Amazing one night stay with friends in the two bedroom suite. Perfect size and very comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice perk. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed on march15-17. We used the pull out couch which was full of stains Asked for a cot. It was in bad shape also full of holes and stained.

Our room was extremely dated and curtains were torn and valance was falling off the rod. Furniture was very worn out and disappointed with the pillows and bedding, not anything like we had before. The heating system kept blowing cold air. We normally stay at the Homewood Suites and very surprised to have had a room that was in this condition. Front desk staff were great as usual.

Nice hotel and rooms. Pool and hot tub were great. Didn’t like how you need to be a member to get free wifi, drinks were expensive to buy here. Not a lot of coffee in the room. Got burnt from the coffee machine, so watch out when using it

There is currently construction taking place around the property. The rooms are not soundproof...and slamming doors during the night in deafening

The room was spacious and the kids loved the pool. The hotel itself is outdated and dirty. The breakfast had lots of items but only partially appetizing.

We’re driving up.. call comes from the property.. “there was an issue with your room you booked” immediately I was terrified we were traveling for a dance competition so assumed it would be an over booking on the property. As the staff member continues he said do not worry we have upgraded you at no cost to ensure everyone has a place to stay. The kids loved the upgrade! And we loved how helpful, attentive and on the ball staff was. Normally hotels would advise us of an issue as we’re trying to check in. Homewood Suites called 3 hrs before we were scheduled to arrive saving us the panic at checkin. We will be back next time we compete in Vaughan. Thank you again

With a noon checkout, a member of the housekeeping team should not have tried to get into my room to clean it at 10am and then given me attitude when I told her to come back later. Otherwise amazing.

Room was nice, was a bit of noise coming from heater but manageable, was hoping for a quiet rest after a long drive and maybe a hot tub soak but was packed with kids… Should have known it’s hockey season… maybe an hour of adult only time at the pool area?

Although booked for new years, eve - we did not wind up staying after our first room had obvious fluid stains on the sheets so pronounced we wondered if they’s been washed. We requested a second room and the stains on the comforter were obvious enough that we just dropped our key cards in the checkout box and left. I’ve stayed in $60 motels with better cleanliness standards, don’t be fooled by the Hilton name at this property.

I must comment that Homewood Suites is a decent place for a family trip/holiday.
The rooms are sparkling clean (and contrary to some reviews of pets by some customers who gave a 1 star).
I like the fact that you have the option of an in-suite kitchen facility and a sofa bed.
I give Homewood Suites a 5-star.

Breakfast was great, with variety and options for my family. Coffee was available all day. The room was ideal with a kitchenette and good size for a family of 3 to be comfortable. The carpet needed to be cleaned everyday thoigh. Overall we were happy with the hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously
Awesome apple turnover/ pastries, breakfast staff very friendly, we should express how fantastic overall the staff wss toward myself and my husband.
The place was perfect.
Their dryer broke down, replaced our money plus dried our clothes and folded our clothes for us.
Overall are 2 nights 3 days was perfect.
We couldn't be anymore happier just being there
They certainly looked after us.

Room was clean & comfortable. All the appliances were clean and worked. Big stand up fridge with top freezer so if staying a few days could have frozen food. Breakfast was good. With cooked food each day. Lots of seating. Walmart next door so it was easy to stay here. Would stay here again.

This Hilton hotel is a little rough and outdated. We figured the Hilton would be a very well kept hotel.

We specifically asked for a quiet room and were assured that this is what we would get --- we were then situated at the noisiest end of the hotel -- closest to the adjacent retail building --- loading docs and HWY 400
When we checked in we discussed how in the past when we booked through Expedia we received the poorest rooms in the hotel and the lady who checked us in assured us this was not what Hilton did --- very hard to believe as we were put in a very 'dated' room with mold around the shower, dark splattered stains on wall by the toilet paper dispenser, a TV that did not have a signal so could not get any programming, old 'pilled' blankets and bed coverings -- not sure if even washed between guests and... the list goes on!

The front desk staff were amazing. We have two toddlers and they were so helpful and accommodating. The room had everything we needed, breakfast was great and the pool was clean and warm, We’ll definitely stay here again!

Stay was good! There was a ton of kids in the pool area (hockey tournament??) and the pool deck was VERY wet… we would have mopped it personally to assist but there was no mop nearby. It was very slippery. Pullout couch mattress was awful in my room (220), my kids complained they were in pain and cold all night (maybe providing a few extra blankets in the future would help?)… there was also a stain on the cushion… so maybe a whole new pullout would be good for this room. Otherwise, everything was clean, noise was minimal. Breakfast was not great, but it was a nice option.

The upside- The beds/sheets were clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast To go option is amazing for parents with small children. Lovely breakfast options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The down side - The suite does not look like the photos. There was a very stale scent in the room. The walls and carpet require maintenance. It felt very outdated.
