The room is clean and comfortable. We had fun in the pool and slept well

We were there for a high school basketball tournament. Beds and room were great. With all of the kids in the hotel, we thought it would be noisy. Rooms were very quiet.

Checkin was at 4:00 pm. Tried to check at 4:00 pm and told room not available until after 6:00. Same for one of the person I was traveling with.

The hotel was overbooked. They did find us a room 20 min away in a terrible hotel that was not even comparable. It was completely unacceptable.

It was a great location.

Beds are awful, room had to be changed, would not cool down, refrigerator froze my left overs and my medication, so I couldn’t take it.

Great hotel, free safe parking, walk ability

We enjoyed a college friends reunion weekend and stayed at the Marriott. The parking garage was easy to get in and out of, the location is great for being right by campus, and near restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, but room had a noisy humming sound and one of the folded towels in the bathroom was visibly dirty and wrinkled.

I thought the pool area was nice.

It was a very nice hotel! I wish the fam would run when heat not on. But otherwise perfect

The hotel is way too expensive. On Illinois State family weekend they charge over $400 per night. That's ridiculous.

The hotel is amazing. Since we came in town on the train and have two little kids it was great to be so close to train station, Childrens Museum and restaurants. We arrived way before check in and asked for rooms close together. We were assigned rooms right off the elevator and in a row. It was a wonderful surprise because even tho we ask at other hotels they never get us too close together let alone adjoining. The only complaint I have so far is after a full day of walking and kids we wanted to relax in our room with a cold soda. The vending machine was completely sold out of every beverage as well was the convenience store. With a full hotel someone dropped the ball there. Otherwise it has been a wonderful stay

My TV did not work upon my arrival to my room. I called the front desk and she informed me that someone would be coming up. No one ever arrived.

Great staff, coffee shop was great! The young man that worked there made sure I got the coffee I was looking for.

I really enjoyed my experience but I was super bummed because I traveled from Wisconsin and when you get to the room you kind of want to look at a menu and order room service they had nothing in the room for any menus I had to call down to place an order I just felt very frustrated and I felt bad for the staff as they had to run the food up and then I just felt like it was a lot for them... I would suggest when someone checks into their room to have menus available so that we are able to order room service to the room or at least place an order and go down to get it.... On my second night I actually had to call down to the concierge to ask where I could get some delivery options and she was kind enough to bring a list up to me but two of those that I called and was all set to order so they didn't deliver to the hotel but she went on her way to help me I felt that when I came I was greeted very professionally with the staff they were extremely helpful and wonderful my downside is just going up to the room and not having any menus available or ideas on where you can shop things like that especially if you're not familiar with the area I felt like a small little binder should have been in place showing what's around the city the shops the ISU University places where you can order out food..... I felt like I had to rely on the staff to help me

Clean, friendly good access to parking garage

Rooms are great and clean. Pool was very cold so kids didn’t want to swim long. Also good at the bar was very over priced for the portion size you get.

From checking in to checking out, the experience was amazing. Alexis at the front desk, DT at the restaurant and Brandon in the concierge breakfast area were hospitable, accommodating and extremely patient. The hotel was very nice as well.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Was a bit surprised that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast and found the pricing to be a bit high.

The experience was awesome. The room was just beautiful it was clean. I just had a good time there.

Rude front desk. Light fixtures were broken in my room. Very overpriced for what they offer, which is very little.

The hotel was solid. Clean, safe, a big tv., in a nice location- a nice hotel. Look elsewhere for breakfast-$18 for fake eggs even for the omlettes, cheap sausage and gravy, cheap cereal, no oatmeal and a small amount of fruit- seems like for that amount they could have atleast real eggs and stuff.

Place wasn’t relay clean. Cigar butt in the elevator the entire time we stayed. Smudged windows.

This is a great place to stay. It is very convenient to dining, shopping, walking, and entertainment. The staff is great, the restaurant not so much. But there are great places very close by for eating. The room was clean and they provided everything I needed. I will stay here again. Definitely recommend.
