Check in is awkward and inconvenient
Room was bare bones, only one chair, and that was an office chair! No table! Mattress was horrible and screeched with every move, sank in the middle. Walls are paper thin so we could hear everything from the folks next door. Positive—clean and water was hot. Probably will not stay here again

Very nice and quiet location. We were a little concerned about an offsite check in but it went very well. No issues. Beds were comfortable. Room could have been cleaner. Old Cheerios on the floor and peaking under the beds

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay! The view from our room was spectacular during the sunset. It is a beautiful property. I found check-in to be a little frustrating. The lady I spoke with was difficult for me to understand but we eventually got it all arranged. Linens were plentiful and the room was clean and tidy. We both felt we would like to stay there again due to it being somewhat rural and yet easy to access areas we enjoy visiting!

Super clean place in a great location

This was my second time at property. First time there were very few guests. This time the property was full. I love that this property is off the main path and still clise to everything. First visit was very relaxing and quiet. This visit was so loud. People running, laughing, talking loudly through the night then people up extremely early doing same. My hot water in shower did not work at all even though sink had hot therefore i could not shower. My teen took a cold shower then tried to blow dry her hair and blow dryer had been cracked in half and left mechanism out if used. All in all we were very disappointed with our visit this stay and hope these issues can be corrected.

We enjoyed our stay. The room could have been a bit "cleaner". My only real complaint is the bed was so uncomfortable. We all had sore backs the next day.

Enjoyed the views of farm land. Daily towels left at door.

They really need to get the internet fixed, if you have to work while there, like my son would, don't stay there unless you can hot spot.
Playground needs to be fixed for families. My daughter has 2 boys, and the playground is the same 1 from when she was little, 25 years ago.
been going there over 30 years and love it, but it would benefit them to update internet and playground.

The motel was clean and surrounded by Amish farms. I checked in at the front office, other than that I did not see any other staff.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the room was. There wasn't a spec of dirt or dust anywhere. The room had everything you would expect in a more expensive hotel. Check in was something I wasn't used to. No one was there to personally check me in. I had to call a number and they gave me the code to access the room. I worked out fine. The only thing missing was a free breakfast. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area in the future.

Clean rooms in a great quiet setting. Will stay again when we visit Amish country.

Mattress in rooms are not that great. Otherwise, nice location and beautiful view of countryside.

While happy to have a first floor room per request due to disability requiing use of a cane, the I was given was on the small backside of the property, where there is no parking right outside the room, or close, like there is everywhere else. This was very frustrating, highly inconvenient and mystifyingly nonsensical to me, especially as a higher price king room. The AC unit seemed to be about to die and smelled very musty and the bathroom sink faucet had globs of some kind between it and the mirror wall. Overall the room was less clean than my previous stays..which when being required to pay a ridiculously high pet room specific cleaning fee, I'd expect better cleanliness.
It was quiet, though the only view was of the neighbor's garage/house, again requiring me to walk a good distance around the building to take my dog out to go to the bathroom. Not a great stay this time. The check out staff was very nice.

We love it here and will definitely return. Our only complaint is the wifi service. The service would never work during our two night stay. Otherwise, the room is clean and comfortable - the views are gorgeous.

There are not nearly enough receptacles to find to charge or run items you need in there. There’s more on the cruise line rooms than here. Plus there was no internet at all the entire stay and the receptionist stated that they have not had it for quite a long time! What! We would have reserved a different hotel if the information was accurate for this hotel, which it was not! ….

Room was very clean and had a fresh scent! Apart from minor struggle with understanding each other's accent, phone check in was done under ten minutes from my driver's seat- a plus for me with limited mobility. I was given a 1st floor room luckily, which was very convenient.
Nice quieter farmside setting away from Lincoln Highway's normal noisy tourist "traps" and traffic.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect place to disconnect from the city. Great location.

A pleasant receptionist was available when I arrived.
2 beds were in the room. The first one I tried was HORRIBLE, it creaked and crackled and the box spring that I could see was soiled. Fortunately the second bed was in a good condition. The room was clean.
No vending machines . This was very annoying since Saturday evening (6:45) most local eateries were closed. No can or receptacle was in sight for recyclables

Dog friendly. Beautiful area surrounded by farms, small but neat and functional rooms with TV and wifi. Checkin process is over the phone, you are given a lockbox code to get your key. Bed wasnt the most comfortable but otherwise we were fully satisfied.

Beautiful view.
The extra towels were too close beside the sink. Kept bumping them when using the sink facility.

Decent enough place all except there was literally no body to help at all. No one on premise. Nobody to contact for more coffee for the room or anything else. I literally sat on the bench out front and had several people drive by and ask if anyone ever it there and what we thought of the place. I told them I won't be back. Nobody cares enough to be on site? Tells me all I need to know.

We had to call the phone number on the office door 26 times, to finally get someone to give us our instructions on how to get into our room. When we got into our room, it smelled like mold and there were tons of blood stains on the box spring of one of the beds, as well as rips in the fabric and other stains. The owner wouldn’t give us a refund. We got a full credit from Expedia, thank goodness!

It was quiet and away from the main roads of tourists. Yet near it enough. I was in a room on the alley side of the building. It would have been nice to be on the other side for the sun set and view. Plus a storm rolled in both nights I was there. I like storms. I couldn't see anything. I had to walk around to see what was happening. Other than that it was a nice inexpensive place to stay a decent distance from all the attractions. Plus great view of the countryside.

I loved the 3 double beds, the room was clean and quiet, it was beautiful outside and just a great stay.

Only issue was finding a place to eat close by. Place was really clean and room looks like it was just renovated. Will stay here again.

When originally booking our room for our party of 4 at Harvest Drive, I put in their "special request" bar if we would be able to either get a room toward the end of hotel to get a better view of the Amish fields during our stay. I also mentioned if possible if we could get one of their rooms with an accessible shower as one of the members of our group has mobility issues. Both of these requests were ignored and we ended up getting whatever room they chose to give us. Moving on from those denied requests, we now get to our room. Upon getting into our room, everything "looked" very nice. It wasn't until we spent some time in the room that our thoughts on "nice" changed. First off, an easy issue we ended up not worrying about was the hotel's wifi. When trying to connect our phones to the hotel's wifi, no matter what way we put the password in the hotel gave us, the phones would not connect. Once we actually got to spend some time INSIDE the room, the first significant issue we found was bugs. Several flies, a few mosquitos and a millipede greeted us as we spent the first few minutes in our room. Once we took care of the insect problem, more and more things started to become noticeable. After fixing the insect problem, we move onto the flooring. The floors were coated with some sort of slippy/sticky filth that would coat the bottoms of our feet in a black dirt-like coating. Moving onto the beds, we had a room with two queen beds. Upon sitting on the beds, all four corners of the

I did not feel safe. Too isolated a location. No one maning the desk(which I knew about but didn't care for). Put a chair against the door knob and changed hotels for the next night. So, I did not stay on June 27. AC was very noisy.

Well the property was good , our room floor was dirty never mob cleaned, bathroom had look like other guess hairs , sink wasn’t clean, the bed was uncomfortable, to sleep on and the pillows, I’m very upset with the customer service I got charged twice and they are denying they didn’t and I have my proof what they charge me same day I check in and other amount just over night when check out , and argue with them for 5 hr and still not getting any results now I have to have a investigation with my bank for the double charges , I really don’t think this was a good experience here ,
