Not clean…

Room was dirty with dead beetles on the floor and dirt piles in the bathroom. Its in a sketchier area than I would have liked to have my kids in but thats on me for not looking into the area more properly.

Just average for a place in the side of the highway, front desk employee was not that happy with his job, I requested to him my statement and he said that I would ask to Expedia, this is the first time ever that I had been told that

Breakfast consist of waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee and apple juice. We rented a room with a jacuzzi tub which had the vending and ice machines directly across from the room. So we were woken up several times from inconsiderate people.

Hard to find room at budget rate for family of seven. This hotel accommodated with ample room. New fridge needed. But air was good and beds comfortable enough.

The front desk clerk took a long time to check me in and I was the only customer in the office.

There are flies and bugs in the room. The walls are full of holes. The curtains do not block out the light outside. The sink, toilet bowl and bathtub was dirty. It’s noisy outside.

Great place to stay. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was not great but adequate.

Overall, hotel is nice. Comfortable bed, clean room. Free parking.
Cons were traffic noise from interstate snd trains which tracks are less than a block away. Several run throughout the day and night.
If you ask for extra towels they will accommodate you. No shampoo in our room but I brought some. There is a gap under door that lets in light and noise. New TV. We did have problems with people staying there being loud ( screaming for no reason) and a fog that barked the third night for nearly two hours nonstop. I called office and asked them to do something about the barking dog. Next time I called it was busy then it said maintenance. People were up walking around after dog started barking and people screaming to shut up. Bad owners! They did have grab and go breakfast but we did not eat there. Most rooms have been renovated. People were nice at checkin.

Aside from the notices of usual maintenance going on the hotel was very spacious and had the best rooms I’ve ever seen.

We stayed for two nights while we taught a class. It was a little noisy at night with interstate and train rolling through at times. Second night someone was bouncing their luggage up stairwell late at night. Room was nice size. Bed was ok but not the best. Bathroom was ok but soap, shampoo and conditioner left me feeling oily! They only gave you two skimpy towels and two wash cloths. There was coffee and juice and breakfast was muffins and breakfast bars. Both of the front desk people were very nice. It was ok for a couple of nights stay.

Stayed there several years before for a weekend trip , last time . Needs upgrade

We stopped at this hotel after an 8.5 hour car ride with 3 kids and a infant. Took our kids to the pool and tis guy proceed to stand outside the fence and makes my wife and i uncomfortable. He was watching us and one other group of girls. Talk to front desk and they said they would check it out. Cops showed up but i dont think anything else was done. Definitely dont recommend this hotel for families.

Scariest place I have ever seen. People standing at the balcony rails staring at us. The longer we waited at the car, the more people accumulated. We did not feel comfortable and actually ended up leaving without even going into the room.

We stayed July 15-16 on our way for vacation & stayed on our back July 22-23. Everyone was Excellent, there was a nice selection of grab & go breakfast items..
A few things could be worked on example: the carpets could be cleaned, & you could see a gap at the bottom of the doors , pictures that have broken glass really need to be fixed or taken down off the wall. But in all we would stay again they are in a good location, & the workers are very helpful & nice..
