Tv did not work. Maintenance came up and said it was good, and it was, if you prefer sound with no picture. I do not. I say a tv with no picture is called a radio.

No hot water at all but granted we were on the 3rd floor in the middle of winter but still it would’ve been warmer to wash ourselves with snow than use the hotel shower and sinks

This is my second time in a year staying here over Thanksgiving from San Diego. They gave me the room, again, over the front double automatic doors that you can hear while sleeping all NIGHT long, as well as a HUGE sign that covers the window, so, I don't have any light in and the last of the Trifecta, is the pigeon's roost behind the sign and the cooing and the feces that the A/C unit and intake air takes right from that so you are breathing super unhealthy air! I called expedia from the hotel and no one has gotten back to me yet. The hotel was sold out and they did NOT give me any type of discount. I truly believe I was penalized for using a third party to book my reservation and I did try to go direct to Hampton Inn but it was $20 more. Idiot Front Desk .
Probably is nice if you didn't get the WORST room in the 100 room hotel. This room SHOULD NEVER be a room for guests...maybe a storage or maid's storage unit.

Stayed for one night. Reserved two rooms. Both were clean and comfortable. Parking was plenty. Having casino next door was great. Was able to get food and drinks within same property! Very friendly staff was icing on cake!

Beds are worn out and the place just looks beat. They need to take care of it better. Only good thing is that it's close to the Casino which has good food.

The room was huge but inconvenient. There are no towel racks or hooks to hang anything. The vanity/sink is exposed to the entire room, and the bright lights blast the room, making it impossible for another person to sleep while the other gets ready. Our room had a sticky shower knob making the shower just a trickle. I hate to nitpick, but at this price, I don't want to be frustrated and annoyed.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. They told us when we first checked in that they do not do housekeeping every day just when we request which was ok with us. The overhang you drive under to unload luggage was right outside our window. So we had no view and pigeons were making all kinds of noise in the morning since that is where they all gathered. We were in room 212. There were a few spots that could use better cleaning but over all was pretty clean. They were a little higher in price than I thought we booked but there is sales tax and a guest tax. It is within walking distant to the Boothill casino.

For the price that I paid for this hotel it was unacceptable. The shower did not work properly even though we made due. There was no microwave only a small fridge and one straight back chair. We also had numerous pigeons outside of our room and it looks like they were doing nothing to get rid of them really.

We stopped for a night to break ur trip up, I had booked it through Hotels.com and it took a long time to get checked in because they didn't show my reservation. Had to wait on hold with hotels.com to confirm the reservation. I like the Hampton Inn and will stay again bit will book through them and not a thrd party

We loved our stay. The property is located by a casino yet it was very quiet. The breakfast was wonderful and fully stocked both mornings. Any staff we encountered was friendly. The hot tub was not working but the pool was nice, clean, and empty when we went down. I would stay again if I am every in Dodge City again.

The room is clean. The hotel staff was actually the most friendly people we encountered in this whole town so far (not a good experience). The space is a comfortable, clean lodging with the amenities needed for the value.

Overall our stay was fine but the cost of each night’s stay was too high. ($388 for two nights) Our room was at the end of the hall next to the stairwell door so could be noisy when door slammed. Hotel was pretty busy and only had one one staff person checking guests. Would have been helpful to have extra staff.

We went for a walk in the evening and surprized at how peaceful the area is. It sits next to a casino. It was also fvery accessable to the main part of town.

the customer is front of me was given complimentary water and i was not asked if i would like some and i was charged 2 $20 dollar charges for each room for i am assuming if damages occurred however they were suppose to be removing the charge.

The room is on the back side of the elevator. So it was noisy. The window looks out to a stuccoed wall. Not a good room. Very disappointed. They were booked up so they said they couldn't move us.

Was not a good first experience with staff when checking in. First room the warm water didn’t work and manager said to run water for 20 minutes. After 30 minutes still no hot water. She didn’t want to get a different room. Took 8 times to get into a different room with 3 times because the new keys didn’t work.
After getting through the first night the manager was a lot better and the stay wasn’t bad, but we wasted 2 hours.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Our room shower wouldn’t heat up and we had to “turn on the sink and shower and let them run for 30 minutes to get hot water. The breakfast looked old and they refused to help with any little needs. Wouldn’t stay there again if we had to.

Shower was cold. Called front desk and they stated it could take up to 20 minutes of running water to get hot. What a waste of water. Bed was too firm. Room was hot so turned on AC which sounded like a semi running in our room. Inconsiderate neighbors slamming doors at wee hours and paper thin walls. Didnt get much sleep at all. Will not stay here again.
