This is a nice hotel near Bryant Park. Close to the Subway and walking distance to Broadway. The rooms are big, well maintained and have nice amenities. This is our second stay.

Great hotel in terms of location in NYC, service, staff super friendly and service! Totally recommend it 100%. Our family loved it.

It was a great hotel! Beautiful rooftop patio, lively lobby bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had cool decor. I also love Le Labo Santal 33 toiletries that they provide in the rooms. It’s also in a great location with Bryant park a block away! I’m definitely staying here again!

It was a great place to stay.

Hotel was in a great location. Staff were excellent and very friendly. The overall score was based on the cost for such a small room which is typical of NY and the location within Manhattan. It said queen beds but they seemed way too small more like a double and the room had a very strong chemical cleaning product smell and we couldn’t open a window to air it out. Rooftop bistro is a must as well as sitting at the bar for a cocktail. This place had the best staff of any place we went to in NY!!

Traveling with two teenage boys and the room was spacious and quiet. Beds were queen size and comfortable. I loved the high ceilings in the rooms and the large windows to let in sunlight! The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Broadway, upper east and Soho areas. We would definitely stay there again.

Check-in was seamless, and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was well-appointed and clean. Wonderfully high ceilings made the room feel large and the beds were very comfortable. The ice machine on our floor was broken, so I had to call for ice twice, but staff immediately brought it up. Great location near Bryant Park. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Overall the stay was nice but there were a few things I didn’t like. There was a ton a merchandise for sale in the room( liquor, hat, perfume, umbrella) it was taking up so much space, rug was ripped all along the side and needs better lighting. The staff was very friendly. Will return and give them another shot. Very convenient in location.

Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff

When we arrived the staff at the front desk were so pleasant & friendly. We were celebrating a birthday. They gave us a bottle of wine, (our choice) & upgraded us to a suite! Accommodations were perfect… clean, good size, comfortable beds & bedding. They sent me a text stating… text them 24/7 if there was anything at all that we needed. We did text them a couple of different times & they got back to us immediately! Had brunch at Rooftop Restaurant, it was delicious! We have already told friends…. This is our new place to stay when in NYC from now on! It was perfect across the board!👍

Incredible property

We stayed here in 2018 and it was a nice, new boutique hotel. This stay shows signs of age. The rooms need a deep clean. The couch in the room had numerous stains so we were not comfortable sitting on it. They need to keep the property up I order to pass it off as a 5star. It’s barely a 3.5 sta in the condition it is in and the rates they are charging.

The room was bigger than I expected, given this is NY. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. I'm not often impressed by service but this place did a great job.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Sitting in the jazz lounge was a perfect ending to a perfect night. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable. I loved everything, the only downside was the room service/ restaurant, they didn’t pickup the phone and when i called the reception they told me to come downstairs to order… other than that, the area is close to everything, I enjoyed my stay!

Chic hotel with stylish rooms, cozy beds and a killer rooftop restaurant. This hotel is impeccably clean, with luxe toiletries—Le Labo—and well-priced parking directly across the street. The location also can’t be beat—less than 20 blocks in each direction of major hot spot neighborhoods.

I stayed at the Refinery for a business trip in early December. It was high season in NYC. The location is great - just below the Christmas market at Bryant Park. Walking distance to the High Line and Hudson yards
Check in and Check out were well managed. The staff provided me with travel size toothe paste and I utilized a handy unbrella from the closet. Small benefits but helpful. Skipped the maid service so cannot comment .
There was a walk in shower with plenty of toiletry space in the bathroom. Closet space was adequate. NIce workspace with desk and USB charging ports. From a separate visit, I can attest that there is an excellent rooftop bar/restaurant with nice midtown views.
The hotel isn't cheap but still represents a good value.

Stay was good except we had to wait an hour and a half after the given check in time, the lobby bar was not open until 430pm and they closed the rooftop at 4 when it was supposed to stay open til 430pm.

Excellent location. Room was very spacious and clean. Was able to accommodate us and gave us an early check in. Also upgraded us to a room facing the empire state building, such a pleasant surprise. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great. The top floor bar - the host was very awkward. Half the tables were empty (8pm Sunday night) but I wasn't allowed to sit and have a drink - had to stand at the bar! Pathetic. The breakfast is ok but the host in there, a little rotund fella was once again miserable. I fail to see why I have to give my phone number to get a table at breakfast! Weird.

Wonderful location for all things Christmas in NYC. Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. They made my daughter's 13th birthday super special - above and beyond. Loved the complimentary water and super comfortable bed.

the hotel is definitely not a 5 star property. The staff is nice at the front desk but there really is no doorman to speak of to help you with your bags. The hotel is fine, but nothing to write home about for the prices they charge.

We were just here for 4 days with our boys (4 and 6) it was the CUTEST hotel. We were in the city to see all the Christmas things and this hotel and their decorations made it that much better. It’s close enough to everything and convenient for just about anything you’d want to do in the city! The bathrooms did have a stale sour smell to them and the towels as well, but everything else about this property was great! Would definitely stay again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel although I've dined at their restaurant Parker & Quinn a number of times. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the accommodations were great (especially the comfy bed). I love the location near Bryant Park and would definitely stay here again.

Charming room, comfortable bed. Lobby coffee and parking lot across the street made the stay pleasant.

Location! Staff was very nice and the deluxe room with two beds was more than enough room for our family. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.
