There was knocking in the pipelines running through the roof. Consistent hammering all night. Lost my sleep and felt a bad headache all through the ensuing day. Spoke to front desk while checking out at 4 AM.

Room was not clean, and unorganized, no towel, no soap. Clerk at checkin was almost rude. Have always had exceptional service here - was surprised.
To it off- my car was broke into in the parking lot.

Stayed here many times, usually good clean cheap place to stay. This time however i was in rm 209, directly beside the elevator. I could hear the machine noise, passengers and even wheels of luggage rolling over the transition. The room had a wierd smell like a guest has spilled beer on the floor and was poorly cleaned up. This is a one off im sure, but i would refuse this room if offered again.

We had a very strange room, it was split and as you entered the room the bed was there 90deg to the TV mounted in the corner. There was a separate area with a small table and 2 small chairs with a fireplace and no TV ?
For a quick one night stay before going to the airport early morning - it was priced right. much smaller room than previous stays

I did not feel at all comfortable. Appeared pretty clean but I questioned cleanliness of sheets and pillow cases. Looked like they had been already slept in , perhaps because they were thin and wrinkled. I ended up putting towels over pillows! Property is very old and outdated. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast very sparse . Will not return.

Even though I made a reservation at the lowest rate, the noise from other customers was too loud all night long, and the free meals were the worst. You better not serve that kind of breakfast. I felt like you guys were very dismissive of me and other guests.

The staff were all very friendly. The location was where we needed to be and the price was very reasonable. We walked to the Sawmill Restaurant which was very convenient and good. The property is old and very dated and so the overall cleanliness looks worn, not saying is wasn’t clean it just everything looks very well used. It wasn’t a bad stay at all. I’m just giving 3 stars as I feel that is an accurate description.

Clean, roomy, friendly staff. Very basic continental breakfast, but coffee / tea & bagels plus cereals.

The hotel room was clean but the dont put covers on the sheets and it was cold trying to sleep. Not able to turn the heat up to make it warmer. Noisy all night by passing trains blowing the horns loud .

Extremely outdated , huge room with a small table and two office chairs that were ripped. The room colors were atrocious, and minimal things in the room. The only lamp in the room didn’t work.
Our towels were ripped and stained. Hair that wasn’t ours on them and pee on the toilet seat.
Can’t say we will stay there again.

Using a gas fireplace for heating very unique and worked well. I presume there is air con in the summer but not sure how it would be supplied. Breakfast consisted of coffee and bread products. Poor

Kind of dumpy property. Front desk not very helpful. Furnishings old and dated. Breakfast was only toast n jam.
We stayed here to determine if it was suitable for our crews which will be arriving in Nisku area in the New Year. We think our crews deserve better, so we will be spending the extra 10bucks a night each so they can stay in one of the nicer hotels in the area.
