This La Quinta is one of the best ones we've stayed at. Checking in was a breeze, and staff were welcoming. We were traveling with 2 dogs and appreciated the luxury vinyl plank flooring in our room. The room was plenty big for us and our dogs. The room and all areas of the hotel were spotless; kudos to your housekeeping staff. The king size bed and pillows are comfy. Loved the grassy park-like grounds for dog walks and that the property was well-lit. The continental breakfast was nice. Only negative is someone needs to train staff on coffee making. It shouldn't look like weak tea and taste like lightly coffee flavored water.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on our way to florida. It was fine for our purpose, close to the interstate. It has been remodeled, but you can tell it’s an older hotel. I wouldn’t want to stay here for more than a night or two. The hotel itself is average, not super nice. The surrounding area was good, safe with lots of options for dining.

Our stay was remarkable in many ways with very little complain about. That being said,there was two problems that require attention ASAP! The room had a western city view.,that was enjoyable! It however made the room extremely HOT in the afternoon!!! When preparing for a evening out sweating is not welcome no way no how!!! The number two problem is that the room’s lighting was extremely soft. While cozy sometimes it was not what was needed all the time. When the curtain could be open it was tolerable.

The hotel was very nice the only issue I had was that I booked online to pay at the hotel and a few hours before check in my card was ran and it declined so I called and the lady at the front desk told me that basically they were going to be busy that night and anyone whose card didn't go through they would cancel the room at check in time so I had to give her my card number over the phone to guarantee booking and thats ridiculous Ive never had to do that before if I chose the option to pay at the hotel because I could have been paying in cash so that would be my reason for not staying at this hotel again

The employees didn't greet with a smile and were not welcoming.There was a constant banging, rattlling boom sounds all night from something mechanical at the hotel. The floors were uneven

Room was pretty spacious & clean... bathroom towels had hair on them & the view was awful my room was on the backside of the hotel all i could see was old and unused flower pots, trash and a train track

Didn't appreciate the added $50.00 pet deposit without being told. The toilet in 124 was loose from floor just like the one in 102 last time we were there. No mold this time though.

No coffee at 6:30 or 7 am. Staff at front desk in back staring at cell phone. Floors dirty. Trash sitting by elevators. Elevators scarred by graffiti.
Just not a place I would go back to or recommend.

My main issue was i reserved a suite the morning of my reservation i was called and told that my room was gonna be unavailable due to a situation with the air and the only thing available was a standard room with 2 queen beds

Check in was miserable. Took forever to get the system to accept my payment method, after transferring from one bank card to another, incurring transfer fees for having to move funds. My child was exhausted and it took 20 minutes to get a room.
The next day my key didn’t work and I had to wake my daughter up to go downstairs and get a new key.

I did not receive the room I booked due to overbooking. I did not receive any compensation for the loss of the Suite. The queen bed was comfortable and the room was nice.

The experience was decent overall. The room was clean for the most part. There are a couple things that could have been addressed but it was nothing to terrible. You are in the vicinity of a number of eateries.

We would not stay here again. The entire room needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom. We not sleep well because the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows are old and the size of square sofa throw pillows. The lobby had an overwhelming smell of chemicals. The one plus was the front desk staff were friendly. We left after one night.

Hidden pet fee! I booked this property under the assumption that it was pet friendly and, like other LaQuintas, there was no additional fee. WRONG! I had to pay an additional $25 for my 14 year old 13 pound Malteese pup. Plus, the TV would not get local channels and no one available to help

When i came in to check in, i had to use the rest room. After i came out the lady told me the restroom was broken. Then why was it accessible to the public? Then i came into my room and had to wait almost 20 minutes for the manager to fix my tv. The tub is dirty.

Couldn’t help with unhooking of 1 reserved room. I asked for credit, but they said they couldn’t do it and that I would have to go through hotels.com. I tried but couldn’t find a living talking agent!!

The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is the same daily, eggs, sausage and potatoes. Check in was easy.
