The Arbuckle Lodge is a wonderful place to stay. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! The beds were very comfortable as were the bedding.

We enjoyed our stay at the Arbuckle Lodge! Our first few minutes there were a little frustrating (no one at the desk for a bit and no one to answer the phone), but the desk attendant was friendly when she got back there. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a great view of a big meadow where we even saw antelope grazing right outside our window! The breakfast was good, and the area was quiet. Our reason for not giving the hotel a "5" was that the elevator was not working as it should. You could take it up from the lobby, but if you were coming back down, the "1" button would not work, so you had to either take the stairs to get to the first floor. We also noticed that the ice machine on our floor was broken. We worked around these things, but it made things less convenient. All in all it was a great stay and we would stay at the Arbuckle again. We really appreciated the sweet card that is the room welcoming us. We thought that was a very nice touch. Thank you!

Was attended to and still did not work .
The world’s worst TV system ever experience world wide .
So staff was helpful others were not .
Stayed here in the past and will never again . The price charges does not reflect the quality delivered.

This is a beautiful hotel. Front desk was always kind, friendly and helpful. King bed room was clean, large and comfortable. Very clean laundry and is free! Easy parking.
Just around the corner from town, very quiet. Green hills outside our window where we could watch pronghorns!

We have started an annual tradition to stay at the Arbuckle and it never disappoints! The breakfast is great, rooms are super comfortable and the bathrooms always super clean! The staff is always very welcoming and we will be back!

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Check-in was difficult and she seemed like we were inconveniencing her by check-in. I didn't even want to go to breakfast the last day because people in our party had been yelled at for being in the breakfast area 10 minutes after breakfast time.
The house keeping staff was VERY nice and the rooms were clean and nice.

I typically choose to stay at the Arbuckle Lodge because it is quiet, has a good hot breakfast always available but more importantly, the staff is great. On the dozen or so stays there, for example, I have issues with my heating unit not working well, on 2 occasions, and I was either immediately transferred to another room or the problem got fixed immediately. The front desk clerk actually helped me move my bags/food to the other room. This has been the typical service I get from the staff. I've never had a bad stay. The rooms are comfortable, well-lit, and I usually choose a suite with a small kitchenette which works out well for my dietary needs. Recommend highly.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had from any hotel and best eggs I have ever had in my life. We arrived late and it was easy to check in with a key code and straight up to our room with directions left by the owners.

Upon arrival, there was a sign at the front desk " checking on the pool and spa, will be back in 5-10 minutes. In those minutes the lobby began to fill. The young woman appeared around the corner, eyes wide, from the site of so many people. She immediately apologized and swiftly took care of everyone. Fastest check-in I have ever had. Our stay was extremely enjoyable. We will definitely be back. 😃

We travel for sports and this is the hotel I look forward to staying at - spacious rooms but the best part is their amazing breakfast with fountain soda options :)

It was our 2nd time here and it was great! Comfy beds and pillows, affordable for a large family with a dog and fun. We will stay here every time we are coming through Gillette. The only item I have to critique is the breakfast/coffee. The 1st time, breakfast was great but this time we were down 45min after start time and we had to unwrap the pastries ourselves, some of the potatoes weren't cooked all the way through and the coffee tasted terrible. Overall though, it was wonderful and our dog even loves it! Again, we will be back for sure.

Room had several dead and alive boxelder bugs in it. The floor has not been vacuumed behind or under furniture for a while. This will not let me add picures.

Went to stay a night for our honeymoon. Tried to pay in cash like the internet said we could and they wouldn’t let us pay in cash, tried to charge us double our quoted price and added a $50 fee for something we didn’t ask for. They asked for a card and we told them we had cash, they insisted they needed a card for the file, when I gave them one they tried to charge it! On top of us wanting to pay cash. Horrible. We ended up not being able to stay because we didn’t have a card with for them to charge and they wouldn’t take our cash.

It was very pretty. Elevator is way to slow and front desk clerks are really not on it very well. Other than that, was a great stay.

It was clean! No sticky, hairy bathroom floor, clean fixtures, clean bedding! Hands down beats the chain hotels!

We have stayed same weekend every year for the past 5 years and have always enjoyed the hotel. The last couple years we have stayed same weekend as a local childrens sporting event so hotel is full of kids as well as the pool and hot tub. Would recommend an adult only set of pool and hot tub hours during those events or weekends as other hotels have after 9 or 10. Other than that hotel stay was very pleasant.

Do not stay here! HVAC was broken. Shower was broken. Domestic violence outside my room, and the employee didn't remove the party from the premises after many warnings. Management will not return my call or respond to my email.
