The lobby had a sewer smell. The hallways smelled like weed or cigarettes. However, the room was clean and very comfortable. Th room did not have a smell. I didn’t eat the breakfast but I did see it and it looked good. I would definitely stay here again.

Large room but small sink area in the large bathroom, Beds could have been more comfortable. Checki in good, and room was good. Convenient location.

When we arrived the TV and phones were out. The following morning the shower would not switch to bath mode. Then the water was stuck on hot and could not turn off the water. Since the phones were out, could not call the front desk. The staff moved us to the room next door. The bathroom door handle would not work properly and the microwave was not working. The staff were amazing trying to solve the problems. However, i will be making other choices my next stay.

Hotel is convenient. We booked a the last minute on our way through. Read the reviews and decided not to pay $200 for the other hotels in the same area. The reservation was seamless. Very polite and welcoming front desk. The room was good. It's definitely dated but the bed was comfy and the heating/cooling unit worked well. I was glad we didn't shower the night we arrived and waited until the next day because we couldn't get the water to stop dripping. Not a slow drip either. I told the front desk about it on my way out and they said they would make note of it. The breakfast is very similar to most that we encounter on the road. Coffee, juice machine, eggs, sausage, breads to toast, cereal, yogurt, all the little containers with the condiments, etc. This room was pretty messy. It looks like management isn't on top of keeping the hotel in good repair.

Arrived late to a friendly staff member, got settled quickly. Room was comfortable with full cable tv. Breakfast far exceeded our expectations and helped us get back on he road quickly and avoid having to stop until lunch. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was nice 3+ years ago. This place has gone downhill. It is dirty and basic things are missing. I wish I took photos. I have stayed here 15+ times since it was new and will not stay here again. The was hair AGIAN in the shower. Faucets leak and wallpaper is falling off. The carpet has red stains that looked like blood or red wine. There was bug parts and stains on the walls. As I stated above, I wish I had photos.
I think the owners don't care. If they did it wouldn't be like this.
On top of that the staff makes you feel like you are crap. I waited at check in with another guest for about 5 minutes until someone came out. And there was no sorry or anything. Just a look of annoyance as I made them do something.
This is the perfect hotel for them to go automated. If you employees can't clean and don't want to work get robots.
This place charges you for what they were not what they are. For the quality I can stay for 1/3 less around town. Or if I want nice, I will stay at other newer places.

Overpriced by far,although area lacks good hotels, price is not a decent deal. Needs a very thorough carpet shampoo, management needs a wakeup call. Coffee apears to be instant and is not good!!.

Huge rooms, nice hot tub, decent breakfast. Highlight was the staff. Aalexx was smooth and efficient getting us checked in. We had to leave a day early and was quickly helped to cancel our third night. Morning front desk man printed out a receipt and even explained how I could get a refund from Orbitz. Even said to have Orbitz call him if any issues. Overall pleasant experience.

I could tell the building was older, but it has been renovated well. The room was well decorated, stylish and very clean. We couldn't get the bath tub faucet to turn off after our showers, but that was the only thing that didn't function right.

Shower water was cold. Told the front desk and was told will be repaired. But did not solve the issue during our staying . Dryer was out of order first and then detergent was sold out. Therefore I couldn’t do laundry as planned. Found our key cards were disabled when we returned around 8:30 pm and there was no person at the front desk. A note on window said “will return in 20min.” Staffs are friendly but facility is outdated.

The king suite room was nice and roomy. The mattress was topper was very comfortable and the linen was incredibly soft. The staff was very nice.

Filthy and stains everywhere--hallway carpets, room carpets, curtains, etc etc. The parking lot was hideously filthy for the high price of the place. Luckily the beds were clean. Breakfast was ok. There was a gas smell outside the maintenance room and the alarm was going off constantly possibly alerting about the gas smell. Staff said the alarm was always sounding. Really awful place.

This was a last minute stay on our way home from LA and it was just what we needed to recharge. Very comfy bed, clean room, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Only things that stood out was the chemical smell in the water from the bathroom sink and shower. However, if you let it run for a bit the smell dissipated. And the louder than normal a/c fan.

Good: Staff was friendly, rooms and hallways were very clean, breakfast was good.
Bad: The clock was broken, the TV reset every time you turned it off, so you had to find the input, the showerhead was crap and needed replaced, the bathroom wallpaper (never a good idea) was coming loose and stained under the sink, and lastly, the swimming pool was disgusting, with bottle tops, trash, and beetles in it.

This place was nice 5 years ago. Now it is run down and it appears the owners and staff do not care.
I called the front desk 4 times - twice in the PM around 7pm for wake up call but no one answered it just rang. Pushed the "Wake-Up" call button and it went unanswered as well. Then again this morning, I called twice to get he WIFI password. No answer. Went down and the front desk person was sitting in the breakfast area eating - not answering phones or helping guests. It took a housekeeper to tell them I was waiting for help. The employees from check in to departure didn't care about anything or even look up when you were in the area.
Food and drinks stains on the walls, faucets that dripped all night. Stains on floor and couch. The bathroom smelled like someone had just used it. There was just a lot of little issues. Also, no vending machines and extremely limited snack area, not sure why they even have it.
Positives, the AC worked and WIFI was good. Breakfast was okay but I question food handling standards. You can walk to Subway and convenience store.
My issue is they charge like it was when it was new and nice. Now it is not.

I've stayed here several times over the past 5 years or so between Inland Empire SoCal and Phoenix. Reason leaving late or this time prices of hotels on Palm Desert area were extremely high and I needed to be in Socal very early. Always a good priced well hotel.

I was in town for a funeral. The staff was very friendly but my room was filthy. The bathroom floor was covered in the previous guests hair and there was a puddle of mysterious liquid (soap maybe?) all along one wall. There was a dead spider in its web in the shower. The bed and sheets were clean but the pillows were the size of throw pillows. I had no need for the couch in my room but I wouldn’t sit on it if you paid me. The curtains and carpet all had giant stains on them. I might have asked to switch rooms if I had not been so wiped out from the day.

The carpet in the halls was stained, also, there’s no a/c in the halls which made uncomfortable. The a/c in my room didn’t seem to cool the room down enough.
