The facility was nice but definitely not five star. The dining was limited and would be blocked off for private events. Our group email concierge several times prior to arrival with absolutely no response. OK to stay but not close to the level of service required

What a beautiful and wonderful Hotel. We had a blast… everything was wonderful. Staff was excellent… best messages we have had in a while. The location was Top of the line… the amenities we had where great… The pools where fantastic and the views breathtaking. We had a great stay… and can’t wait to go back. Love this hotel… let’s not forget there Top Floor and the wonderful Panaviera Sky Bar… .. the most beautiful view… day or night. Just a wonderful 3 days… .. see you soon..!

Amazing hotel. Very clean and fantastic staff. We payed extra for a sea view but we had a side sea view when we asked about this they are all side sea views so do not pay extra for something that doesn’t exist

My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

High quality, classy and elegant hotel at an incredible price!! Tons of staff who were super professional, very well-trained in customer service, and always asking if we needed help. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The rooms were wonderful with a big, free-standing soaking tub. The view was absolutely amazing, and the restaurants and shopping were great, all without leaving the hotel. Architecturally, the hotel is one of the most outstanding hotels I have ever seen! Reminded me of the famous one in Dubai that looks like a sail. The mining contract protests put a bit of a damper on our overall visit. However, we felt very safe at the hotel. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Housekeeping was excellent. They always checked on you in the afternoon to make sure you had everything you needed. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel. The location is close to shopping and tons of nice restaurants.

Very large property Arrive main lobby shops and restaurants entrance to residential building next door casino and restaurants you take the elevator to the hotel lobby change elevators to hotel one's use your card key. Overall a good stay central location near everything.

This is an excellent hotel, and I would probably give it 5 stars if it wasnt for their conscierge service and their manager. Their concierge service suggested me to take their (associate) mini van service. When i asked for the price, the answer was $25. When i turned this offer down snd backed out from the van, they first suggested $20 and then $15. I became upset and instead asked the nearby yellow cab and he charged me $5. The cab driver was friendly and drove me to the right place, perfect service. Returning to the hotel the same evening, I reported this story to the staff manager on duty who told me that the hotel dont suggest using the yellow cabs. So, when i asked the manager if wouldnt be fair to inform the customer that the yellow cabs may cost $ 5 but not be safe as safe as their service for $25, he answered they they dont. He seemed quite suprised by my question. Anyway, trying to charge five (5!) times more without telling the customer is a rip off, not worthy a Marriot hotel. BTW, I used several yellow babs during my stay. Not all were professional, but neither was none was unfriendly or hostile.

Service was excellent! From the moment we arrived, the doormen, service people on the ground level, reception lobby, by the elevators, on every floor, rooms were cleaned and organized every single day, the hotel restaurants were awesome, convenient parking garage attached to the hotel as well as a Casino with bars and food lounges.

Review: Disappointing Stay at a Marriott Hotel During my recent two-day stay at this Marriott hotel, I encountered a significant inconvenience which left me rather disheartened. On the second day of my stay, I requested a room service at 9:30 am. However, despite my repeated calls to the front desk and reassurances, the room was only cleaned by 4:00 pm. Essentially, I spent an entire day in a room that had not been serviced. I appreciate the efficiency and standards of service usually associated with the Marriott brand, having stayed at their various properties frequently. Unfortunately, this particular experience was far below my expectations. After expressing my concerns to the hotel and general manager, I was told that technically, they had until 5:00 pm to service rooms. While they did offer to cover my lunch bill as compensation, this gesture hardly compensated for the hassle. On a brighter note, the head of housekeeping personally came to my room to apologize for the oversight, which I genuinely appreciated. This showed a touch of personal responsibility, but the overall experience had already been tainted by the lengthy delay and perceived indifference from the hotel staff. For fellow travelers who prioritize prompt and efficient service, I would advise reconsidering your stay at this particular location. As a loyal Marriott member, it pains me to say that based on this experience, I won't be returning to this property in the future.
