Crack heads in the parking lot. Homeless laying on side of building. Room wasn’t ready. I was concerned of leaving my belongings in my room while going to a concert. We left and paid for another room.

This place is disgusting. Roaches in the fridge, mice and bed bugs. The ceiling was falling down, wires hanging everywhere and the bed frame was broken. I took one look and left.

This place is about one stepaway from being condemned. Their phone system wasn’t working. I saw a roach in the bathroom. The carpet was stained and the door wouldn’t lock fully because it was not aligned with the frame. Don’t stay here!

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and this one is in the bottom 10. So yeah, I've stayed at worse. But not much worse. Where to begin, the nonsmoking room sure smelled like a smoking room, and cigarette butts littered the ground. The notice that the cable wasn't working on the office wall had faded from exposure to sunlight, so it must not have been working for a long time. And even if it was, i doubt the picture would have looked very good on the 20 year old TV (i bought the exact same Sony TV in 2004). The one chair had a broken back with a screw sticking out where someone had tried to fix it. And the office chair was stuck in permanent recline and looked like someone has spilled a few drinks on it. Or spilled some bodily fluid on it. IDK, I don't work for CSI, but it looked sus. And the bathroom had mold around the tub, they had patches the door a few times where it looked like someone punched through it. The shower water never got hot no matter what. But the sink did. So maybe they just didn't have the diverter set right. The bed frame had two plates of metal sticking out from one side that looked like they could slice your shin easily. Last, the security latch on the door was broken. IdK which is worse that they never fixed, or the fact it was broken in the first place.

The person at the service desk was very polite and gave us a heads up about the Television not working (black screen with wording, No Signal bouncing around). It was okay the room was decent size for a king. The sink in the bathroom leaks from the pipe, toilet would not flush all the way unless you held the handle down and prayed it would not overflow. My husband fixed the tv(which was a simple fix). When we checked out we let the person know at the front desk about the problems. They were very great full that we met them know and went right to the room. Just a heads up they do not do breakfast.

I was expecting much based on the reviews and I got about what I expected. The checking was advertised as being at 2pm but when I arrived to check in at 330 I was told the room was still not ready. I left and went to grab food and it was ready 45 minutes later when I returned. The front desk gentleman was friendly but unhelpful. I asked about Wi-Fi and was informed there was a guest network but it alternated between being iPad and requiring a asswird that he didn’t have. Once in the room it was obviously dingy and rundown. The bathroom was outdated and beat up. There was no refrigerator or microwave available. The room also only had one light, no lamps, and the majority of the electrical outlets didn’t work. This booking was a part of a 3 night trip for wrestlemania of which I spent the first 2 nights in Atlantic City and just committed to Philadelphia and I should done that for the third night as well. On the bright side the surrounding area was very robust with a variety of retail and dining options.

The bad smell was unbearable, everything was very old, when they gave me the room they gave me the wrong one, it couldn't stand it and I preferred to waste my money and look for something better, the bad smell was terrible.

This was the worst place that I stayed all my life. We saw a rat in the room! The room was dirty, the bathroom was extremely dirty. Hotels.com should immediately delete this hotel from its list.

The room was absolutely terrible. There were live wires hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom door had huge holes in it, the lamp was broken with no bulb in it. Quite frankly this place is one big safety hazard. I asked for a refund because of these issues and they refused. Please stay clear of this place.

This has to be the MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL I’ve never seen in my life. Cockroaches everywhere, filthy gross, stinky, just disgusting all around! Stay away you’re better off sleeping in your car.

Didn’t like anything. There are holes in the walls. The hole in the bathroom wall was mildewed. The was one towel in the bathroom, our reservation was for two. There was one bedside lamp minus the shade and a bulb. The bathtub was filthy, my wife wouldn’t take a shower in in it, and neither would I. The door key needed to be used 5 times before the door would open. The bedspread had holes in it. At least the heat worked well. I am surprised Expedia would let some one book a room here. Shame on you!

Nothing was nice about this motel nice accept the price . Would not recommend unless u have no other choice . It's dirty AF in all the rooms bathroom doesn't even have a shower curtain. Holee in the walls . U better hope you get a room with a working school ac all there air conditioner are old dirty buttons all broke off . They gave me one towel one wash clothe. The front desk had us waiting in the lobby for 30 while she got food and came back with a attitude cause we were tired of waiting .I honestly would only recommend this to a homeless person or a family that's have no where to go . Door latches are broke as well .

Ok you get what you pay for. I checked in and left 15 minutes later. Bedspread had holes in it, air conditioner was in pieces, toilet had no lid, the seat was cracked and glued back together. I sat on the bed and knew it wouldn’t hold the weight of me and my significant other.

First of all the door was open when we arrived only to discover the door doesn’t fully shut. Then on top of that it was dirty and smelt of smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The sink didn’t drain. The smoke alarm was falling out of the ceiling. There was a lamp left unplugged no bulb and no shade in it. I left immediately didn’t even stay the night. This place needs to be shut down.

This is a total dump. Room was dirty, everything that could be rusted was rusted. Bathroom door had no handles and door was broken in half. There’s a leak under the floor due to the rain and it smelled like mildew. Room was not ready on time on arrival. Lady in front claims they do repairs, but there are photos of other units having doors broken and other items. The place is disgusting and no one should ever stay there.

What I can say about this dump. Pictures on Travelocity made it look decent. Walked into my room and saw dirty rug, bedspread was filthy, ceiling cracked and falling on ground, toilet had a plastic bag to flush, then the roaches. Walked back out and went to another hotel. Have pictures as proof.

Woman at reception was very nice. It was cheap. Black spots on walls and grout in bathroom was black. Wifi wasn’t working. Ceiling was on the verge of caving in. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Chair was missing a wheel. TV was from 80’s and only 3 channels worked.

When we opened the door to the room there was a smashed roach on the wall. there were roaches running around the room. IN THE DAYLIGHT. I immediately went down and checked out and asked for a refund. He would not give me one 'since I booked with Orbitz'. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The property was filthy! There were holes in the sheets and the carpet had a terrible odor that caused my allergies to flare. The carpet was stained throughout the room. I had to clean the bathroom myself. It appeared as if the facility is used for housing for families who are displaced.
