Main "complaint" or dissatisfaction is the lighting. Room is too dark. Makes it difficult to find things or organize. Would also be good to have a small nightstand either by bed or chair.

I’ve always stayed at Hotel Mystays in various cities. They are nice and usually walkable to nearest train station.

Everything is fine except the humidity is a little high in the room. The staffs are friendly.

First, when we arrived, the room got a strong unused smell, fortunately the window could be opened and there was an air purifier for guest's use. The toilet got some black mold which was rare for Japan standard. The layered bedsheet was difficult to use. Location was convenient but seems to be near vice establishments. No free bottled water.

At Nov 2023, the temperature still remain 10-25c at fukuoka, air-condition only provided warm temperature and need open the window to cold down

This is the second time we stay in the hotel , perfect location with good deal. However it's not very foreigners friendly as they can hardly express themselves well in English or other languages besides Japanese.

Good location, lots of food options around. Very convenient hotel, compared to A*a franchise. Very satisfied and check out is 11am.

It was the 4th times we stayed in your hotel in Fukoka. We found it’s still have some room for improvement….., for example, the front desk didn’t provide to guests when we carried three lugguages & left the hotel without umbrella then get on the taxi on the rainy day. It’s pretty messy for us.

No air con in the room. The staff has explained the centralised AC system and borrow fan to us. Staff are helpful for this issue and other than that are fine!

Property is a business hotel concept, in and out, just a place for you to rest your head.
We had an issue with the bathroom where we found that the shower drain was clogged and it took forever for the water to be drained.

Parking wasn’t included like the description said, but there was a reasonably priced lot next to the hotel. The staff were kind and spoke English very well for us. The room was a good size and pretty clean, but the bed was extremely hard. It was difficult to sleep. Other than that, it was a great stay! Thank you!

This is our third time staying in this hotel. Although rooms are relatively small in size, but it is neat, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly, able to speak very good english. Hotel is located right in the city center which is highly convenient accessing to different areas of the city. Most importantly, reasonable price. Highly recommended!!
