Overall ok….however when I went downstairs for breakfast Fox News was playing on multiple tv’s. This insulting to many of us….Fox News lies, distorts, and promotes racism. Put on a local news station or sports….anything but Fox News.

The bed was hard. Not like that normal sofe hilton bed.

Nothing Major to complain about. There was trash that was overlooked by housekeeping. Not a deal breaker. The stay in itself was peaceful.

Hotel was very clean. Service was really good. We thought the breakfast buffet was included but it is extra not a bad thing we just didnt reaize until we at the table with our food. Overall 4 out of 5 stars

When were there the receptionist tell me that the breakfast is on Monday. For me it’s was like everything one have access to the breakfast on morning. Unfortunately they charge me it. I were at the room 421, I couldn’t sleep all night long because of fridge’s nose.

Had a good stay overall, but make sure you check the alarm clock before you go to sleep. The alarm clock in my room was set for 5:45am, so I was not happy about that, since I wasn't planning to wake up until 8am. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable, but it was hard for me to get comfortable enough to fall asleep since none of the pillows had any firmness/neck support. There was plenty of well-lit parking though and the hotel is in a quiet area with easy access to the highway and shopping/dining options.

20 minutes to M&T stadium. Close to Arundle Mill Mall, Casino, Bass Pro Shop.

Listed breakfast available, but wasn’t until check in you found there was an additional cost. The food items in the marketplace near the front desk were gross. My salad was moldy.

Enjoyed my stay, I was comfortable & felt safe! The parking was convenient and the location was quiet in my opinion. Definitely on my list of places to recommend to family and friends.

Hotel operations manager wanted to discuss something with me. He came up to my room knocked on the door waited about two seconds and decided to use his master key and come into my room. I met him at the door, wanted to know what he wanted and he wanted to know how I spelt my name. I was completely surprised and shocked that he would just use his master key to enter my room without allowing me to meet him at the door.

The staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and didn’t have a stale smell like so many hotels do. Water pressure in the shower was actually pretty good and water stayed warm for awhile.
The only downside was the bed. The pillows were terrible and the king sized bed sagged terrible in the middle. Woke up pretty sore in the morning.

Restaurant availability on Sunday through the bar was horrible. Food was not good. Fires overcooked. Grill cheese was not real cheese. It had no taste

Received a phone call at 315 pm 15 minutes after check in time informing me that the hotel was over booked and they could not provide the room that I reserved over a week ago. They tried to redirect us to another hotel 25 minutes the opposite way of our travel plan. I also found out from relatives who we were visiting with that the area was not a good one. I told them no and they tried to find something closer. They called back with an acceptable place. 10 minutes later called and said this was over booked as well and we could still go to the hotel I hadd refused earlier. I again refused and said I would drive home. On my way home I checked my email and there was a confirmation from the hotel she told me was over booked. I called and they told me my room was ready. What a nightmare. I was already half way home by then. Never again! Ruined our plans! Thanks !!

The room wasn’t what I thought and found that the room had some issues but since we was only staying one night. We didn’t make a big deal out of it

Easy and friendly check-in and check-out.
Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Hotel has a bar and restaurant. Breakfast in the morning. Location was key. Close to Merriweather weather post pavilion and easy access to 95.
Definitely will book again.

Very friendly and accommodating. They also had a 24 hour shuttle to take you to the airport, mall, or nearby casino.

They had zero control of guests. Kids were playing in the gym and the hallways disturbing guests trying to sleep all hours of the night.

The hotel is decent and the front desk staff were helpful as was the bartender. The pm driver who provides transportation from the airport was not friendly and did not speak to us at all during our drive from the airport. The room was fine and appeared clean.

No complaints here. In the room it was quiet couldn't hear other guest. I brought my firestick and the internet was excellent no buffering. Great location would stay here again.
