Everything in the room was great, comfortable bed and pillows. Great bathroom. Free breakfast in the morning was great. Staff was perfect, so friendly and helpful. Great location close to shopping, casino and horse races.

It was easy to check in and the staff was super nice. The bed was too firm for me. There was limited parking so we had to park around back, not the most secure place. We came in late from an event and was desperate for sleep. After midnight there was a barking dog. Im ok having dogs but it was left by owners and freaking out in a strange place hearing noises. Then 3am, 5am and 6am slamming doors that shake the building. Not much sleep done here. The free breakfast was just ok if you like sugary Yogurt and cold butter on your waffle. The staff was hovering over me as I tried to plate my meal. All in all Id say the one night was not worth the $171 price.

The hotel is fine. Nothing special. The area is depressed and crime is high but we were unaffected. Please keep this in mind. The bed and room were clean but the counter by the toilet was very dirty and hasn’t been wiped down in a while. Breakfast was good. There are hot options and it was fresh when we got it. Getting internet in the hotel is very difficult. Aside from that it was comfortable and quiet.

Overall it was an okay stay. Will list pros and cons. Pros: - 24 hour access to pool and gym - decent continental breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausages, bagels, etc. also really appreciated the coffee/ tea stand in the lobby for guests . -cleanliness was okay despite having to call to get new sheets for one of the beds as there was a couple holes and a faded stain. But the staff was very accommodating and immediately brought new sheets. They got us to change the bed though. Cons: - biggest con is the noise!! Did not know there is a railroad (?) right next to the hotel and it genuinely thought a bomb went off cause it shook the windows and woke us up. It would wake us up when it periodically pass. Wondering if the noise is as bad if not facing the back or the hotel? Not sure.

This is a great LaQuinta. We've been here many times when in town for volleyball tournaments. Newer, clean, and the staff here are absolutely great. Deborah, their night front desk manager is a gem. We love her.

The location was easy to access. Hotel is always locked due to transients around location. Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Staff were all very nice and welcoming!

The hotel itself was amazing, everything nice and clean, as soon as you walked in the lobby was sparkly clean. The people working were very nice. The only think i noticed was when i pulled the sheets off the bed i noticed black hairs, which made me think they weren't washed since it was our first night there. Nothing huge i took them off cleaned the bed. Overall great place. Would recommend

Customer service was great! No issues except I was disappointed in the breakfast. The bacon, not sure if that was real or not. Was disgusting. Not a lot of options. Would recommend more options, more fruit, and teas.

Good Budget hotel with good breakfast. Close to Highway and train tracks so a little traffic & train noise at the back but nothing too bad. Not the greatest area but still felt safe in the hotel itself.

Matthew was amazing during checkin. We were headed home and our car blew up. We were 250 miles from home and it was a stressful situation. We were wet cold and sad. We walked in and there was hot coffee ready, check in took maybe 5 mins in total. He mad us laugh and told us he was happy we were safe and warm now. Great experience! Definitely will be back!

The room was pretty beat up. The control on the wall for the heater didnt work. All the controls on the unit were so worn you couldn't tell what they were for. The tv kept blacking out on us. The faucet in the bathroom had toothpaste on it, the floor was dirty. I slipped in the tub. No mats or strips in it. I could hear the elevator going up and down the shaft all night. The carpet was shredded at the door of the elevator. Another accident waiting to happen. Very industrial area with a lot of fast food places. Didnt feel safe

The hot tub was out of order The toliet was running and needed jogging to get it to stop. The breakfast was ok. It was nice to have snacks at 5 PM. Front desk was helpful. The room and hotel were clean.

Fast check-in and very friendly desk clerk. Matthew was very helpful and made us feel like we were appreciated. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again when in Auburn.

I have stayed here many times over many years but the quality is going down. The newer mattresses are very thick and so soft it makes you sink into a divot and makes it hard to change positions. I couldn’t sit on the edge of the bed because it was too high and because it was so soft you would slide off the mattress. I have very bad knees and it was very hard to climb up to get on the mattress. My back hurt by morning. The shower head was on a sliding pole and it wouldn’t stay in place no matter how much you tighten it and ended up having the water hit at my waist or I had to hold it up with my hand. The water temperature and pressure was great though. The toilet kept running and much of the time the flapper didn’t sit right so I kept having to lift the tank lid to adjust the flapper to get water to refill the toilet tank. All the corners of the rooms were dirty and dusty so where the vacuum / mop doesn’t fit nobody would clean it. The walls in the bathroom were dirty with smears on them. Light brown smears by the toilet which makes you think of one thing it could be. They no longer have cable TV with a guide to tell you what’s on. It’s all streaming with each station shown as an icon and you have to just guess what’s showing on the channel. The free breakfast was very good and staff friendly. The parking lot is tight and small but so far it seems safe. I have decided to start trying other hotels in the area because paying this much is too much for all these issues.

The stay was good except that the pool and got tub was broken. One of the main reasons for the choice. After a long day driving was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Very quiet and a great night sleep. Staff was fantastic.
