This was a stopover trip. The staff was very courteous & engaged. The room was clean and quiet. We only had coffee for breakfast, but the available options looked good.

We had a great stay. Hotel was clean and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. I have a dairy allergy and they had breakfast items I could enjoy which was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Large and attractive standard room with kitchenette for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good and service was friendly and efficient. We’ll stay there again.

Overall, the service and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was mediocre. Not much variety. Based on experience, the Best Western Plus across the street has a much better breakfast. It also has a specialty coffee machine.

Had a nice stay. The beds were a bit hard but everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were all very friendly as well.

Check in was very friendly. The room was nice, I didn't like that the body lotion was used, and no coffee in the room, breakfast was already cold at 7am. Maybe the hotel needs new warmers for the food.

I wanted to use a gift card and emailed to confirmed that I could. Since I booked on Expedia the lady said I couldn’t use the gift card. Sad to say that’s why I booked at this hotel. I couldn’t cancel and try to rebook without Expedia.

The washroom is very dated and the sink taps were loose afraid they were going to fall off. The water pressure was very poor

Overall I’d recommend staying here as long as the person that checked me in isn’t checking you in. Was very rude towards us and had a terrible attitude. But, you can’t hold it against the hotel itself. Room was nice and tidy. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Pancake machine was a pleasant surprise. Parking was tight out front around 9 pm but there are plenty of spaces out back.
