The Bed was so hard you couldn’t even sleep! Went to Check out had to wait 25 minutes before anyone came to wait on me to check out!

Our stay was great. Ebony, our front desk person had the pool working and ready for us when at first it wasn't going to be working. We had about 15 1st-6th graders coming for the state reading fair and we booked the hotel specifically for the indoor pool.

When we arrived to our room, the air conditioner would not let us adjust it. We called down to the front desk & they sent someone up to fix it right away. Our room was very clean. The beds were a little firm for my liking but that is just preference.

We had a decent stay. There were a few things that could’ve made the stay better. There was a hole in the carpet In our room, they only had sugar free syrup available at breakfast and after standing at the front desk for a while had to literally call the hotel from the lobby to get someone to come to the front desk. Pros were the location. Lots of dining and shopping nearby.

It was a very nice, welcoming experience. The lady at check in gave us a little bag for our dog and it had a little dog dinner in it. Very dog friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great.

Overall...ok to stay a couple of nights. Hotel's room does reflect that it has some wear to it...tables scratched/damaged, bathroom clean but worn. Overall its tolerable. Breakfast average. Staff polite. I found it very odd that the coffee pot was in the bathroom....I had some concerns about that....Of course i did not use the coffee pot.....location!!!.location!!

Property location was excellent. Pool area was was ridiculously hot the temperature felt like a sauna the staff was unable to assist with that our 1st day and we were only there 2 days. Cleaning staff refused to clean our room and never gave us fresh towels after we asked. We would never stay here again.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this property! We had 5 rooms and NO problems! Breakfast was GREAT! Location was great. Staff was very kind. Rooms were clean and the property looked good. Highly recommend!

The ladies at check in and check out were very friendly. Hotel lobby and breakfast area is nice, updated, and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean, but decor could use some updating. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was sufficient. The only criticism I have is that the rooms were very small. We had a 2 queen room and it was extremely tight. The coffee maker was in the bathroom, which is just unsanitary in my opinion. My parents had a handicapped accessible room and it was more than spacious. I hate to advise that you take a handicapped room if you don't really need it, but you will have a lot more room if you do.
