Bed Bugs ! Said they would refund the night but did not and we left before midnight.

At check in, I was told a $100 damage deposit was required. This was not disclosed in pricing, and seemed highly irregular. HVAC unit was ineffective and loud.

Everything was great. The shower curtain looked dirty, some hair in the tub, and a slow bathroom sink drain. Everything else was great.

Out dated. Beds are angled oddly. AC unit not fully functional. Wifi did not stay connected.

It’s an older hotel nothing fancy, but it was very clean and I was very satisfied. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels across the country and paid three times that price for not half that much. It was a good deal. I would not bother me to stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially as I checked in later in the evening around 10:30, good to know for late night travellers. The room and building are older and a little tired but everything worked properly and for an overnight stay it worked out well.

If you don’t mind a dated decor, this motel was clean with easy access from freeway. Perfect for a low priced room while traveling.

Property is older (actually had a metal room key) but relatively well maintained. Biggest complaint was the WIFI connection was terrible but since we just wanted a clean safe place to stay at a relatively affordable price it really dint matter to us. Nothing fancy about it, but clean and functional.

Easy off and on to the express way, and a lot of dining in the area. Noisy fan in the bathroom.

An aging, somewhat run down, but relatively clean place. Friendly staff. Noisy, dusty and malodorous heater, good clean shower, well worn bedspread/comforter. Comfortable bed. Questionable carpeting. Somewhat dark room. Working tv with weak battery in remote. A small amount of debris from prior guest. Good coffee in morning. Place seemed almost empty -- so very quiet. Just about right for lowest price in area.

The room was clean and bathroom cleaner than recent Marriott stay I had. We just wanted a place to sleep and for the price it was worth it.
Only 2 issues:
the bed wasn't comfortable nor was it terrible, just too hard
pillows were too thick (so I brought in my own pillow)

I wanted none smoking room and gave my reservation to someone else because they beat me to the hotel. Had to choose the only room left which someone smoked in.ugh

This property was clean. It had all the basic items you need including a mini fridge and microwave we were not expecting. The room had everything we needed and for a value price. I have stayed in 4-5 star rooms in Chicago that were not as nice and clean as this resort was. The staff were very helpful in finding locations in London. Was skeptical as the price was much lower than the global name brand hotels I usually book. This hotel is a hidden gem in London, KY.

At check-in I was told they did not have the room I reserved with 2 beds, and that all that was available was a room with 1 double. After considerable discussion about what alternatives were in the area, and what the charge would be, all of a sudden they found my original room. The sheets on one of the beds were covered in large stains. The condition of the hotel in general is somewhat rundown, but not terrible considering the price. I think I was mostly disappointed because the ratings online are very misleading.

Wasn't too bad for the price. The lady who checked me in was awesome. She even saw that I called the office, and she walked down to my room to help me, as the phones weren't working. Went back to the office the next day and requested to have an additional night with a different woman, and they tried to charge me 2x the first night, even Hotels.Com was still showing the reduced rate. Felt like they were trying to take me for a ride. The room was a $50/night room, and the stay wasn't bad. But the incident the following morning left a bad taste in my mouth.

It was fine for an inexpensive one night stay. Dated (which is fine as long as it’s clean, which it was)but unfortunately neither bed or pillows very comfortable at all.

For a quick turnover hotel by highway it was perfect , Clean rooms ,and pool with a Great restaurant next door , All the things you want when your on the road !

I had a hard time climbing the stairs

Hotel room was dirty. We booked a Non smoking room, but found ashes in the desk drawer. The TV was the size of a small computer monitor, and the remote did not work. I opened the back and found corroded batteries, mixed with more ciggarette ashes (in other words, hadn't been cleaned or used in a very long time). The front desk had very nice people working, the lady helped find a remote for us that did work.
Bed duvet cover looked like from the 80s-90s. Didn't add to the ambivance with how dingy and faded it looked.
Props, did not find bed bugs, we checked both queen mattresses.
Wasn't the worst place to stay by far, but did not look as nice as the pictures
Also, this is one of those hotels where people loiter ane smoke all over the stairways, and somebody stole stuff out of the cars overnight while we were there (two people complained of missing items).

This place is straight out of the 70’s… only the 70’s had hot water and didn’t cost $95. Not sure why this place that looks like Jack Trippers nightmare that’s in the middle of no where costs almost as much as the brand new hotel I stayed at the night before in a major city… but what can you do. The person at the counter was very nice but beyond that I don’t have many positive comments.

The only problem I had was that the tv did not work as it should. Talked to the girl at the front desk and she tried her best to get it to work, but was not really successful. If i had been there all day long, it would have been a problem. Luckily we were only there mostly at night. Overall it was good.
