Overall, things went well regarding my stay at this hotel. The bed needs to be changed out for a new one.

We arrived at 1:00am and were told checkout is at 11:00am. We were running a little behind and the gentleman that had checked us in at 1 came to my door telling me I had ten minutes to get out !!! I have never been treated that way in my lifetime of staying at hotels . When I tried to talk to the general manager he came up and started speaking over me . Also we arrived so thirsty and just wanting a drink of water and this is what we are met with ! I’m telling you stay next door do not stay here .

Manager on duty at check in was extremely friendly and over accommodating. Rooms nice clean and comfortable. also they have partnerships with a couple nearby restaurants that do delivery to room that was great after a long days travel, and their food was fantastic. Strongly recommend.

Clean but shabby. Carpet was frayed enough I was worried about tripping on it. Fake leather furniture was peeling like crazy. AC vibrated loudly all through the night.

If you’re 21 and under, do not book here. The app nor website advertised it was 21+ for checkin age requirement (im 20), so I thought it would be no problem. I waited 3 hours to check in after driving around 5 hours just to be told in a rude way im not allowed to check in. The man at the front test was very rude and not accommodating at all! We tried to speak to a manager several times, but he did not allow us to. The place also had a strong odor as soon as you walked in. Never staying here again!

The hotel check-in is at 2 PM and they were friendly, room was clean. Even the fire escape, which I sometimes take for exercise was clean. Hot Breakfast was good. Highly recommended and I would stay here again!!

The price was good, but was disappointed there was no hot water. Apparently I was told that upon check-in but I thought the guy at the desk told me the phones weren’t working. I remember even saying, “that’s ok because I have mine.” Our fridge also was not working. They had to keep my food in the hotel kitchen fridge.
Breakfast was good though.

This is an older hotel converted to a Comfort Suites. There are numerous repairs and enhancements needed to bring this hotel current. It is obvious that the maintenance staff is more concerned about doing repairs easy than visually appealing. Their workmanship is less than appeasing. The comfort of this Comfort Suites is not par for the brand. Having no hot water upon waking up didn't assist in my overall evaluation of this property. The manager's explanation without an apology didn't leave me with a warm feeling or desire to ever return. A cold shower in the morning is never how anyone really relishes the start of a day. Additionally, charging an elderly couple checking in prior to me an additional $95.00 beyond my rate was disturbing. Unfortunately, I was unable to intervene on their behalf.

Pull out couch was missing a mattress and there was no hot water out entire stay. Front desk clerks had broken English and acted as if partial refunds or discounts were not in their new country’s vocabulary. 1/10 do not recommend

When walking into lobby I was met with the most strong smell of air freshener plug ins and Covid stickers on the floor, on the windows telling me to wear a mask and social distance. Very outdated decor. Not a fresh and welcoming first impression.
Our room was not as spacious as pictured and the pullout couch (twin size) was super uncomfortable and the mattress was one inch thick and covered with a stained mattress pad.
The bathroom did not have a fan so it got fogged up quick. Paint was cracking as a result and there were water stains all over. We were told by other guests that the pool was over chlorinated and their children were coughing all night after swimming the day before.
The beds were comfortable and bedding was white which I appreciate. The free breakfast was decent and restocked frequently. The coffee was terrible in the lobby. We will not stay here again.

Room could use a good cleaning as it smelled a little musty. Afternoon staff were great to deal with. The gentleman working day shift was cold.

This hotel is severely outdated and in need of lots of repairs. Everything is dirty and old, blinds don’t even close, so bring an eye mask or you’ll be staring at lights all night. Beds were fine and front desk was nice, but I would definitely not stay here again. We were on our way to Florida, so we tried to stay on the outskirts of Nashville to get back on the road but no thank you!

For this to have been a lower priced hotel we were very impressed. The room was large and everything was very clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The only disappointment we had was the gym wasn’t working but we used the indoor pool to get in a workout.

The hotel was very dated and dirty. The beds were old and way beyond their life expectancy. The food was not ok. Fake eggs. Nasty cold sausage. Old coffee unit that delivered light brown coffee

Was great to get into the suite at very short notice. We didn't care if the tub was dirty, stains on floor or the fan not working in the bathroom.

The lady at the front desk, peaches, was super nice! The room was a little outdated. The paint on the walls was coming off, the pool room was also out dated. The water pressure in the shower was terrible.. when we got to the room there was still a dirty wet rag in the bathroom floor from the previous guest.. the gym was closed which was a bummer, We probably won’t be staying again when we come back to Nashville.

First impression are ever thing. The staff was rather distant, not rude but not very welcoming either. Even though it is an older hotel it could use some care and that would probably eliminate the slight mold smell when you walk in the door. Which could be attributed to the pool area and pool which is in desperate need of care and repair.
The hotel was clean but as a whole needs to be refreshed with replacing worn furniture, shower curtains that fit the tub area, carpet etc. The room was clean however there is a need for new pillows instead of folding them into a square shape on the bed. The mattress was the most uncomfortable and very hard. The breakfast was very good but the coffee was awful. With some professional improvements and upgrades it would be a nice hotel.

Nothing is new, everything is torn or scratched, or the floor has huge gaps with dirt in it. Bathroom was “clean” and the sheets and towels were too, but nothing looked clean because it was falling apart or outdated.
Paper thin walls and could not sleep a full night. I’m a heavy sleeper and I was pushed awake by a neighbor just talking and lightly strumming an acoustic guitar.

This property was very nice and clean. The woman that did my check in was very friendly and helpful suggesting places to eat or order in from. Breakfast buffet was good.

The "gym" is extremely small and was under renovation. Only 3 treadmills and an exercise machine.

Hotel is old and needs to be updated. Beds are not comfortable. Many charging outlets didn’t work in the room. Breakfast was good.

Their light posts are in the parking lot and I backed into it as the lot is small. Damaged the bumper and rear and should be moved or removed as most of them are on the grass areas except for this one which is at the front entrance. Looks like I am not the only one who has ran into it and it should be removed it’s in a terrible spot with super small parking sports and no much room to park. People were taking up two spots and some were parking sideways cause the parking is awful.

I enjoyed my stay. There were only minor issues like broken picture and bulb blown in front of the mirror. Hiren was amazing! He made check in and check out extremely smooth!

This hotel was so dirty! What looked like semen stains on our couch, dirt in every corner of the room, carpet ripping up, rust in the tub, and smells musty. The pool was closed for unknown reasons, the front desk would never give a straight answer. We talked to some other people who did get to go to the pool and said it was disgusting. You could hear everyone else in the hotel. Someone was jumping all night long and Someone had their tv on loud until 3:30 am. The hotel maids were yelling loudly while they were cleaning in the morning. Overall a terrible hotel but it is somewhat close to the mall and a few other places we were going. We only booked because this place had good reviews. Those people must have been paid to write those reviews.
