Stay over when seeing a band near Kings Cross. Nothing fancy but friendly check in staff and clean bed. Nice shower. Does what I needed.

2 nice staff, one young polite guy from west Asia and one nice housekeeper.
2 rude guys from reception desk.
super small room, super small hall, 0 elevator.

Do NOT stay here we stayed on the lower ground floor. The room. Was like a cupboard under the stairs. The staircase is a death trap with no proper handrail to hold onto and a fire door that nearly knocked my wife down the stairs. The room obviously had not been decorated in years. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was mouldy. Never stay here.

We stayed in a small double whilst visiting London overnight for a theatre, eating out shopping trip.
I would agree with other people who have reviewed this hotel.
Whilst the rooms are small it is quiet and a in a good location 5 minute walk from St Pancras/Kings Cross.
For the price paid we had no complaints .
If you just want somewhere to sleep for the night , this hotel is more than adequate.

Good location right near King’s Cross station, so very handy to everything. Staff were helpful and polite also!

This is the worst people that are running this hotel. Just run away.

Staff excellent and the service,, rooms are very small OK for 1 night,, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but wasn't the hotels fault some numpty was smoking in the room

The hotel was really nice located. 3 minutes from kings cross station and a lot of restaurants and kiosks. The hotel staff was nice and welcoming. Had booked a regular twinbed room, which was really small. The two of us couldn’t have our suitcase open at the same time on the floor, and the bathroom was small too. Would be perfect for 1 person. It was clean, and they provided towels, coffee and a kettle to boil water which was nice. The bed was hard as a rock, and we didn’t get much sleep because of it, but it worked out for what we needed it to do. Would stay again if we booked a much bigger room, and they had better beds.

The staff are very friendly and the location is great. It’s very convenient no matter where you go.

The room cleaning service was very good.

Although the rooms and not as big as I've expected, but I think it is very good room for the price.
The room is very clean.
Basic stuff like shower gel and clean towels are provided.
Room is also cleaned daily and towels are changed everyday.
I had a problem with my sink and accidentally closed the sink cover, which made it unusable for the night, told the receptionist about the problem before I head out for the day, and the sink was fixed by the time we came back.
The hotel is also very accessible to Kings Cross station thus made it easier for us to travel around London via Underground, and a fair 25mins walk to Leicester Square for food places to see.

Hotel location is perfect for St. Pancras station. Lots of places to eat. The guy on reception was excellent, friendly and professional. Hotel is old and cramped, communal areas carpets filthy. Room was very small for a double and en-suite tiny. On closer inspection, the carpet on the side of the bed the housekeeper couldn’t get to was disgusting and dust all around the headboard. Sheets on bed were old and even though clean, didn’t feel it.

The room was small but clean and had everything you would need. Its a very short 5min walk to the train station( kings cross and st pancras international euro star)
Staff was welcoming.
The communal areas could do with a bit of work.
But if you need a place to sleep to be able to catch a very early (5am) train it will work.

I stayed in a small single room which felt smaller because of the dark wood panelling. The bed was ok and the tv was small but all reasonable. I did think the room was a lot of money for the price but I guess that’s London for you.

The hotel is just a couple of blocks from Kings Cross station.Easy to get anywhere in London. There are several dinning options near. The room was small, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was great, Lucas in particular, (front desk) was very nice, always with a smile. Would recommend, and stay here again.

This is a low budget hotel, so don’t expect 5 star accommodation. However, it is very convenient for getting around London being a few minutes walk to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. The room was small and decor was basic, but it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

We were only in town for one night, and the room was perfect for that. Quiet, clean and cosy. Couldn't ask for much more.

Fantastic location, staff were lovely. Room was small but everything you need for a few nights.

Staff were all great and the room was very clean. Minimal amenities but very good price for such a great and central area.

The rooms were small but clean. Unfortunately the pub next door has closed, so it was a couple block walk for any dining options.

Tiny room with no space to even unpack my suitcase. Tiny bathroom. No desk. Awful internet connection (I needed it for urgent job related work and its slowness and unreliability caused me very serious troubles).

Great location in London. Staff are friendly and rooms were cleaned every day.

It was just fine nothing special but nothing bd at all

The outside view of this hotel is very deceptive - our room was in the back, small and cramped with a double bed jammed up against the wall, plus a single bed and little if any light. The bathroom was minute. The corridors were so narrow I worried about our exit in a fire. We agreed it was our worst hotel room ever and I would not recommend it for anyone unless they are desperate. The two guys on reception were however friendly and helpful.

Good location close to St Pancras Station, the area felt safe even late at night.
It is an old property so narrow stairs and corridors which looked a little tired.
The Room was small but had the essentials and was very clean, Reception was friendly an efficient. Considering this is a budget Hotel it was significantly above my expectations and I would consider staying again.

This is a good place to stay if you are solely looking for a place to sleep. It is a tiny room, but for the price I would expect nothing more and in my opinion it was not an issue. The location is great, close to the train and tube. The room was clean enough. There is no air conditioning and our window did not lock. We were on the upper floors, so it was not a problem but I would not want an open window on the lower floors. And when some people here say they can hear everything from the surrounding rooms and the hallway, I can also confirm this. It's an affordable hotel, which means during the weekend there will be people coming at night from bars etc. You need grade A earplugs to be able to sleep. Our curtains were fine and we did not have problems with light peaking through. I would not say the staff was particularly friendly, but not rude either.
2.0
A small and basic room, reminded me of a ships cabin. Narrow stairs and corridors would not suit those with mobility issues. Luggage room useful as I could leave my bags before and after my stay (door not locked though so not very secure)
Had everything I needed for my overnight stay but definitely not a destination in itself…. Get what you pay for
