The room was comfortable however I didn’t appreciate them not respecting my wish for no service. I had put a do not disturb on my door however one day when I returned they had come in my room. Also I was informed shortly after arriving I would need to microwave my water/boil it before consuming.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Was extremely disappointed in the breakfast selection, worst breakfast I have ever eaten at any hotel!

My experience was great! Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, I would recommend this hotel. It’s a true gem with amazing hospitality at its finest. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. A home away from home. Very peaceful!

Even though there was an issue with our initial room not being ready, we were given another room immediately. Overall it was a good stay

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Slept well, one night stay for a competition there . Lots of places nearby to eat as well.

Upon when I arrived the desk clerk was very rude when I was checking in. Once I got in the room only one of the 2 beds were made. The comforter for the second bed were thrown in a chair in the corner of the room. I tried calling to the front desk and the phones were not working. A nice young man came to the door and come in and took a picture of the mess left in the room. Left the room. Brought back sheets for me to make the bed. Then looked at the comforter and seen there was blood and coolaide on it. So I went back down stairs and to get another comforter. They claimed to not have any clean pillow cases. Got up this morning for the breakfast. It was not good. Gravy was cold for the biscuits. Orange juice was hot coffee was cold. There were soda cans left in the vases on the tables in the hallways. Clearly they were trash. The furniture in the lobby looked to be in terrible condition. The leather was all cracked and torn. The tables were all scratched and messed up. Needless to say this was a very disappointing stay for a Marriott hotel.

Beautiful well maintained clean hotel. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Heater worked. Nice bed. Nice breakfast. Eggs. Waffles cereal. Fruit. Yogurt. Different coffees. Milk. Juices etc. 6am

My husband and I had a one night stay. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable, but the breakfast was not good. Eggs were rubbery, potatoes tasted like they were old and also rubbery. My husband didn’t even finish his and he eats just about anything.

It wasn’t terrible but there were a couple things that stood out. I work nights at the hospital which makes it difficult for check ins bc they typically don’t start until 3 pm. Most if not all hotels I’ve stayed at have allowed me to check in early if my rooms is ready and available. At Baymont, they charged me $40 for early check in which has never happened. If that’s the policy, fine. I’d rather pay than sleep in my car from 0730 to 1500. So that was the first inconvenience. I get to my room which is spacious and adequate. The face towels weren’t up to my standards. One had some reddish stains on it and the other had tiny hairs woven into the threads. I typically bring my own towels, so I ignored that. I slept there for three days. As I stated previously I work nights. So on the day of check out I spoke with the front desk employee to see if I could have a late check out. He stated they offer late check out until noon. Before check out even began I’m getting knocks on the door every ten minutes and calls to the room. Which to me meant that information was not relayed to the other staff. That part was the worst because I really needed that extra hour of sleep before driving a long distance especially after a 12 hour shift. Then when I go to hand in key, the man wouldn’t give me a printed receipt. Which I’ve also never been denied. I need them for my records. Its was an average stay, the breakfast options ok. La Quinta down the road is a lil more expensive but better!

Hotel was clean and friendly staff.
Only negatives is it’s next to a major intersection so road noise through windows was a little annoying. If you could get a backside room it would probably be perfect.
Morning breakfast was extremely spartan.

The young lady at my evening check in was EXCELLENT. She was even accommodating for two guests I had in the lobby. My issue was with the overnight/early morning staffer and the morning front desk person. When I came down at 6:30 to put a bag in the car and return to my room the overnight person responded to me as if I was walking in off the street. He was on guard and looking afraid when I asked about breakfast start. On my second trip to the car the day worker was being dropped off for work with that large SUV parked nearly inside the door! It was blocking my exit and did not move up in consideration. When reentering the Hotel the young lady and overnight worker were both looking at me suspiciously, again, as though my presence needed a clarification when it should have been obvious that I was a guest. It didn’t make sense and was not hospitality.

If you want Fox News screaming at you about the evils of gay sex in the breakfast lounge while you eat, this is the spot for you. That said, the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the room was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually lost my wedding band while there and when they cleaned the room they found and we were able to arrange to have it picked up. Only reason it did not get a 5 star rating was the breakfast. The biscuts and sausage were still practically frozen and the juice tasted watered down. I will still stay again and would recommend to others

This was a nice hotel right off of South Loop-we stayed two nights while we house shopped-very convenient, close to everything-staff was friendly.

I booked online and I was traveling with the pet the pet deposit said one thing online and when I got to the hotel it was a total different story hotels.com talk to him several times and finally got them to let me stay there but they still want to charge me full price after saying they would charge me at a lower price that matched hotel.com they blamed everything on hotels.com then when they got to the room the TV remote and everything would not work the desk clerk was very nice and tried to help but could not get it to work when he moved the dresser and trash fell out from behind the dresser from previous people and did not clean it up also under the stool by the door there was a bunch of dog treats and toys left over from somebody else chew toys and stuff dog found them had to throw all the stuff away the bed sheets had holes in them and stains all over them when I lay down in bed my foot got stuck in the hole in the sheets and then the bed covers also had a hole had booked two nights only stayed one and left as right now they're still charging me for full two nights Plus deposits and everything we will see what the outcome is will never stay at this facility again even though I frequent this town regularly

We found roaches dead on the bathroom sink, their were red/yellow stains all over the walls. The tub had red stains in it as well. The sheets and beds had wierd black things on them. We found other people receipts from different places in the drawers. The TV remote didnt work at all, and our key cards repeatedly had to be redone for us to get into the hotel and our room. The only good thing was the pople who work here are nice and they actually had breakfast.

I’ve stayed at this hotel between 10-15 times over the last 3 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and the beds comfy.

Clean rooms and beds where comfortable they had problems with their pool and credit card system but other then that my stay was overall good for the price it’s well worth it.

This property management has very minimalistic approach. Breakfast items were very basic with few choices. In the room was bare minimum of convenience items, no bag for dirty laundry, no conditioner only one bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. They claim to be pet friendly, but charged $50 per small dog, furthermore, they had no pet bags in order to clean up and absolutely no garbage cans outside the facility. It seemed that the owner or manager was trying to minimize any expense to them. It was very clean, but I was very disappointed by the pet charges after I had made my reservation and paid through the online app. Upon check-in they forced us to pay an extra hundred dollars for our two dogs.

We paid online and used “pet friendly” filter and when we arrived, we were informed of a $35 fee per night for our small dog. We couldn’t refund and go elsewhere cuz we’d already paid. We ended up paying more than other nicer hotels after the fee.
We got a room with a king bed and pullout but when we opened the pullout, there was no bedding at all and none in the room. After calling down, and waiting an hour, the guy shows up at the door, asking what we needed though we already told him on the phone. Finally, at 10 pm, he comes with sheets and one blanket but informs us that they are out of pillows! He said he looked everywhere but all rooms were booked and there’s no more pilllows! What kind of hotel runs out of pillows?!? Extremely disappointed in our stay here. The only upside to any of it was that it is a clean hotel.
