It was a clean room and updates. The bed was hard just because I prefer a soft bed. I would stay here again.

The hotel location was near plenty of food & shopping. The parking lot was lit and the hotel was approachable. The staff was very friendly, the rooms and hallways were clean and no odd smell at all. They had a "little" continental breakfast but better than none. I stayed 1 night, so the price was very reasonable. I would probably stay again

Now that that the hotel is under new management, we gave it chance. So glad we did!! Staff was friendly, room was clean & comfy, it was quiet (we stayed Tue-Thu night), it felt safe. We will definitely be staying here again!

No remote to the TV. No Do Not Disturb door tag. Room poorly kept up. Asked for a late check out which they agreed but then the housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30, then at 10, then again at 11 am. They started doing construction work and moving cabinets up and down the hall at 01am. Standing outside my door talking. Poorly run hotel in a sketchy area.

Carpet was dirty, both trash cans were full,air conditioner leaking, wet floor, phone in the room did not work, found three roaches, had to wait while checking in so they could find a room for us. This was the worst room I ever stayed in. Hotel. com you should better in selecting hotels. Jean

I was in town for business and had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The lobby and halls as well as breakfast area were very clean. The outside, and rooms are clean and unlike other hotels the air conditioning worked and was very adjustable. The hotel is under new management and I can't say enough about how friendly there were (they were on site) and the staff. I would gladly stay here if I return to the area

Rooms, clean, staff polite,only thing was it is under construction and when you are on 4 th floor and get up at 5 a.m. on open windows, careful cause you might scare the stucco guys to fall off scaffolding. 😀

The area is a great location. The hotel is no longer Days Inn (It is now called Siegen Inn). I felt tricked. Hotel is under construction, so there was scaffolding along the front of the building. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The mini refrigerator was still dirty and there was a roach behind it. I was very disappointed but you pay for what you get.

Too greedy to close for construction. Should not be open right now. Plastic covering windows, work being done on walls, roaches in room😫,ice machine missing, strong odor masking spray smell, etc. Will likely be fine after renovations but horrible for now

I just needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel is converting to a Days Inn from the prior ownership. The staff is great and this will be a pretty nice hotel once the renovations are complete.

The property has not changed its name over to Days Inn so it was confusing. The staff was very nice. The area it was located. Was right next to a homeless area so I didn’t feel it was very safe. I’m on jacket some clothes all over the shrubbery outside. First time I stayed in Baton Rouge.

The sink had no water pressure, it bearly came out, there whete roaches in the room and most of the outlets did not work.

Everything was ok until you realize you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs evasive the elevator gets overheated not so easy when you have kids and luggage to bring up!

This place is NOT a 4.2 out of a 5, it's in a sketchy area and neighborhood. Looks like its in the hood, or section 8 neighborhood....DO NOT STAY HERE!!...After driving for 6 hours tired from a very long day and seeing this place when we drove up, we went to another hotel. I tried to cancel my reservation because of the area where this pkace was located throught Expedia but they wouldn't refund our money. This alone will be the last tine i use Expedia for Hotel Recommendations...Expedia needs to make this right...
