Lee was amazing! He was very helpful. He provided my great customer service to my family as we traveled in for my nephew's college graduation. It was unfortunate that the air didnt work in the meeting room i booked for the graduation event. The staff apologized for the inconvenience. It was out of their control but appreciated them for at least having a floor fan.

From check in to check out, our stay was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was clean, with plenty of towels, etc. The breakfast was good and the attendant was exceptional! (I wish I had asked his name.) This is our third stay at Residence Inn and we look for more!

the one thing i wouldve really appreciated wouldve been to be able to turn the heat on - - i am always very very cold and the thermostat in my room didnt have an option to turn the heat on, it was only ac or off. otherwise it was an exceptional experience and if i am ever in little rock again i will definitely stay there again. also an incredible bargain in terms of price

Really nice and clean room got off work at 12am there was no parking left, so I had to park across the street in the parking deck on the 3 floor which was a headache. Check out was at 12pm NOON the maids knocked on my door at 11am saying that it was check out, luckily I had my bags packed already but if check out is at noon staff shouldn’t disturb guest an hour early.

The Hotel was ok considering the location. It is downtown little rock and I had no idea how depressed the area is/was. My wife heard gun shots outside our room and the town obviously does not have a problem with marijuana as it was being smoked all over-including outside the hotel in the pool area.

We chose this hotel because we have stayed there before and it’s in a convenient location. Our fitted bedsheet would not stay on the bed no matter what we did it was not big enough. Also, the toilet kept running. Overall, it was an OK stay.

Bathroom had dried feces around the base of the toilet. You could tell the rooms were not cleaned very good. We were there for a funeral and it was the nastiest unsanitary bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room.

The location is fantastic. You can walk to the River Market in minutes and it’s right off the expressway so getting to the Inn is easy. (Will be easier when road construction is done.) The only knock I have is that some of the furniture is worn and looks like just minor repairs is all that it would take to spruce the rooms up - I’m surprised that hasn’t been done already.

Definitely not a 9.0 rating. The room was dingy and tired. Holes in sheets, broken cabinet doors and missing knobs in kitchen area. Shower looked dirty and furniture was threadbare. The only reason we stayed was because the weather was awful. Skip it until it’s renovated!

Size of room was excellent and it was very comfortable , Getting hot water in sink and for one shower was a problem. Sink also slow to drain.

Staff was super friendly and the room was actually super clean. UNFORTUNATELY..... the bed I think was from the 80's or older (although the pillows on the bed were great), and the dam springs would randomly pop throughout the night. The only other issue was with the sofa. It may have been older than the bed and unfortunately made it really hard to relax. Like impossible. Honestly, if it had not been for those issues and a couple of other very minor issues, and the very, very, bad breakfast, I would have given an overall rating of 4 stars, if not 5 stars. They are so close.

Hotel is awesome. Room was amazing and clean. Only problem was the bed was hard, so I got no sleep and I got up at 4am to shower and it took 20 to get hot water. Other then that this hotel is awesome.

All 4 of us really enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean, the amenities were perfect and I can't say enough good things about the staff, they were awesome! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was nice and convenient for our stay in Little Rock. However, upon arriving at 10:30PM and showering by 11:00PM, there was no hot water and the only response from the front desk was that “there must be a lot of people showering right now”… not exactly what we wanted to hear after a long drive. Especially because we were needing to turn around early the next morning. After a 20-30min wait, it did pop on… but they need to figure this out because a hotel should be able to supply hot water for everyone staying at their location. Lastly, add like $20 to your stay as there was a parking fee charged to us that we didn’t account for.

Very old and insecure building and car park, the swimming pool looked like algae growing at the bottom of it, the receptionist was walking around check in desk without her shoes….. definitely not a 3 star place….

I loved everything about my stay. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for walking to local places. Parking was easy and safe. I just loved everything about my stay. Will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing. However, we ran into two issues. The hot water had to run for over 5 minutes to get warm, and warm is all it got. It never got hot. Also, there were no sheets for the pull out bed. But that was a easy fix.

Great area enjoyed our stay walking distance to restaurants, stores and park. Rooms were clean with fridge, microwave and stove top. Free breakfast is a plus will definitely stay again.

I miss the manager receptions that used to be in rhe evenings, but otherwise everything was good. Maybe carpet could be replaced, as rhere was a slight musty smell. And the shower curtain was too short for the tub, so a water mess was made. LOVED having a light in the shower, though! All the employees went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Parking was easy, the location was convenient, the fire pit and pool were very nice. Breakfast sausage was yummy! Definitely would stay again.

We had two room, both room were clean. The staff at the hotel was amazing Eric, Ashley & Danny(maybe his name). The only problem was the refrigerator didn’t get cold enough, we used it any way🙂

I ended up having to change rooms because there was a leak in the ceiling; however, the room was not up to par. There was a strange “old building smell” in the room, the carpet was unclean, and the couch was uneven. The staff was extremely nice and moved me right away to a much better room with a lesser smell. The one thing I absolutely did not like was the smell of marijuana. It was loud. I will not opt to stay here again.

Hotel overall is nice, but the Hvac unit in our room had an extremely loud blower. It came on often, and made for a terrible nights sleep. Got up in the morning and had to run the shower for almost 15 minutes to get any hot water.

Perfect location and safe accommodations for a quick business trip. Good parking and great area restaurants. Small concerns were wear and tear on fixtures in the room and a general “cooking” smell in the room. But overall I was pleased and comfortable.

We had left trash in the cans, they didn’t clean out the refrigerator and it was left smoothies left in there. Bathroom floor needed to be re-swept.

Hotel itself was fine however twice I had no hot water for my shower. Husband mentioned this to the front desk and they said they were aware of this problem but made no mention of how or when it would be fixed.
