This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The rooms are very well designed especially for people who are traveling together. it was clean, friendly and very centrally located. We did not have a vehicle the night we stayed there and were easily able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and could have it gone to a movie had we wanted to. If I’m in that area ever again, I will definitely stay there.

The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful! We got in very late because of our flight, and he went above and beyond to make sure we did not feel rushed to check out the next day. He also made sure my elderly disabled mother was in a room that she felt comfortable in, and was in a good location for her. I wish I got his name; but he was awesome! Will definitely come again!

Amazing location. Close enough to Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston Beach so you enjoy both amazing spots. But also far away where you are not dealing with Houston traffic. Room was beautiful and spacious. Felt like we were still at home.

The front desk was very polite cordial and helpful. The room was clean and well prepared to accommodate a family of six. Best overnight stay I’ve experienced in a long time. Would definitely recommend this location.

Very nice. I love the set up of the rooms. Separate toilet room w/small sink and separate shower/sink. Handy for all. Beds very comfy and plenty of room in the room. The "free" breakfast is like most....meh.

Good location... but maintenance is not up to par. Fitness area in particular has obsolete equipment and inadequate supplies. Mattresses seemed abnormally average for comfort.

We loved our stay at Webster Springhill Suites. The staff was welcoming and helpful. It was a convenient location off of I-45 and we had a great complimentary breakfast in the lobby. It’s perfect if you’re in town for NASA for even on your way to/from the cruise terminal in Galveston. Our family of five booked one of of their family suites and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great restaurants were just a short drive away. Our only complaint was that the pocket door to the half-bathroom would squeak when it was pulled open and closed. We would definitely stay here again. It was clean, a great location, and an excellent price point.

The hotel smelled musty and Smokey, carpets were stained and showed significant wear, nobody was ever at the desk except when Jennifer was on duty.
