One kind of the experience - we stayed in the room which was converted from a former sauna with no windows, fully tiled walls and even the old pipes and drainage in the floor. Saying this the room was very spacious but the air con was as loud as the airplane turbine. Located rather far from the city center to make it walkable distance

Excellent location even for self drive. You can easily find free parking space on street. Hotel is located at a quiet street off a center street. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Upon our arrival our double bed room in second floor which was to have nice view was not ready, instead we were moved to a triple bed room on third floor with view of rubble and slum and poorly laminated floor that kept making noises with every step. The receptionist assured us that our room will be ready for next day and suggested that we keep everything packed so they would ship our luggage. This never happened and they even didn't bother to inform us. The night was cold but heating system wasn't working and we froze the first night. Until they gave us a separate heater for the second night. I decided to extend my stay for another four nights but when approached the receptionist she even didn't bother to check and denied the existence of any vacancy. However, exactly after ten minutes she called and informed me of available vacancy. Of course I didn't bother to extend my stay in such mismanaged establishment.

I did enjoy the stay in the hotel, and even referred my friend which she is coming to stay there as well and so me coming back to stay another 18 more days...comfort, very good service, very good location, very good breakfast...and most importantly very nice and knowledgeable staff.

As you hear this, the room is 45 square meters, with a sauna and a cold water soaking pool for after the sauna. From the many hundreds of hotels we've been, this was the first on this! Then the breakfast, also included in the rate, was nice and good enough to start the day. As of location, it's nearly 15 minutes to the metro station, and a good choice of supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the nearby area. And if you are landing at the airport upon arrival, they offer free pick-up service! Absolutely a hotel recommend to anyone.

We were put into the basement at first with this being sold to us as an upgrade due to there being a sauna and small pool. This is not an upgrade....there are no windows and the room smells, and the use of the facilities would only raise the temperature of the room! We were then moved to another room which was right outside the breakfast facilities and reception.....no AC and windows opening onto a busy street. Water supplies to the hotel were broken for in excess of 12 hours and whilst this was not the hotel's fault, they could have done more to help their customers. Breakfast was poor, with next to no variation from day to day. In spite of these comments, the hotel was clean and comfortable and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Triple room was large enough cozy. Every detail was taken in account. The only con was very soft mattress that can be problematic for spine. But pros were overwhelming. Definitely worth every penny.

The location of the Deluxe Hotel was great, also the room was very clean, the hotel was very clean, the most important the staff very helpful, specially a lady called ANI., we had travel interruption, cancellation, she went out of her way to try to help us out, we thank her for that.Also the free breakfast was good everything was fresh. The room rates was very reasonable, traveling from hotel almost every where we went with Taxi not more than $2.50. and the buses $.25 cent. I will defiantly go back and I will re command anybody to go to this hotel. Every time they clean your room. they will give you brad new tooth brush with, new slippers clean towels.
