The hotel is nice, very well located but procedures are questionable.
I advised hotel about night arrival 3 times and got confirmation, but when my plane landed I got a text message that hotel is trying to charge my credit card without my presents - and my bank blocked the card.. I had to sort that at 5 am
On the last day some drunk guy was trying to contact me at 1 am and service desk disclosed my information and call my room at 1 am waking me up from deep sleep asking me if I know the guy.. I was shocked.. no disclosure or considerations.

Hotel manager Ozgut was exceptional addressing some minor issues with the room. You can see that management is very keen on providing 5 star service to a beautiful facility , that is located in very good part of the city.

The hotel is perfect apart from the carpet in the lobby had some stains and seemed really old. Some fine tuning touches need to be there. lighting in the Suite Living room is really limited and dark.
Overall, the hotel is really good.

Excellent hotel with convenient city centre location! Beautiful views over old town and Philharmonic concert hall park. Didn’t try the restaurant, but accommodation was very comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Four seasons never lets down.

the best service i ever got!!! ,amazing staff good breakfast very nice rooms , the only reason that we didn't enjoyed very much is that Arduan the president of Turkey came to stay in the hotel and all the

Our stay was amazing with best location, facilities and above all very friendly and helpful front office staff. The rooms are big and well equipped.
The breakfast is worth every penny.

Four season hotels have always been distinguished for their detail oriented service and the same can be expected in Baku. Staff is pleasant & accommodating. Location is conveniently located near the Old City within walking distance you can explore the finer things the city of Baku has to offer. Recommend anyone who is looking for comfort and first class service.

Great stay i loved the hotel.well placed in the city. Well mannered staff. Overall excellent. However the food could have some more variety. But great. Centrally located definitely no 1 choice. Wifi excellent very fast.

I checked in on June 8th and told them then that I'm checking out on June 14th (although my booking was until the 15th). So, I told them 7 days in advance that I'm cancelling the last night.
Yet, they still insisted to charge the 7th night (although a guest only needs a 2 day notification to cancel without fees).
Simply, the staff was extremely inflexible although we were a group of 6 rooms for 7 days and we were only changing one night for one room (i.e. one out of 42 nights) ...
That's what I call extreme inflexibility ... so, be very careful if you want to deal with them ...
