Very poor housing keeping. New towels just left in the sink. Not hoovered every day. The coffee machine broke , it was replaced on the day, but still didn’t replenish with decaf coffee what we specifically requested. Bottled water in arrival… according to some receptionist.. Merlyn P and George at the reception were great.

Great hotel. Quiet, convenient location. Great amenities - secure luggage storage, immediate hot water, awesome shower, convenient microwave and even a fabulous little store that’s open 24hrs. Helpful staff who were polite and friendly. Plenty of good food options close by too.

Lovely stay here, staff were super helpful and polite, couldn’t do enough to help you at reception. Lots of tea and coffee in the room which was definitely needed! Great toiletries and really well cleaned each day. Big TV in the room with lots of channels. Even though the room was right outside the lifts, it was quiet and the rooms well sound proofed. Right outside a subway stop too.

I went to NYC for a quick out of town stay. The hotel is very conveniently located and my room was surprisingly larger than most other rooms I have stayed at in the city. The room was clean, I had a great view from my room at night and the shower was hot, so i was a happy camper!

Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy check in and they store luggage prior to check in if you arrive early, which allows you to start exploring. Rooms are a good size for New York and the bathroom was great. Shower pressure was fantastic even though we were on the 23rd floor. Subway outside the hotel.

For new york this was one of the best experiences weve had. Nice size room, clean and very great staff at the check in and the bell man. We will definitely stay there again.

Very happy with our choice of hotel - decent sized room on 26th floor with an excellent view of the Empire State Building. Very clean, and polite and welcoming front desk and room service staff. Great shower, with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash supplied, and hand wash and body lotion by the sink. Room had aircon, a coffee machine (with tea and coffee pods provided), a fridge, a hairdryer, an iron and board and a safe.

Happy with our stay at Hilton garden inn New York west 35th. Location is excellent, right by empire State, subway and herald square (good area for food). Very grateful that we were allowed to keep the room for an extra hour at end of trip, before taxi arrived
Only issues were that our room was next to lift, so noisy, and beds were quite small and mattress was sloping on one edge.

Hotel is convenient, but located in a not so safe looking area with quite a lot of druggies and homeless ppl on the street, but they don’t seem violent.
Good security measures.
Lotion was out but sent a new bottle immediately.
Elevator is extremely slow esp during the morning. Waited 15 min

For a Hilton hotel - I expected more. No anti skid mats for the shower available. Showe head is placed so people who are bot very tall to rotate it cannot reach it! Very bad design.
Waiting time for the all three elevators at sometimes over 10 minutes!!

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, very few blocks away from Times Square, the Empire State, etc., and with a subway entry just a few steps away.
The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind, always offering to best assist you in everything you need.
The hotel is not brand new, however, it is in good condition, clean and the shower has amazing water pressure.

We visited the city to see a Broadway show, take in a museum and see the sights. This hotel was perfect. It was near a train station, and was walkable to good food at the Liberty and a parking garage meirs. We were in close walking distance to the Empire State Building. It was a safe and lovely hotel that we would go back to.

I was very disappointed that the hotel claims to have on site parking( which I thought was odd for NY)but they do not. Also, the hotel claims to have a meeting room but when I asked at the front desk, I was told no. This was quite annoying as the lobby is loud (not just lots of guests but the music is entirely too loud.) I only needed a quiet space for an hour to tutor a math student virtually so I ended up in the hall outside my room. The front desk staff were mostly kind and courteous but there was one young lady there when I checked in that seemed not to want to be bothered (I didnt get her name.) Lastly, on the day of checkout, housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9. I was pissed because checkout is at 12 and she woke us up. Why wouldn’t she know which rooms are to be cleaned after checkout? Overall, I was disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel.

Best location in NY! Easy to get to times square broadway, or downtown. 34th ST subway station is right outside the hotel, plenty of places to eat just outside. close to koreatown.

I had a great stay: from the time I arrived, during and upon check out it was great: courteous staff, great location, clean bedroom which was done everyday, good size bedroom, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, I could regulate the room temperature, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker,... My stay was excellent, recommend it 👌

You cannot fault Hilton hotels. They always keep on top of their hotel appearances. It was clean and spacious, perfect size for our family. No restaurant but plenty on your doorstep to choose from

Great stay, clean room, fridge and microwave in room, staff very helpful and friendly, close to Subway. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to NYC.
