hotel.

Checkin and check out there was no staff. The room felt like a college dorm room. Missing lamp shades, tv not working, the desk was like a college dorm desk and all scratched up. For the amount of money per night (close to $200), it was a major disappointment. The morning breakfast consisted of prepackages muffins and bananas. I didnt dare try the cereal out of the dispenser. We ended up going to a diner for breakfast. The only good thing was that there were not any bedbugs that we saw. Phewww.

We reserved a room with a king size bed and was given a room with two queen size beds instead. In addition, our room was not very clean and the room was a little run down. For example, there was dried up ketchup or something on one of the nightstands and the bathroom door stuck so it was hard to open and close.

Staff were kind. Some aspects of the property were not as well kept up (wet floor signs out the whole stay). But it was a really nice and easy stay

The area was super convenient. It is close to the highway and there’s a Starbucks nearby which is always a plus. The room was not clean. The sink still had toothpaste in it, and the surfaces were dirty. The line as were also heavily stained from the shower curtain to the towels. There is no elevator (but there are only two floors so It’s ok) a person from Housekeeping walked in after I let them know through the door I didn’t need service (I wasn’t provided a sign for the door) overall, the place did not fit the area it was in.

Front desk receptionist was great and very helpful! Hotel was hard to find via Google maps, but easy to navigate once you locate it. Hotel did not have an elevator, luckily the front receptionist was quick to find us a room on the first floor.

While the picture shows lamps with shades, our were bare bulbs with a cage over them. Would have preferred shades. Pru and Antonio were both very helpful and accommodating with a smile.

The room was very clean, but there were several things wrong or missing. The phone didn't work, the tv remote didn't work (which the front desk person kindly came to re-pair with the tv- it had to be paired with the tv), but then trying to watch youtube tv (which is what you were supposed to watch), it kept getting cut off saying the time limit was up, our fitted sheet had holes in it (he kindly brought a new sheet), the curtain didn't cover the whole window so a lot of light came in (we hung our holey sheet to block the light), there was no closet nor anywhere else to hang anything, and there was nowhere to put your bags, except the floor. The lining on the chair was falling apart. The bathroom was tiny, but fortunately the sink was outside the bathroom. Also, we were surprised by the fact that there is no carpet. I can see now in the photo that there in no carpet, but that was unexpected. The front desk person was very polite, friendly, and as helpful as possible. The room was very clean, and the shower worked well except we were out of conditioner. Overall it was comfortable and clean, but so many things were not working or missing, etc.

We came in at night and noticed dirty towels hanging around which made us nervous that our sheets were dirty too, but it was too late to tell anyone. Shower had no shampoo or conditioner in it. Breakfast was sparse but I guess all of the other reviews say that too. Gym had no fans, empty water and no cleaning supplies for after.
They were great about getting us clean sheets the next day. I am not 100% sure if they were dirty to be begin with but the towels definitely were.
I have never been in a hotel with no drawers or anyting to put your clothes in. Had a fridge and a desk and two beds with an end table in between that is it. Not sure if it was just our room or they were going for the minimalist look.

I like it. I had a great experience.

The pluses were that Wholefoods and Starbucks were across the street. Dunkin was just up the road. The location suited us out of town.
The minuses: the bed springs were super noisy. The bathroom was so small that the vanity was outside it. The blind was too small for the window and there was a bright light coming through the window. Next to the construction site. Breakfast was sparse. The vanity sink was blocked so we cleaned our teeth over the bath. The whole place smelled musty.

The property had apparently been renovated during the pandemic according to the owner. I left him a list of things that needed attention. There were considerable areas on the ceiling and walls that needed repainting. Most flat horizontal surfaces [desk, side tables, microwave/refrigerator cabinet] were sticky. When I arrived there were no hangers in the closet and the sink was clogged up with hair and would not drain. Both were remedied after I complained. The bathtub had no bathmat and it was so slippery once wet and soapy that I nearly wiped out when I first tried to shower. I ended up putting the cloth bathmat [the one supposed to be used outside the shower] in the shower to avert further problems. Overall the room had few hooks to hang things and no towel rack near the sink to hang up a hand towel. The only chair in the room was the desk chair which had a rather large rip in the upholstery where the back of the chair met the seat. There was a small electrical machine outside my room door which made a fan noise the entire time I was there [4 nights] and nobody ever did or could explain to me what it was for. They were renovating the building next door and shut off the electricity to the hotel for several hours one day with no warning. The promised breakfast was nothing more than a choice of 2 different cereals, milk, OJ, and coffee from a machine. Generally there was nobody at the front desk from early morning until check-in time [3 PM]. Hope this helps!

Bare essentials sparse breakfast and ran out of 1 pitcher of milk and was not replaced as no staff on duty. I could go on but for price not worth it. If I had paid $79 a night I’d say I got what I asked for but twice that amount and disappointment all around. Called per sign on front door and got answering machine. No one returned call or came to our rooms to resolve issues. One room No tp. One room No remote.

Never again. Our sink was filled with hair. Everything in the room was sticky. Everything. The bed made so much noise we were both afraid to turn over. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, our room was right near the exit where everyone went to smoke, so our room stunk. Thank god it was only for one night. One horrible night.

I love the location right off the highway. Crossing the street to go shopping was dangerous but worth it to shop at whole foods. Front desk clerk was amazing.

The room appeared unfinished, like they scrambled to make an additional room available for the graduation/PGA tournament rush.

Too many problems to list .. spoke to the staff , they wrote down all deficiencies and said they’d speak to their boss
For over $300 a night this hotel was unacceptable .
I’d like to speak to a representative .. asap

This hotel was awful. Filthy, mold in bathroom, gross. Gang activity in parking lot.
no elevator. Had to carry luggage upstairs.
Relocated immediately to a lovely Hilton garden inn.
Do NOT recommend this hotel at all!
