Our stay was great! Only complaint was that the bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable but otherwise the hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and with friendly staff! (And the pool is beautiful!)

Our stay was great! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and Jewel was so sweet to my 5 month old son! Once we got settled in our room we heard a toddler screaming and a large dog barking. We called down to see if we could get another room since we had a small child. Jewel said no problem and moved us to another area. After that our stay was peaceful! So thankful for them working with us and making our stay great!

There was only one eleveator running and the one that was running had torn up carpet and the floor was not level. Ice machine did not work on the floor we were on.

Staff were friendly and professional. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. The King Suite was amazing.

At check in we where greeted by a upbeat woman with a huge smile answered all our questions. She even offered us some home made oatmeal cookies. We will come back .......!

One elevator was out of order, leaving only one elevator working. You had to stand there upwards of 20 to 30 minutes to be able to get to the floor you wanted to go to.

Tony,Rena, and Jewel were very nice and considerate. Always above the required service. Very friendly and concerned that we had everything needed.

From the time I stepped to the front desk my experience was amazing! Jewell was so helpful knowing that I was convalescing after a total (R) Hip replacement. Thank you Jewell and the rest of the staff for making my stay very comfortable!!!

Our dog got to stay with us however, there was no indication (stains, fur or odor) that any other pets had been on the property. Only criticism is that elevator carpet needs to be replaced.

This hotel had so many amenities, in both the rooms and common areas. Breakfast was great and coffee and refreshments were available throughout the day. Even a bowl of dog treats for guests with pets. Nice pool area. Room was very clean and staff were all courteous. Highly recommend this location.

Cafe staff was very friendly and nice.
Water pressure in shower was weak, and the hot water kept going off in the middle of a shower. Air conditioner smelled moldy and made a sqweaking noise.
Bathroom and beds were clean, and beds were comfortable.

My family and I came down and we needed a place to stay for the night. We booked late in the day and was abt 15-20 mins away when we did. The room was ready, check in took no more than 10 mins, April was amazing and so nice to talk to. Place looked clean, bed was sooooo comfy! It was just perfect for us and the breakfast, absolutely delicious. Way more options than other places. Thank you. Will definitely stay again and please thank April for the welcome.

All staff was super helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was standard fare but the staff was welcoming and there was always plenty to eat. This hotel is a far cry from Jacksonville hotels, it was clean, well staffed, and a reasonable price.

We enjoyed a last month stay here. It was a little higher price then it’s probably worth but a lot of places were sold out. It was clean and the kids enjoyed breakfast.

Our stay started off ok. The receptionist was cool. The elevator was squealing and slow, the flooring was coming up and has a horrible bump to get into it. That bump made it difficult when bringing the cart in. One of the elevators was not operational the entire stay. Then the lock on the bathroom needs to be replaced. The shower head squeals too. On the second day, the one elevator they had, stopped working. Had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs several times. We saw two bugs in our room. On the last day, the water pressure started to go out on the squealing shower head and by the end of the shower, I had cold water. Another in our group had to take a full cold shower. The hot breakfast was subpar. I will say that the staff was really nice and helpful. For the price we paid for 3 nights, that is way too many inconveniences.

Stayed at the Hampton on a golf trip, exceptional front desk help with a problem I had unrelated to the hotel.

Nice greeting on arrival. Quick check in. Good room and bed. Shower head is broken but the bathroom was nice and updated. Ample breakfast with good coffee.
