Place was OK/Good overall. For the price ($135 per night plus tax), as well the reviews, the two of us family members (two rooms) expected more. Breakfast offerings and quality leave a lot to be desired. My room had debris, plastic bottles, etc., behind night stand. Sink in bathroom didn't drain. Management needs to work with Housekeeping to improve quality control for maintenance items as well as developing a cleaning checklist. I honestly don't see how Housekeeping would have been able to clean the sink with it not draining that way. For what we got, the rooms should have been between $90-95 per night, max.

Clean, pool was open but cold, room was big. Breakfast was nice and hot.
Bed was uncomfortable for us both. We both complained of pressure points on our joints.

I’ve stayed here many times on my travels to the cincy area. The rooms are always clean. The staff super friendly. Beds comfy and water pressure amazing. I’ll continue to stay here when I’m in the area.

Breakfast was definitely nothing to rave about needs more selection and fresher. The pool was too cold. The first night was really peaceful second night...too much wildness running down the halls early AM and the smell of vaping was overpowering. But honestly the stay was goid and I would return and recommend. Location was great for our plans of various destinations

Assigned me a room between two families and kids slamming doors and being loud all night. Should have put me at end of hall. Didn’t seem to care when I reported this the next morning along with letting them know there were ants in my bed.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Bedding was clean with plenty of clean towels. Lots of noise in the hallway which subsided around midnight. No noticeable traffic noise although conveniently close to highway.

It was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Remodeling going on, so a bit cluttered, but still able to get around.

The staff was great!! I only had one issue and it was fixed!! I really appreciate good customer service!! Also i had a new renovated room.. It was really nice!! Clean and roomy! Really great hotel! I have always loved Wyndham hotels.

Property need lots of upgrades. Carpet was in really bad shape. Staff were nice. Looked to be getting ready to do some work on it, but when you first walk in the carpet was terrible. Was disappointed as it has the Wyndham name attached to it to be so run down. Breakfast was lacking.

Everything was updated and nice, but the bed was overly firm. It was so uncomfortable for me and my boyfriend that it was an issue getting to sleep. Woke up completely stiff and aching. They should invest in better quality mattresses and charge more for the stay.

This hotel looks okay outside but as soon as you walk in, the ceiling in the lobby area looks like it’s falling down. There are holes in it. The people at the front desk has no interest whatsoever on assisting. AirPods in the ears and always on the phone and when approached, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. The room's condition looks like a motel room in the most horrible place in America. I had roaches in the bathroom. The carpet looks and smells like it’s been there for over 10 years. The hinges all have corrosion. The doors and drawers are pealed off due to the humidity inside the room. Our stay was absolutely terrible. I could have spent the same amount of money for a way better place because the worst part is that this hotel it’s no cheap at all.

The breakfast was very poor. The first day the crock pots (to keep the food warm) we’re not turned on. The food was cold (biscuits and gravy) the second day it was a little better but still not good. We skipped the third day and ate cereal in our rooms. The pool was cold! The staff were there but never said anything to us coming or going.

I put on there to pay at the hotel and they took it out before i got there and i booked 3 rooms with my card and they took out for 2 room and didnt take my room out and said it was on a different booking and i have hotels com so i dont think i will be going back there

The Staff was so nice and helpful. They helped a lot with directions in the area. The hotel room was very clean and nice. The beds were wonderful!
The property had a lot of construction in the front and the road to it was hard to find because it was blocked by construction.

When we entered the parking lot at night the parking lot was well lit. We left early morning while still dark out and all parking lot lights were off. We felt it was unsafe for us and our luggage in our vehicle to have no lighting. Otherwise we had no complaints.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Its as old and outdated as you can possibly get but it was impeccably clean. Service was absolutely 5 star ++ 100% of the time. Truly my only complaint was the bed (too soft for me) and how dark my room was. Neither of my issues would prevent me from booking here again though. The rooms were huge, pillows even bigger, and the water pressure in the shower was more than i could have expected. Breakfast looked good, though it is your typical high carb high sugar junk breakfast that i try to avoid.

The hotel is close to the airport but right next to the highway, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel itself is a little dated and it has cosmetic issues, such as some paint peeling in the room. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was amazing. There's free buffet breakfast which works but not great. Overall, nice place to stay and an excellent value.

We stayed at the Nov 16 to 18th 2023. We were on the second floor room not far from elevator. I’m giving this review late because I wanted to make sure my $50 deposit was back in my account. The inside a nicely decorated. Staff was professional and courteous. The room is spacious. Unfortunately around 4:30 am I found a bed bug crawling near my child! I was not happy. They are doing renovations and I hope that includes professional bedbug killer. I went and bought spray so that I could continue to stay in the room. I didn’t see any the rest of our stay. Would stay again but if I see another bug I will not.

Easy to access from the interstate. Quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was given a handicap room and was told they were booked which was not the case. The shower leaks into the bedroom. The floor is not ADA so when you shower it is a slip risk. Will not return . Staff was nonchalant and didn’t seem to care.

We had a great experience. I seen some reviews on Google and they was not great. We stayed 1 night and didn’t have any issues. The lobby smelled super clean when we walked in, on the 3rd floor they was doing some remodeling but it wasn’t an issue for our room. Bed was clean, room was decent size and clean and supplied you with shampoo/body wash and clean towels. Also the pool looked fun from what we seen of it, kids were playing in it when we got there. Breakfast was also decent, waffle maker, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Coffee/tea-milk/juice was all offered.

Check in was good. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean but in rough shape. Leaky tub faucet, tub itself needs replacing, and the sink stopper missing. Coffee supplies for 2, but room sleeps 4. 😒 Expected better from this chain.

Breakfast was poor
There was a sign on the opposite end of the lobby desk saying that they only changed towels every other day unless requested. There was a small sign on the bathroom mirror that no one could read without glasses. When we returned to our room, our dirty towels had not been changed. I suggested to staff that guests should be informed at check in instead of leaving it to these unimpressive signs

I was absolutely appalled at the condition this room was in. Right off the bat the musty smell was overwhelming and turning on the heat and fan only made it worse. Tiles were falling off the wall in the bathroom, wallpaper was separating from the wall, there were holes in the lampshades and even the inside of the nightstand drawers were puffy with water damage. This is at best. $45 a night room that we paid $110 for
