We enjoyed the atmosphere of this early 20thC house. It was beautifully decorated, mostly original. The bed was very comfortable, private shower/bath, the hostess friendly and a good cook!

Waccamaw Heights bed-and-breakfast in Moose jaw is a hidden treasure! The house and its interior take you back to the early 1900s… Hardwood floors clawfoot tub’s brass bed frames and much more. But the modern amenities are there also! Because the weather was pleasant, we were served breakfast in the enclosed sunporch gorgeously decorated with sunflowers. The hostess was very accommodating, carefully accommodating my spouses picky eating the food was wonderful and homemade I would stay there again. Any chance I had.

We were very warmly welcomed and also shown around and we’re given our choice of room. The house was built in the late 1800s and is wonderfully decorated from that era. Everything was neat and tidy with a great atmosphere. The breakfast was awesome. We’ll definitely be back!

The house is a wonderful turn of the 20th century home, but it’s getting a little “long in the tooth” and could use paint, maintenance & repair.

This character home was built in 1902. The rooms and common areas have antique furnishings and this abode has a rich history. Tomorrow we join other guests for breakfast in nicely decorated sun room. The host was pleasant and helpful when we arrived. Sitting outside in the evening now overlooking the vast area whilst having a glass of red wine - comfy and relaxing.

This property is unique. It was built in 1906 and it felt like a trip back in time to stay here. Lois, the owner, was welcoming and friendly, and she worked very hard to make the guests' stay memorable. We met a number of return customers and we know why. We look forward to our next stay here.

Very nicely kept historic property in a quiet area of MooseJaw. Conveniently located about 2-3 miles from all the downtown amenities of the city. The owners where very accomidating and friendly. We totaly enjoyed the atmosphere of this BnB and will stay again.

A beautiful, rustic, six bedroom bed and breakfast. Large room and lots of space. Stairs made it a liitle difficult with a cane but manageable. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom condition. Lois is a very nice hostess for sure!

My first experience staying at a B&B.
Arrived late in evening tired booked last minute. Got there and rang the buzzer but no one answered..I’m thinking weird ...waited 5 minutes knocked and rang bell...no answer again...thinking what the heck I’m in the middle of no where..is this place for real? Decided to phone..I could hear the phone ring..no answer..did this 3/times..thinking jeeeze I just wanna sleep. Finally after knocking again an older lady came to the door apologized she Just got home...was welcoming sort of..told me my room was upstairs at the end of the hall....I made my way up the winding wooden staircase...then she followed saying she’d would show me the rooms gave me a choice of 2 rooms recommended the one with access to balcony...showed me the microwave in the hallway which was mine...I found some microwave popcorn on top I was welcome to have. She advised the keybwas in the door and told me breakfast hours..I slept well...woke to the smell of something cooking and fresh baking.
Didn’t know what to expect made my way downstairs waited to see if anyone was around, didn’t see or hear anyone so sat in the living room area and waited ..soon some other guests made their way downstairs and we all chatted and wondered how breakfast worked? Eventually the owner came and chatted with us and went and got the lady of the house..we sat on the enclosed patio and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast of an omelette, fresh fruit in an antique tea cup, fresh (I think banana bread.

When I booked I knew it was a 100 year old refurbished home
The owners Lois and John have done a remarkable job in refurbishing this property and bringing in the old to the new. The amount of work they have done to restore this home is amazing
The rooms were huge and ours even had a jacuzzi tub to soak in after our golf game.
The breakfasts Lois provided were hot and nutritious , much better then we would have gotten at a normal hotel
Both Lois and John knew a lot of the history of the original family and Lois coming from Moose Jaw had info on where to go and things to do
Thank you for a lovely stay

Gorgeous breakfast room, good food and unique decor for a hotel. Room had a Victorian bathtub, two comfortable beds, coffee and tea facilities and popcorn with little bowls for watching movies! The couple running the bed and breakfast are really kind and helpful. Main Street is about a 20-minute walk through a nice park. I would definitely recommend this place! It makes a great little weekend getaway.
