Great pet friendly hotel in Casper. The decor is updated and the rooms are comfortable. They serve a nice complimentary breakfast as well. We will stay again the next trip through Casper.

I wouldn't stay here again unless I reserved the whole top floor to myself. Thin walls and ceiling let all noises in at all hours of the night. If you can get by on less than 4 hours of sleep then you will be ok.

I highly recommend this property when in Casper. It is a very convenient location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and very clean. Breakfast is very good with lots of options.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Our room was really nice plus we liked the chair and the side chair. The staff was nice and very friendly. Thank you so much.

The building was well constructed with good insulation so the heat pump didn't turn on all night long. When it did come on, the heater was quiet. This was on a night when the temperature dropped to 20 below zero. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect, the best I've ever had in a motel. The renovation wasn't the highest quality. The housekeeper left a clothing tag on the floor and the common areas were grubby. I probably would stay there again because a quiet heater/ac unit is the most important factor for me.

My sons headphone beats were stolen out of our room by housekeeping/staff member. Left message for GM to call me back, and a message for front manager and no one returned my call. Called the hotel several times and could never talk to GM.

We usually stay exclusively at Hampton Inn. We stayed at this property twice in a week (for travel stops). We also stayed at another property for the bulk of our stay at our destination. This location does not allow you to check in or out without going to the front desk. No other location makes me go to the front desk at check-in. Also, the mattresses are hard and we did not sleep well either night (different rooms). The other location had great mattresses and we slept 6 nights without issue.

The property was very nice. Our breakfast was great too. We were disappointed in the fact that the pool and hot tub weren't available. The rooms were very nice and our suite was beautiful too. The mattress however wasn't quite up to the standards of the room. I thought we would find our selves in a nice comfortable plush bed but instead it was very stiff/hard which made getting comfortable more than difficult and it made for a poor nights sleep. I would recommend a slightly softer mattress, middle of the road so those that like firm could be ok and those that like soft could be ok.

Your ad states that the property was renovated but not the rooms. Maybe they have some new caulking in the bathrooms. Front desk was real slow for the check-in.

Great breakfast selection. The hotel was very clean. It was noisy, you could hear people clomping around on the floor above us. Outside motorcycle noise was annoying.

This hotel had it all and more. It was very roomy and offered anything you could possibly want or need. The hot breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel has been updated and fresh! The staff was friendly! Great breakfast in the morning! I liked the convenience next to the freeway.

The rooms had so much space and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was top notch complimentary with eggs, sausage, French toast, fresh cut fruit with bananas and apples, cereal, oatmeal, and waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. The staff was so friendly, fresh cookies at check in.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The location was great for us.
The faucet was short & located in the corner of the sink, so water gets on the counter. Makes it difficult to wash hands or brush teeth without making a mess. We must of had a room next to kids, as we woke every morning to loud thumping footsteps. Walls seem thin. Next time we will ask for an end unit.
