Great room facilities. Very comfortable and convenient location

Great location and the room is set up great for a family of 4.
Beds are rock hard which we have found to be the standard in Japan and the lighting is terrible. We stayed in a suite with a loft and a motion activated light made it so that a light would come on and wake everyone in the loft if someone used the restroom at night so we rigged a coverup for the sensor. The view cannot be beat. In room laundry was great too!

Not only were location and amenities perfect, staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We had a memorable stay.

Perfect base for Tokyo adventuring. We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids, and it felt roomy enough. There was a mini mart right outside, staff were very helpful (even arranging luggage forwarding for a very reasonable price), 2 stations (for both JR and local rail) a short walk away. The only thing that would make it better is a couch in the room; but it has literally everything else. And we just sat on the dining chairs instead. Recommend to all. Even views to Mount Fuji on a clear day

I don't really understand the overwhelming positive reviews. It's an average hotel/apartment hotel at best. It's dated and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. I wouldn't personally stay here again.

We are a family of four and the room with the bunk beds for six was perfect for us. The room is perfectly designed and everything you need is right in the room including a washing machine and microwave. Everything was clean and well maintained.
There’s plenty of room and we could have easily fit two more people in the room. The hotel is a ten minute walk from Shinjuku city center. We will definitely stay here again.

This is not a HOTEL. It’s a flat. If you want to book this “hotel” accept pay at maximum $ 80,00 per day, more than that, defineltly its not worth. They have good location, close to two metro lines, being that one those goes to HND international airport.
But again, its not a hotel, with breakfast, clean up every day, amenities in the room and etc. the room its okay, with good shower, small kitchen. But no frigobar, no blackout and regural bed.
If they are charging at maximun $80,00 per day, its quite worth. More than that, run way.

Great apartment hotel with all the facilities we needed. Good location close to 2 train stations and lots of restaurants. Outstanding staff who went out of their way to help me when I left my bag and passport on the bus. 2 bedroom apartment was excellent for families with kids and was nice and dpacious

Loved our family room of 4 twin beds with plenty of room for our big suitcases and separate lounge area. My daughter enjoyed the gym. Very convenient location.

The staff were very helpful and patient. They assisted us with restaurant reservations and forwarding our luggage to Osaka so we didn't have to lug them with us on the shinkansen.
While we preferred to stay in the heart of Shinjuku, this location was only one station away. There were many restaurant options in this neighbourhood.

I had a wonderful 4 night stay in December 2023 through Jan 2024. The property is clean and very quiet even though it caters to large families. Room were extremely spacious per Japanese standards. You have everything including utensils, a washer/dryer. Only real complaint is our shower or tub. It has a design flaw where it would pool the water and not drain properly.

Overall the hotel was good for our stay and the location was very convenient.

Our recent stay at Hundred Stay Tokyo was great! Clean, spacious, convenient (super short 4 min walk to Okubo Station), amenities like the washer/dryer and large size fridge/freezer were a big bonus, and the staff are alll super friendly and helpful. Many of them spoke English too. We would definitely recommend this property!

Very roomy for a Tokyo hotel, for a family of four. Clean, well appointed with a kitchenette, one enclosed bedroom and one loft-style bedroom. Staff was very polite and helpful. Very nice bathroom accessories. The rooms are on higher floors and there are no surrounding high-rises, so views are nice. Gym is basic, and no restaurant or other amenities.

The room was huge even for 5 adults. The kids had a lot of fun at the bunk beds.

This hotel, although older, impresses with its spacious rooms, a stark contrast to many cramped alternatives. The lack of amenities like a pool or in-house dining is notable, but the exceptional customer service partly compensates for this. It’s not the most kid-friendly option due to its brisk, business-like ambiance, better suited for quick stays or solo travelers. The hotel’s location is a culinary hotspot, bustling with diverse options ranging from tantalizing kebab joints to authentic Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean eateries. While I might hesitate to return with family, it’s a commendable choice for those seeking a straightforward, comfortable stay amidst a melting pot of dining experiences.

The property is central to transportation which is great. We wish the property would consider upgrading their Laundry washers/dryers so that they are more efficient and take less time to complete their jobs.

Location: in Shin Okubo, close walks to Okubo and Shin Okubo station. Tucked in a quiet corner, not crazy busy when you need lunge luggages or come home from a crazy day.
Staff: their amazing, so accommodating.
Service: impeccable!
Overall, suite was nicely sizes, unlike most other locations in the core of Shinjuku or Shibuya. This hotel was nicely sized, can lay our luggage out completely. Seating area, kitchenette with pots and pans!
My husband and I would definitely come back again.

They have very friendly staff, easy to check in/out and ask for help. Toiletries and other supplies provided in the lobby. The hotel is very clean, and the room is pretty spacious for Japan. Train stations are also very close by, and great area around. Highly recommend!

Water pressure is amazing. Room for 6 was just what we needed for our 15 day stay. New rowels left at our door every day? Just an amazing place to stay only 5 min walk stomping Okubo station and the rail gateway to Japan!

Great hotel, probably best value for money in Tokyo. Staff was kind enough to get me a 3 hour early check-in.

It is in a great location. It is only a one-minute walk to Okubo station, from which you can get anywhere in Tokyo. Around the hotel, there are numerous restaurants and grocery stores. You would have no trouble getting what you want. I had a great time in there. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They would supply you with whatever you required. Keep up the good work, Hundred Stay.

The hundred stay hotel was in the perfect area of Tokyo. Right in the Shinjuku district close to a few train stations. Lots to eat and cool shops close by. The room itself is large and has plenty of space for a family of four so comfort wise was great. The air con wasn't working while we were there so the nights got a little toasty but that was our only complaint. Grocery store downstairs made it easy for a quick breakfast in the morning or late night snacks and drinks before we get home.
5.0
Hundred Stay was fantastic and I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Shinjuku area. Our room had a striking view and the facilities we needed to cook and store food for our 1 year old baby. Cleaning/towel service was great. The front desk were always very willing to help and booked several dinner reservations for us. We used the communal dining area when we needed the space and washing machine/dryer facilities were a little out of the way but very useful. Proximity to two JR stations made travelling around Tokyo so easy. I really appreciated the central location without the overwhelming chaos of downtown Shinjuku.
