Room smells of smoke. Bedding is itchy mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Bugs spotted in bathroom.

Very dirty…bathroom was disgusting and so was overall cleanliness of room. The nightstand had tobacco remnants on it as if someone was rolling/smoking their own and the mess was left there and never cleaned up

There’s no cleaning of your rooms, only upon checkout. There are people smoking weed in front of the entrance. The halls and into the room smells like cigarettes and animal urine. It’s in a great location but needs better control of what goes on throughout the property and a better cleaning program.

I do not consider this a hotel as people actually live there. Section 8 homes. The place and the room didn’t look anything like the advertisement. People were walking up and down hallways until almost 2:00 am if not later. We wouldn’t have stayed, but I would have lost my $$ for the room. Never again, at any one of their hotels.

The pictures are really different from the inside lots of actual people who live in this hotel smells like Marijuana loud kids and bugs crawling out the sink

This hotel was awful. There was trash around the front and back entrance. Both trash cans were overflowed. When you enter the front foyer, it had an awful smell. The front desk attendant was not customer service friendly at all. Because of the lack of cleanness, poor customer service. I did not stay at this hotel and lost my entire money because of it. I am completely speechless. If you are looking for a clean, decent hotel, RUN.. this one is NOT it.

Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and with the exception of a bit of rust in the shower and stained shower curtain, in a excellent condition. Bed was comfortable and bedding was fresh and clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

The check in was fine except for the several people outside smoking dope at every door. There was no lobby and the hotel smelled awful. Our room was not clean (dirty qtips under the heating unit) and we had roaches crawling the walls. The people above us , very possibly long term residents were up until 300am making a ridiculous amount of noise. Very dissatisfied with the overall 10 hours we were checked in to this hotel. Will never return.

The vast majority of hotel residents are permanent to the location. This causes there to be a lot of different cooking odors and scents of various smoking agents that are heavy in the air. I am really not sure why Expedia use such a place in a flight/hotel package. This was very disappointing

We bailed out at 10pm on our stay and went to another hotel. Bugs on the walls. Dirty carpet. Loud. Reaks of cigarette smoke. Nope.

Where do I begin? The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night (around 1am and 2am). My room had not been cleaned properly, as food was still gooped in the sink drain. I saw a roach and another small bug when I got back from the first fire alarm, so I slept with all the lights on in hopes that it kept the roaches away. Just stunningly awful.

As soon as you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted with a strong smell of marijuana. The door to our room was sagging so badly that it wouldn’t close without lifting it upwards. The room was filthy and stunk. The floors were sticky, the screen on the window was torn and the window sill was caked with ash residue. The worst part besides the odor was all the bugs. We had a horrible experience but hopefully the hotel staff can get it cleaned up.

I booked & paid in advance. When I arrived they said they didn't have a room for me.

Did not like this property. I felt unsafe and property was not that clean. It needs an overhaul. I will not prefer this place again

Receptionist lady was very kind and patient with us. She was excellent. The room was nice and aesthetically pleasing, but there were dead and alive bugs all over the floor, under the bed and in corners of the ceiling. I would be laying down and a bug would appear on the ceiling out of nowhere. Some of them even fell near the bed and almost onto my face. I’d been up for 24 hours at that point so we only were looking for somewhere to lay our heads for a few hours so we champed it out and left as soon as I woke up. If the room wouldn’t have had so many bugs it would’ve been excellent, which leads me to be confused why there were so many bugs both dead and alive littered all over the place. Probably won’t be back though.

Did not enjoy my stay here. Hotel is filthy inside everywhere. Floors and walls are covered in dirt and sticky mess. Felt very unsafe here with many of the other guests. Room was nothing fancy or as nice as the pictures showed. Had dead roaches on the floor as I walked in. Bathroom tub was full of cracks with mildew. Lots of animal smells throughout hallways. Elevator was very slow and small as well as filthy all over. Hotel reeks of smoke everywhere. Id recommend finding another hotel or stay overnight in your car.

Fire alarms went off on two separate occasions. The building stunk. Police came to the property multiple times for people fighting.

I got into my room and in less than an hour the power went out and no one explained anything, the power never came and no hotel staff gave a solution I had to leave and no one at the reception to give me an answer or talk about resolving I lost my money in that situation and I couldn't even sleep in that hotel

It was a good place to stay for people working out of town

The Manager has raised the price three times in in the last five months which is outrageous being that the rooms could be cleaned better. They should also spray for bugs on a routine basis

I liked that it was quiet and convenient. There were a couple of small bugs in the bathroom, which can happen so I won't hold that against them.

Better than its two star rating

We liked the convenience of the property for our purposes, and the price was reasonable, but we were somewhat disappointed in the general cleanliness when we first walked in the building and into our room. This was only exasperated as we found a napkin in one of the beds when we pulled back the sheets. The shower drainage was extremely slow to where it took several minutes to drain for the next person to use. We reported this to the office the next morning, and they very nicely said they would have maintenance check it out, but nothing was done about it over the next seven days.

To sum it in a few words: dirty, cockroaches, police called on site every day due to altercations, child services… it is bad.

This Hotel is affordable for long-term lodging

This place had odors everywhere. The front desk was empty for the first 30 minutes we were there to check in. The first non-smoking room they gave us reeked of smoke. The halls smell of old food and dirty laundry. The room could have been a lot cleaner. The internet signal is so weak it wasn't useable. The loud music in the parking lot did stop by 10:00. On a good note, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet after 10:00.

I reached the hotel at midnight with my family only to learn that the reservation which was non refundable was canceled because it was oversold.

I wouldn't recommend this property. I found roaches in the bathroom and on the head board. No one was at the front desk to help me when i went to tell about the roaches. I called several times and left messages no response. I didn't stay there i gathered my belongings and left.

The staff was very friendly, but the room had obviously been a smoking room and it did not take long for it to infiltrate my sinuses and cause a headache/sore/achy eyes for over 24 hours. Also, we were renting the room because our hot water heater died and was not supposed to be replaced until Tuesday, 3/7. Unfortunately, the facility was also having an issue with 2 of their water heaters and the water was turned off most of the day Monday, 3/6. My only saving grace was that they were able to replace our hot water heater at my home on Monday, so I did not have to stay over on Monday night, even though I was already charged for it.

The only downfall is there is no ice machine and the pop machine would not take any money.

No one at the check in desk with storm door down, had to call. Fire alarm went off at 7am for minutes. Shower was clogged.

The first key I got didn’t open my room, housekeeping was really nice and got me a new key that still didn’t work. Then spoke with an assistant manager and got moved to a new room. Headed out for the day and came back at 11pm to go to my room. Swiped my key, the light was green but the door didn’t open easily. So I did it again and pushed a little harder and the latch was on the door! The door cracked open enough for me to see food bags on the counter, someone else was in my room. So I went down to the lobby and spoke with a nice employee but she advised me it would take a little while to find me an open room. About 11:45pm I was finally given a new room
