Clean comfortable stay . Would recommend.

I was there for one night. The room was very spacious (more than I needed really). It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy and the temp of the room was good. The breakfast is just ok but what I expected. Unfortunately I couldn’t shower because the water wouldn’t get hot even after running for 20 mins. I think I’d return because I also appreciated the microwave in the room. Also, the guys at the front desk were very nice and efficient.

Took at least 15 minutes to check in, very slow as there was another couple in front of us. the hallway on the third floor really smelled like poop, sorry, best way to describe. the room was fine though and we slept well.
Please add bananas to your breakfast choices.

Very noisy because of its proximity to I81, perhaps if your room is on the backside of hotel it wouldnt be as noisy. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable.

Quick stay. Our room was spacious and very clean. Entire staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, everything there for a nice meal. Impressed that there is a military spot in front of the hotel for parking. Thank you for that.

The room was awesome. Everything I expected. Breakfast was awesome. Service was great definitely was the best place I stayed this year.

Staff was nice, however the breakfast had room to be desired. The room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned priir to arrival. Moldy baseboard in bathroom with dirt in the corners. The bed sheets had various length hairs stuck to them. Guessing the sheets were cleaned, just not well. Not saying i wouldnt go back but there was definitely room for improvement.

The hotel was extremely accommodating. I was coming to town to surprise a guest and the woman at the front desk helped me to get an early check in, get our rooms all together and even helped with the surprise! The pool room had a moldy smell but didn’t keep the kids away. Other than that it was a great stay!

I would stay here again but I would request a room that isn’t facing the highway/interstate…it’s a little noisy when you aren’t used to the sound of traffic all night.

First room smelled so badly we had to ask it to be changed. Smelled wet and moldy. Mold on towels in new room, and in our niece’s room, too, also TV did not work; seems like batteries needed to be replaced in the remote but we were tired and said forget it. Bathroom shelves under sink were filthy - very clear they never dust, just slide new towels on shelves. Cleaners in the morning asked twice before we checked out (several hours early) if we were leaving yet. Front desk staff OK but did not seem all that bothered when I told them in the AM about the TV not working. Would NEVER stay here again.

Second time I've stayed here & was satisfied both times. Front desk personal always professional, friendly & helpful. Breakfast food & coffee are good. Rooms are clean. Beds & pillows are on the soft side. I prefer a more solid mattress & pillows otherwise they were fine. Everything in the room worked fine. Like having Dove products in the bathroom.

Property was well maintained. Fridge could have been working better but otherwise all was good. Suggestion for housekeeping to move furniture occasionally for vacuuming. We had to separate a sofa bed for sleeping and it was clear it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time.

The room was large and clean. The bathroom first look was very nice. But if you bent down you could see pink mold in the shower all the way around. Had to deal with an unruly neighbor in a room on the same ground floor. They left you pet( dog) alone in the room. It barked for over 3 hours. So it was so bad that we had to go to the desk for them to deal with. Very frustrating and exhausting night.

The service was top notch. Every employee was friendly, helpful with dining options close by, the breakfast bar was closely monitored to ensure to keep the food available. The room accommodation was quite comfortable. This was a very restful, stress free stay.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, shower’s water pressure was great. The 3rd floor hallway carpet smelled like mildew & the shower needed more shelves, otherwise, this was a great value for an overnight pit stop during a road trip.

This was my 3rd time staying overnight. 2 of the other times my room faced the back of the property & was very quiet throughout the night. This time, my room faced the front of the building. The road noise from highway 81 was extremely loud all night. I got no sleep & had to drive 3 hrs in the am. In the future I will request a rear facing room. Otherwise everything about my stay was enjoyable.
