My wife and I just did a little weekend getaway and we really enjoyed our stay. The GM was there when we checked in and she was very friendly. We had an issue with not having a shower curtain in our bathroom and the young man that was working took care of it right away. The room was very clean

Stay was a very good experience. Cleanliness very good. Service very good. Credit card machines could use some work or updating. Room key cards the same. Overall, very good!

I accidentally left my Beats earbuds plugged in wall in room. I called two days later and they had them. Manager will hang on to them til I come back in 3 weeks. I appreciate the honesty of the cleaning staff and kindness of the manager!

Heather the front desk clerk was wonderful. The AC unit was an issue. But overall location and area was nice. I wish the stairs on the side were not so steep. I could see a jorrible accident happening if you do not pay attention.

Everything would have been good, but I booked through Expedia in September for a suite for the night before and after my daughter's wedding. My booking was confirmed. When getting there I was told that those that booked in person long after me received preferential treatment because I booked through a third party. I did not get the suite I had originally requested and confirmed. I was just left with what was left. I would not have booked with you all if I would have known I wasnt assured the unit requested. I'm not happy at all!!

Large rooms, and friendly staff! However, the halls always smelled “weird”, there’s no cable in the rooms/have to rent DVDs, and you can hear the people above you.

VERY friendly staff, clean hotel, coffee always available, great amenities in room -- they even have waffle irons and instapots downstairs that you can borrow for FREE. The only drawback was they don't have free breakfast, but they explain that's because they provide pretty much a full kitchen in your room to cook what you want, and they have a very well stocked pantry from which you can buy all kinds of food, snacks, hygiene items, etc.

Our stay was excellent! Hotel staff very helpful and informative. I paid $126 for the handicap suite booking through hotels.com, but found out if you are staying due to an appointment at Baylor Scott and White clinic you can get a $99 rate if you book directly with the hotel. Good information for future stays. The room was clean and equipped nicely. Had a recliner and a full size refrigerator, stovetop burners, and dishwasher. They even provided dishes, pots and pans and everything you would need to cook in your room. They also had some small appliances that you could check out at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

You staff are very friendly and helpful. You hotel is very clean and had a nice set up. The only negative is the lack of only one handicap entrance. That door was completely on the other side of where our room was. There was a door to the outside right by our room, but you had to walk some really dangerous steps for the elderly, which we are. Otherwise you facility is very, very nice. And again we cannot say enough good things about your staff.

A hotel with ALL the amenities needed for travelers who stay at hotels in this area because of the proximity to the largest medical center in central Texas. Besides the usual bed and bathroom, there is a "complete kitchen" area. (and free washers and dryers for guests.

The HVAC unit in the room did not work properly and made horrible noise as it came on and ran. I tried turning off the unit and it would not turn off. It just came on every few minutes. We arrived late and we’re exhausted. We went to bed thinking it would shut off or we would go to sleep. After an hour of not sleeping and the until still coming on, I called the front desk. Apparently nothing could be done do I unplugged the unit. The next morning I reported it to the clerk and she took a note.
