The room was comfortable. We were disappointed about the pool. It was closed all morning. My family comes to swim. Our plan was to swim in the morning and the pool was closed until noon... which is also check-out. We have stayed in the past and the breakfast was HUGE. This time it was minimal and there was no fresh fruit. Also they used to have fresh cookies at check-in. That is also done. It is sad to see some of the "extras" are now done.

We booked a suite, which is just a regular sized room with a hide a bed. Somehow we got an accessible room which we hadn't booked, which was fine. The linens for the hide a bed in the room were not laundered and missing sheets. The front desk brought us sheets but we had to request pillows as they didn't bring us any. We also didn't have enough towels for everyone in the room so we needed to request that also. The staff was friendly but by the time they brought us pillows was after 10pm and our kids were already in bed.
The sink was plugged. Low water pressure. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to request all of these items which were brought once requested.

Toilet, shower, and sink did not work. There was literally feces in the toilet that couldn’t flush and was backed up

The staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was easy. Good hotel to stay in. Lots of restaurants nearby.
I wish they would have an adults only pool time after 10:00 pm. Sometimes the pool & hot tub is full of kids right up until close. They are usually unsupervised.

Picked this hotel for pool and hot tub when we checked in both were out of order. Waste of time.

Very clean and the bed and bedding were comfortable.
Negatives were, the coffee maker was out of order and the breakfast selections were few and the fruit was either out or not offered when we went to breakfast a half hour before breakfast was to end.

Was very pleased with the room. Could use some updating but the room was clean. Walls are thin though and could hear the people above us. Pool area seemed nice but the hot tub had sand on the bottom. Front desk staff was nice but not always available. Overall I would stay here again.

We stayed four nights at the Sleep Inn in Grand Forks and this one in Fargo is a couple notches below that one. The breakfast was missing items (hot chocolate, silverware, bananas) and tables were not cleaned.

Easy walking distance to Sanford hospital, very clean and nice staff. Only negatives were carpet in room was bunched up in a couple places near the door and coffee wasn’t very good

Pool/ hot tub not working. Breakfast was poor. Coffee not working. No juice. No protein. Witnessed a guest try to complain and he was told he would be checkout immediately. This was by manager sun Nov 12 2023.

Our stay was fine . The manager did an outstanding job as the coffee machine broke down one day and the juice machine broke the next day. Also the someone didn't show up for work on the fourth day. The manager kept her cool that morning even when the printer didn't work to print your envoice.

Good breakfast. I couldn’t get my charger for my phone to properly plug in to wall plug in or lamp plugs. Bathroom plug was somewhat better. Furniture is a bit banged up looking. Room was clean and comfortable.

The Sleep Inn was clean at a convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. Great having a tv schedule to go by. Nice having an elevator. Went down for breakfast about 8 AM to find all juices were empty. All milk was gone. Instead of having a gal to restock items for breakfast; the desk clerk had to do that job as well as restock the breakfast items. All at the busiest time of day when people are checking out. Hire someone to do the morning breakfast!

Ease of parking for handicap. Did not like idea of being on third floor incase of fire. With wife in wheel chair.

We arrived late, past midnight, but the desk clerk got us checked in quickly and no-hassle. We had an early flight, and a different desk worker offered to grab us some muffins and fruit before we left. Property was clean, although hallway needed some maintenance. Room was clean and comfortable with all expected amenities.

Friendly staff. The room is too small, and floor was sinking, so much so that the dresser drawers were opening on their own. Very small pool and hottub.

There were no bacon/eggs/sausages. Very, very basic. For the price people pay for 1 night...... should have better service.

Unfortunately common breakfast/coffee was disappointing. Coffee maker broken first day. Next two coffee so weak. Breakfast so limited. Very different from previous. We went out each am for cofffee and food.

Didn’t get checked in till an hour after check in time, then our room smelled horrible from air conditioner, had to shut it off because no one was available to fix it and couldn’t put us in another room, so had to sleep with no air and window open!!
