Really enjoyed our stay here for a week. All the staff were friendly and always helpful. Lovely apartment, modern furnishings and all really nice.

Apt is tastefully decorate. Centrally located with short walk to public transportation, attractions, supermarket, cafe - everything you need. Lots of restaurants. We have vegan in our group and there's a vegan restaurant at the property. Lots of clothes hanger to help with hang drying your clothes (may seem like a small matter but it is not when you are travelling and need to do laundry). They provide a good size drying rack and washing detergent can be purchased (minimal cost) at the reception. My husband did not have trouble asking for an extra towel at night when we got back, so 24 hour reception is definitely a plus. Friendly staff. Firm bed which I love, and clean modern property. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious and had everything to feel at home form home. It couldn't be situated better, it's in the middle of the city centre just 3 minutes form all the main Metro and Bus lines. Looking forward to coming back :)

I cant say enough good things about this place. Location is VERY central and right around the corner from where you get the 100E aurport bus (its the 1st stop too so you get a seat lol). Check in guy was very friendly and informative. Its lobby space is shared with a vegan restaurant and a laundry mat. Its not run by the hotel (and it was pretty expensive but includes soap) but still cool to put in a load and then go back to your room until its done. We had the 2 bedroom superior room. It was INSANE. Big windows in all rooms and each room had a balcony. It faced an internal courtyard so you faced your 'neighbors' but still cool. Very clean and they came on the 2nd day of our stay and made up the rooms. I truly dont need that but I know some people care about that. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the apartment was really pretty. There is a Prima grocery store down the street. With windows closed it was very quiet. The guy that checked us out (at 2am) was also really friendly. Only con is that the air conditioning AC wasnt really on. I think they turn it on in June. With the windows open it was fine but again the courtyard faces other rooms so sometimes that felt awkward. If you are someone who 'runs hot' then maybe only stay here in proper winter or summer. But other than that 10/10 and i would love to stay here again

Property is located in very busy area. They charge for small thing you use in the property. The cleaning is not everyday. If you are late for check out even for 5 mins then be prepared to pay extra fees.

Brilliant location and very helpful friendly staff. Ideal stay for those with young families as there were facilities onsite with the added bonus of being in a hotel.. Highly recommended and in an excellent location for sightseeing with a variety of options for restaurants & shopping just on the door step.

The room was really clean and was big enough for a family. Location was really satisfying.

This was a great stay for a family of four- two adult kids and parents. The apartment has most of the things you need it is not as decorated and warm as the pictures suggest but it met our needs. The furniture was worn and not in the best shape. However, we easily had a dining chair replaced that was broken when we arrived and requested a cutting board and has one delivered. The every other day straightening was nice and then the periodic cleaning kept our apartment in good shape. We were able to request more toilet paper when needed. It included basic pots and pans and also had salt. Not a full size refrigerator in American standards but it worked for us. When we ran out of coffee, it was not replaced. The service was great and they responded quickly. You can walk to a multitude of local restaurants and public transit. We would stay in this area again!

Nice spacious apartment in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. Buffet breakfast was fairly decent and the staff were very helpful. A little noisy at night outside but it was the festive season and a lively area.

The location of this property is very central. Easy walk to main attractions or easy transportation links of you prefer.
Staff were polite and helped us with our questions regarding tourist attractions.
The actual apartment was clean but not well kept. Floor in the living area was chipped and coming apart. The kitchen units were chipped and dish rack was rusty.
Bathroom tiles around bath area was mouldy and times were broken.
This made the apartment feel dirty and not cosy.

the office staff were so very friendly and helpful. there was one young man, a tall, bearded man, who was especially helpful to my wife.

We absolutely loved this stay. The apartment was so nice and comfortable- had everything we needed for a family of four, with two kids. The beds were comfortable. The location was prime! And the breakfast was delicious. There is a grocery store and many restaurants very close too. We stay in so many hotels. This may have been our favorite.

The apartments are in a great location close to everything you need, claen and tidy.
The only thing that let it down was the attention to detail, bedrooms and bathrooms were great but the lack of seating options in the living area were a problem for us, we had to rely on sitting on our beds as they were the only comfy thing to do so on.
The living area needs updating with softer furnishings the sofa that was is there was like sitting on a concrete floor there was a blanket covering the top of the sofa, which was hidding the condition of it as it was all ripped, not one to normally leave negative feedback but in this case I think it's warrantied.

Good location and great apartment for wondering around the city, only thing that could be improved are the matresses, in our apartment they were really hard so not comfy at all. Would stay again tho as apartment was a good size and close to all you need :)

Everything in this place was Top class. The property Was perfect and more. Close to all primary locations, clean. All amenities included with nesoresso in room with capsules included. Dishwasher.
