Very friendly check in staff. Also really appreciated the housekeeping staff. One of the kids lost an AirPod in the bed and didn’t realize it until hours after we had checked out. We called the hotel and they had found it. We were able to pick it up on the way out of town. Very much appreciated. Also, the hot breakfast was nice, with lots of variety.

This choice of hotel made our trip to Vancouver for a 90th Birthday Party all the more special. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who looked after us at the front desk, kept everything clean and set up a fabulous breakfast buffet every morning !

The hotel was overall clean and the staff was friendly. The heater was so loud at night that I had to turn it off and sleep, and the rustling sound every time I turned over in bed kept me from sleeping.

There was a dog barking for over an hour I was trying to sleep I went to the front desk to ask if they can switch rooms … the lady pretty much didn’t care and said they contacted the owner…poor customer service I am a regular customer and they should have switched my room for me. Not impressed

Not so good! The towel had a hairball on it. After flushing the toilet once the water is full the tank keeps making a water-filling sound for 5 mins very loud and annoying. The outlet plugin in the washroom is loose and won't hold the hair straightener in place had to wrap it around the hair dryer to keep it in place for my wife to use. On top of the ice bucket was dirty. Couldn't upload the video for the water tank-making sound only allowed to add pics. The staff were very kind. One waffle maker will stop working in between it can get busy for making waffles.

Peter was amazing. We had brought our furry friend and I had originally booked a king suite. Well unfortunately this room wasn’t pet friendly. Peter showed me a pet friendly room and was so professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you again !

I would love to give them a 5 star review The staff working the front at the check in/out counter and the breakfast were amazing, friendly, and did their jobs with a smile on their faces every time we were there... but this is the second time using this hotel for 2 nights/3days and every time the cleaning staff comes in, all they did was make the beds. I understand that I have a toddler and he makes messes with crumbs on the tables they provide in room but nothing was cleaned off, the bathrooms were just picked up the towels, the toilet paper wasn't changed/added a new roll. Again this is twice this happened...

My husband and daughter stayed there for hockey. They said it was clean, breakfast was nice option to have, it had a few food options close by and staff were super nice. Def would stay again.

Our stay was very good...the staff were very friendly and polite. The bathroom doorgot stuck on the 2nd morning which we reported to reception and this was fixed in no time. There was a pub right next to the hotel...very convenient for me and my wife to go and celebrate new yr and see in 2024 We enjoyed our stay thanks very much

I will stay here again. Friendly staff and clean overall. However, I do see a few long hair in my bathroom. I especially like the waffle machine at breakfast but seems like they don't refill many things when I came down at 9 am which still had half an hour before closing.

My stay was amazing everything was the way I was expecting it to be. I will definitely recommend my friends and family. The staff was so nice and polite. They help me get signed up for rewards. They the offered me water and my choice of peanuts or chocolate chip cookies. They told me what time breakfast start. The room was clean and it smell good. The water was hot. There was enough towels and toilet tissue in the bathroom. They had and iron and ironing board for my fiancé to use. Which he was happy about. They had a microwave and refrigerator and freezer. The television worked perfect. I like that we was upstairs because we didn’t really have to close the blinds at night. A lot of great restaurants was nearby. We was able to get out and walk around the hotel. It was very clean, with no trash on the ground. I was able to drive over to Vancouver with no problems. We had and amazing time. When we checked out we took pictures by the beautiful Christmas tree. The decoration was gorgeous. The people that we met at the hotel was friendly. I will definitely be coming back and when I am traveling I will make sure to look for a Comfort Inn hotel, so I can us my reward points. Coming the the boarder was easy the line wan’t long going or coming home. The staff at the hotel explain everything to me and where I can find everything at. The person at the front desk his name was Peter I hope they give him and awards for his professional and being respectful. He was very help and answered all

We stayed 3 nights for a our son's hockey tournament (very convenient 2 min walk across parking lot). Peter at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed. Ishmael in F&B was a joy to converse with. Would stay here again.
