Good location other than that it's just pretty bad condition villa. Aircondition is old. Old building and no cleaning.

Great location! The room we had was a big one (40m2) with a big balcony. The pool is quite large. Breakfast was'nt any special, but ok. After all, the hotel don't get more than 3 stars.

The hotel is in a good location, near soi Lk Metro and Tree Town and 15 mins walk to Walking street. The only thing is that you can't book any trips at the hotel you have to go out and find an agent.

very old hotel. not allowed to open windows. at checked-in only validate entry card for one day and I had to go back down to change card the next day. The area is not convenient for public transportation.

Only one Keycard for 2 persons is ridiculous. Ask for second one: sorry no have. Gym is tiny and does have a very very poor equipment. Pool also tiny with only three yes right three sunbirds.

Great hotel staff were really nice helpful and friendly hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard Wi-Fi was really good also and really comfortable beds got a good night's sleep and was quiet also, can't fault the hotel will be back again for sure.

The bed was very hard we booked a king size bed but they just pushed 2 smaller beds together which kept separating The ac was not very cold

firstly, there are 3 buildings and Hotels.com does not mention the building that you would be staying in. They all offer different types of rooms, which you would not know of until you are checking in. The reception has no clue as to what hospitality means, they are rude unprofessional and disrespective. the hotel does not even provide basic things like bottle of water if required after hours.

Worst customer service. The hotel reception does not understand a thing. Very unprofessional and rude. Dirty rooms. We checked out a day before and moved to a different property.

Great find in Bua Kaow area and very reasonably priced (under 1000 baht in low season). The rooms are really big with all facilities. Swimming pool a good size. The hotel has a gym but very small. I think this hotel would be a 4 star if it had a restaurant, but that suits me as I love Thai street food. Very convenient location and plenty of Tuk Tuks running along Soi Bua Kaow. Two niggles: 1) Whilst Wifi is good quality, it cuts off every time your device (PC or phone) sleeps. So you have to keep logging in with user name and password 20 times a day. Very annoying because you cannot receive Whatsapp or Line messages when your phone sleeps. 2) No spare sockets in room, so if you want to charge phone you have to unplug lamp. I also work from a laptop so had to buy a multiple plug adapter.
