The resort was exactly as we pictured it. Very beautiful, clean and in the most picturesque location. We had a balcony facing Simpson Bay and it was just beautiful. We loved the swim bar at the pool and loved the breakfast buffet every morning. We reserved a catamaran ride and had a great time. It’s so convenient that you get on the catamaran right there in the resort.

Nice place to stay. Clean. Room: nice. A.C. was really good. Shower had good water pressure and temperature range. No complaints. Resort: Bars and beach is very good. Limited dining options at resort, but there are some other options near by (walking distance). People are mostly friendly. Felt safe all the time.

I felt very Safe and enjoyed all of the amenities. Location is very convenient to several restaurants. Staff at Beach bar was very accommodating and friendly. Also Massage Therapist Jamar? at Sunset Spa was Phenomena as I and my cousin thoroughly Enjoyed the Vichy Shower/Massage

This resort was a great pick for our first time in St. Maarten. Loved the area, views, beaches, music that we could hear from our balcony and the proximity to other beaches that we walked to for our morning exercise. Sunset cruise amazing!!

Our stay was wonderful. We chose the breakfast option and my kids absolutely loved it. Many different options to choose from. The activities they had was also nice. The staff helpful with a smile! I would definitely return there.

The rooms were great. The lobby was beautiful. The gym was massive but it was 6$ a day which was not mentioned when booking, but that’s still cheap for a day pass to a large gym. All the staff were kind and attentive. The hotel is 30 feet from a nice beach with two bar/restaurants right next to each other. One of them has chairs and tables on the beach for free and provide beach service. It was very nice. Green house does 2 for 1 happy hour.(11 for 2 drinks) good. Jet ski rentals and boat tours are right on the dock outside the hotel. Pool was not heated so night swimming was tough. The views of the bay were pretty awesome. No smart TV. I was thinking I’d get a kitchen but only got a kitchenette - that could have been my mistake when booking though. Casino is right up the hill. They are just as big as casino royale and have hold em poker tournaments fri Sat sun for 100 and 2K prize purse. They also do free raffle prizes- not sure what the prize was. Security stands and foot patrol all around. It felt very safe. Car rental is also right in hotel. 40$ for their smallest sedan. All the prices were about the same as north east. Very pleasant experience. Very family friendly. And for sports fan, “replay sports bar” can you get pretty much any game you want….ill say it again. Pretty much any game you want. Oscar runs that place and does a great job. Good bar food there and everywhere we went as well. Also a mini mart right down the street from hotel. GREAT STAY!

Perfect location for visiting Sint Maarten. Hotel is easy walk to the beach with lots of places to drink and eat. Hotel has several pools.

First time visiting St. Marteen and absolutely loved the hotel. Convenient, awesome accommodations. Stayed in the villas and loved it! Nice pools, great access to the beach. Staff were so helpful and provided great customer service. Everything is convenient- car rental and excursions on site. Restaurants were good except the breakfast buffet. Not worth $25. Same food every day which seemed like leftover food from night before. My husband got sick from the breakfast on Day 2 and we did not eat there again, so wasted $150 since we prepaid for it. Asked to be credited for the days we didn't use the buffet, but never received a response. Don't waste your money. Go to the local restaurants like Reveil Matin for breakfast. It'll be cheaper and food is delicious! Other than that, will definitely visit again!

The location on Simpson Bay was fabulous you had access to ocean but also a luxurious pool. The rooms and views were fantastic. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Just a wonderful experience.

Fabulous! The resort is very clean and beautiful. The ocean views from our balcony and the pool area made you never want to leave! Great on site restaurant choices. Walking into town is difficult with the narrow roads and lack of sidewalks, however, the hotel provides a shuttle. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed for 5 days. This place was very clean. The property had great views and beaches. The restaurants were good. Walking distance to shops and restaurants etc. my only complaints are you have to pay for the gym and the hours are terrible. Besides that my stay was very enjoyable. Highly recommend

Really outdated property with no amenities there was construction going on outside my room in the middle of the night no privacy there was no VIP treatment I was given A handicap accessible bathroom all in all horrible would not recommend

Good stay as usual with Simpson Bay Villas. Only downside was that I requested 2 rooms to be close together weeks in advance, and they were at the complete opposite ends of the buildings. But overall good

We loved this place. My family and I go every year. It’s like our second home. Everything you want is there, you can practically walk to it. The have a movie theater, restaurant, shopping, supermarket and you can take boat trips to other Islands. We love it there and all the staffs are very friendly.
