The room smells bad. I don't know if it's due to the very dirty 2 burner countertop range, but it is hard to breathe. I will not stay here again. Bed was not really made. There is no lighting near the bed. Motel 6 would be a big improvement over this place.

The shower water pressure was awful. The staff agreed to move me to a different room but behaved as if I were being annoying. If you’re low on funds this is the hotel for you.

When I checked in they gave me a room that someone was already in… quite a surprise at 11:00 when I walked in! I was then moved to the “newest remodeled room” and it was disgusting!! Cabinet doors falling off, missing doors on cabinets base trim in the room falling off, pieces of moldy Sheetrock falling into the tub as I showered, the bed was a step above a jailhouse bunk, I couldn’t shut off the tv because the remote didn’t have batteries so I had to move the furniture to unplug the tv.the floors were so sticky disgusting that I had to wear shoes to go from the bed to the bathroom, so I then made a path of towels and sheets on the floor so I didn’t have to touch them. The room had an odor in it that made my eyes burn so I opened the window only to have the weed and cigarette smoke then pour into it and the Hispanic music from the surrounding rooms was blaring all night and when I left at 8am the music was still going. I would definitely not recommend this establishment

Didn't look safe to overnight, people hanging out in parking lot, customers arguing over cutlery. Bad feel.

It is an extended stay facility. The staff responded quickly to requests. It has “bare bones” in terms of convenience and meeting necessities. The bed was good, the TV worked, bathroom was clean. There was a complete kitchen but no supplies. You can rent nonconsumable kitchen needs.

I will not recommend for everyone * Zero ⭐ never stay that kind of hotel in my life I have to book other hotel after two days stay 😞

The best hotel for the price if you need to stay over 7 nights. It’s really a great deal and super nice staff.

We will not be housing any more of our residents (during repairs) at your hotel. It is everything the reviews say it is...it is filthy and the odor is CONSTANT. No thank you. I was embarrassed when our resident reported this to me.

Staff was very rude. Unexpected costs. Wasnt given extra towels, housekeeping never came to clean my room. I had to take our trash out to the dumpster ..

The roomed smelled of urine. He said the urine is under the carpet in the matting and there is nothing they could do about it because they are a pet friendly hotel. It was a room with 2 queen beds. One bed had no pillows and the manager had no more pillows in the hotel. He said the hotel had no more rooms to move too. Funny thing was, I went to Expedia and rooms were available for that night.

Trash all through the halls and common areas. Its undergoing renovations so its super noisy, smells of glue and paint everywhere.

The plce smelled like smoke and was overalll not somewhere i woul ever stay again. Needs a total remodel.

We had reserved a double bed room. At check-in they only had a single available. We asked for extra sheets/blankets which were available, but no extra pillows. We asked for a set of extra towels, no clean towels available.

Cleaning service once every 2 weeks but only stayed a week. They won’t even empty trash. Back door broken. Elevator common areas dirty. You have to go get own sheets to change bed. Even though there is a sign that says you can exchange sheets anytime on third floor staff complained that I asked at 10:30p. Told me next time to ask before ten. When asked before 10p there wasn’t any linen or towels available

Hallways and elevator smelled like cigarettes. No hot water. Room was ok otherwise.

It was adequate. Bed bath mo breakfast.

When I checked in my room was still dirty, so I had to wait 2 hrs until I was able to check in. Once I checked in dirty sheets and towels were still outside my room no one picked them up my whole time that I stayed in room 414. Also there were no clean towels in my room I had to go downstairs to get some. They were very stingy with the towels. I would not recommend anyone to stay.

This place was filthy and smelled gross. When I left to go out I dreaded going back to that room that's how bad it was. Not to mention the 4 piles of dog poop surrounding my car when I went to leave the next morning.
