Quiet get-away, friendly staff, good breakfast. Room needed a make-over or update. The chair looked like trash - but otherwise I would stay again if visiting that area.

The staff, especially the front desk, is amazing. The hotel itself is older and still has a bit of a smoke smell in the room although they no longer allow smoking. The breakfast is fine and the coffee is good.

I always like staying at Best Western... This time I was not aware that I picked a handicap room and it bothered me that the shower pressure was very weak.... I wish the attendant had made me aware of that when I checked in... Other then that, my stay was peaceful and enjoyable

The front desk staff was so sweet, friendly and helpful. The facility is in need of a face-lift. There is no inviting lobby, just a desk. The room was dark and shabby...it needs a makeover as does the bathroom. That it is on the Widener University Campus is a plus. The price was not reflected by the quality.

Staff was very nice, room was clean and quiet and our room was very spacious for the price. Didn’t like the parking, you must do a long walk from behind the building, at nights is very lonely and it’s a problem if raining or snowing. We noticed the door wasn’t locked when we returned, it stayed open until we push/pull it hard, so you must make sure it is locked before leaving or sleeping. Worst thing was the breakfast, terrible taste from everything served, except the waffles that you instantly make, that was the only thing we could eat.

The hotel was okay for a short stay. For the price it was worth the stay. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the check-in and out process was quick. I feel like the rooms could’ve been cleaned better.

The bathroom shower was very unclean, dirty, black mold in creases at bottom, shower floor dirty. I washed up at face bowl everyday. never got in shower. It was too dirty to use.

The only thing that was a little confusing when I first arrived was the signage being at the corner of the building at the bank and the entrance was about half a block away. I liked the ease of parking, but there is not a covered parking area and I did not see a back entrance to the hotel. Other than that, the staff was extremely friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the A/C was great! If there was a "star" between Good and Excellent that would be the one I would pick!

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly , check in was a breeze and to the naked eye the place seemed clean. However I did notice a roach in the bathroom around 2am and also it was a light musty order in my room. I went to the desk clerk and showed her the pictures and videos of what I saw in my room. She apologized and said she would have her manager contact me when they come in. - Point of Information - No one has yet to reach out to me .
