It was close to both the port and the beach with multiple restaurants nearby. The wifi wasn’t very strong and consistently was dropping off and disconnected. It was easier to use the neighbouring restaurants than the hotels.

Staff were friendly,but no WiFi in the bedrooms as advertised.some rooms looked tired and in need of upgrading but overall a pleasant stay for 3 nights.

I want to start by saying there was a bit of confusion once we got off the port and found our hotel. It was locked and no one was there. There was a sign saying to call a certain number, for a Pandorossos hotel. That was a slight problem since we don't have an international phone plan and couldn't make calls. We were very confused, luckily a local saw us and asked if we needed help, and told us the Pandorossos was the new hotel and gave us directions. So we get to the new place and it was beyond beautiful, is was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. It is right by the beach, the view is amazing, I was amazed by the whole place! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, and the view was to die for. It was our favorite hotel our whole stay in Greece. I am glad the other one was closed, because it didn't look as nice as what we got checked into. I just wish an email had been sent to us making us aware of the (merging?) of the Asterias into the Pandrossos, so that we didn't have to get lost and walk the opposite direction of the port to get to where we needed to be. But the experience of the hotel totally made up for the frustration we had when we arrived to an abandoned hotel. I'm going to attempt to leave a review for the actual place we stayed so that they can get a good rating for our stay. Do not hesisate to look up the Pandrossos and book there, the price is amazing for such a great hotel!

We had booked for a twin plus child, after veins delayed checking in until 5 pm we found that there were only two beds. The cleaning staff were great at shoehorning another ez bed in, but with luggage too there was little room. It could have been lovely. Gardens are great but the structure felt very unloved and lacking investment.

The hotel is dirty, old, and very uncomfortable. There is exposed electrical wire everywhere. The beds are noisy and extremely uncomfortable. The front desk guy always seemed to be inconvenienced every time we had to pick up or drop off a key. The WiFi only works in the lobby. Worst place I've stayed honestly. You can get a much better deal elsewhere.

Staff are friendly and helpful enough!! However for 3 starts I think the rating needs a review. The rooms are outdated and you can feel every spring in the mattress, which wasnt a pleasant sleep!! Good if you want something cheap and easy distance to the port for a night before heading elsewhere!

Hotel AsteriasWe only stayed one night, its quite old all fittings are old. It was very noisy at night from other guests coming and going. Its good for a one night stay.

Booked a triple room online with 3 beds but found out on arrival triple rooms are a double with a rollaway. Manager very helpful and moved us to an excellent larger room with enough beds facing the sea. Good breakfast in a pleasant setting on a shady verandah facing the sea. All staff very helpful and pleasant. An enjoyable stay. It is an older hotel which would benefit from some maintenance. The pool was very clean.

Nice hotel, a little tired now, close to every thing you need, typical Greek island hotel. Staff first class.
