We had an amazing experience! Staff were on top of things and they went above and beyond so our stay would be enjoyable and relaxing as possible.
Shout out to Ms. Diana from the front desk who helped us find the best room for our stay since we had special accommodations, and Jaylou R. for guiding us and serving us the best ice cream, and to Ms. Ana for the best and most relaxing massage ever!

Great property - amazing staff. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was a differentiator. Everyone (from bell hop, waiters, groundskeepers, etc.) was smiling and helpful.

The deluxe room where we stayed needed some repairs (esp the bathroom) but the place was very clean and well-kept otherwise. Food very expensive. Breakfast was fabulous.
The staff are AMAZING and make all the difference. The guy who managed the beach area was particularly great!

To begin with, what is the point of adding the “spa” at the end if there is no spa available.
Paying a premium for this is not worth it. Unable to use the spa for treatments/jacuzzy was such a disappointment.
Furthermore, not all the restaurants advertised were open…
Phone lines were down the whole stay. We had to literally walk to reception each time we wanted to request anything to eat or drink.

Crimson Resort might be the best resort we've ever stayed at. If I could give Crimson 10 stars, I would. Being a VIP expedia, every single staff made sure that we were looked after. We got a free room upgrade, free late check out and so much more. The staff are courteous and very accommodating. Crimson is located quite far from malls. You'd need a car to get around. We tried all 3 restaurants and all of them are very good. Breakfast is like fine dining. Restaurants and room service are on the expensive side which we already expect. However, the servings are pretty good. If we're ever back in Cebu, there's nowhere else we'd rather be. I will be recommending Crimson to family and friends. Good job to all the team

It was a wonderful holiday and I highly recommend this resort. The only problem that we encountered was inconsistent policies at the beach. Jellyfish were presented and a purple warning flag (dangerous marine life warning) was displayed for 3 days of my stay. Day 1: staff said that no swimming, kayaking or fish-feeding allowed. Day 2: different staff said kayaking ok, swimming not allowed. Day 3: different staff said it’s ok to feed the fish, swim and kayak. The hotel should provide a consistent policy for their staff because the beach is the best part of the holiday resort.

Crimson Mactan is always one of my favorites but this time they made it the best. We went for my girlfriends bday and after an issue with our transfer they went above and beyond making the rest of our stay amazing. From sending wine to our room, to setting up dinner at enye, the candle light dinner on the beach at azure, to allll the bday cakes they gave my girl…the experience was like I said earlier amazing. I hope they are able to recover well from the typhoon.

The fish feeding was a treat to this trip. The lifeguard helped us paddle boat going to the site where you can see a school of fish. My kid was super happy. The fish feeding activity is free.

Very good 5 Star hotell with everything needed for a safe, good beach vacation!
I recommend this hotel for everybody, especially good for familys with kids as they have everything needed for a good stay.

Overall very good stay! Great breakfast stayed for one night with my wife. Great room, big clean pool, beautiful place with nice access to the beach. Good restaurant with wonderful view!

From Check in to Check out, our stay was great! We were treated as VIPs with the Hotels.com Gold status and got 20% off F&B plus an upgrade! Food was very good and the safety protocols in place made us feel really safe.

Services, facilities, and beach were almost OK. Amenities, they did not provide comb, shower cap, and shaver. And hair dryer was broken.
Spanish restaurant was excellent. Buffet at the ground floor was poor.

Of the 3 reputable resorts on the East shore of Mactan island, Crimson is the perfect blend of boutique hotel with resort-scaled amenities run by a devoted staff, kind, competent and available. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The quality of lodging is precious and exclusive inside a manicured garden.

Because Lapu-Lapu beaches are not the greatest, you will definitely appreciate the pool our own plunge in the villas.
